We continued running towards a more crowded place, hoping that Jr would loose us in the crowd. We arrived in the town, which indeed had a lot of genies walking the streets.
"This way!" Woozi told us as he took a turn to the right. We went away from the Main Street and hid between two buildings.
"We have to make a plan." Hoshi stated. I nodded.
"What should we do though?" I asked.
"Well we got to make him less angry... and convince him to let us leave so..." Hoshi stated our goals as he turned to Woozi.
"You're a genie can't you do anything?" He asked.
"Well what??" Woozi replied.
"I don't know, a potion to make him less angry? Or one to convince him to let us go."
"Well that's kinda hard. I don't think it will help that much anyway, he doesn't want you guys to know about the genie world. Even if you leave, the problem will still be there, he's probably going to bring you back one day." Woozi shared his thoughts.
"What to do?" I sighed.
We don't want some temporary resolution. We need a final one.
"I think I have an idea" Hoshi suddenly said.
Woozi and I looked at him curiously.
"Woozi do you think we could erase Jr's memory?" Soonyoung looked at him seriously.
"Are you seriously thinking that? What about the genie world? You're forgetting about the records too!" Woozi replied.
"What records?" I asked.
"The throne room is full of books like you saw, most of them are records of the genies' work. There is definitely one for Hoshi." Woozi explained.
"Well if you can make a potion to make Jr forget about the two of us only, we would only have to destroy the records concerning Hoshi." I answered.
Woozi stayed silent as he thought during a while. Hoshi and I looked at each other meanwhile, wondering if he would accept this idea.
"Fine. I guess this could work, but you have to promise me that everything concerning this world will stay between the two of you, and only you." He said.
"I promise." We both said.
"Okay, I'll make the potion now. One of you will make JR drink it and the other will destroy the records, it means you'll have to go back to the throne room." Woozi explained his plan.
"It would be a better idea that I confront the god of genies since he is really angry at (Y/N)." Hoshi chose. I nodded, thinking he was right.
"Okay, then I'll go destroy the records." I said.
We all nodded to each other agreeing to the plan. I would go back to the throne room and they would go find Jr.
I started walking away, but Hoshi took me by the arm. I turned back towards him questioningly. He looked at me a second.
"Good luck, I'll find you at the throne room after okay?" He smiled reassuringly and I smiled back to him. I hugged him a last time, in case things wouldn't turn out the way we wanted it.
"Take care too, see ya in a while." I said, and started walking, then running towards the palace, where the throne room was.
[Hoshi's POV]
We watched (Y/N) during a while, then I turned to Woozi.
"Okay now create the potion, while Jr still hasn't found us." I told him. He replied with an 'okay' and after a second a potion appeared in his hand.
"You know my powers are limited right? I can't just do 300 wishes by day, it's normally 1 a day so you won't be able to ask much after this." Woozi told me.
"Okay, thanks Woozi."
We went back on the main street and easily found JR as he was double the normal size of a genie. I yelled his name to get his attention.
"Yah! God of genies, I'm here!" I said.
Every genies were looking at us weirdly, but I couldn't care less at the moment. Jr smirked and walked towards us. I hid the potion in my jean's pocket discretely.
There's too much people... what if they help him? I'd be in trouble for sure. Let's go somewhere quieter. I thought.
"Try and get me!" I yelled and started running away, I heard Woozi wishing me good luck as he stayed behind. Jr started chasing me again. He followed me to what seemed like a garden, though it was much bigger. Anyway there was less people, like almost no one at the moment and that was perfect.
Well now how do I get him to drink this potion? I asked myself in my head.
"Don't escape anymore, why even running away? It's useless, I know every places here. I'll find you no matter how much time it takes." He said.
"Yeah, I'm not leaving don't worry. Not before you get the idea of removing these anomalies out of your head." I talked. He started laughing.
"Do you really like that human that much? She's just a mere human between so many. And there's a lot of genies in our world. Why not choosing a girlfriend from this world instead?"
"She might just be a human to you, but to me she's very precious and important. To answer your question, yeah I do love her that much. I don't like anyone else that much. And anyway, who are you to even give me advices in love when you've been single all your life and you're way older than me." I started being salty.
"Enough talking, you arrogant boy. Just surrender already." He replied.
"Never." I contested.
"Fine" he said as he lifted me up in the air. If he was a human, I'm guessing he would have punched me, but he isn't. A genie's way of hurting people? Simply wish to make them feel pain. It's not the easiest wish, but he has a lot of power as the god of genies.
Normally, genies cannot do such things as controlling people's mind. It needs a lot of concentration and energy from them, so most genies avoid wishes to that extent or a similar one.
I started feeling pain all over my body. I gritted my teeth. After a few minutes, the effect seemed to lessen. Jr probably thought it was almost over. It surely wasn't. I wasn't going to let him beat me.
Now or never. I thought
I got the potion out of my pocket, before freeing myself from Jr's grip in one harsh move. I then opened the potion and got a hold of his shoulder. I forcibly made him drink the potion. I jumped down and ran before he could see me. From the corner of my eyes, I saw Jr's lost expression which made me chuckle lightly. Better get out of here before he sees me and remembers.
I ran towards the palace.

Back to my busy month, for the interested ones, I worked a lot at my summer job, so most of my time was taken there.
Then I went to Montreal during a weekend. Just this weekend we went to Toronto!
I went to Seventeen's Diamond Edge concert in Toronto, any of you came? It was literally awesome. The concert was held at Massey Hall, which isn't an extremely big concert room, but I could see them very well even if I wasn't at the front.
After the concert ended, I waited outside to see them leave since I didn't get the hightouch. When they came out, they waved at us and said goodbye. They even waved when in the van! That was the closest I saw them btw. Literally all of them are super handsome in real life. Even better than in picture.
This was actually my first kpop concert, and it was a great experience. The only things I didn't like was the very unclear indications. Like me and my friend couldn't find where the line to go inside was. We even asked the security and sellers and they said different things which was really strange. Also some people were selling merch outside, but there weren't any official merch expect the lightsticks that I saw. I don't know if anyone saw the merch that was announced with the concert (shirts, posters, umbrella, etc..) but I didn't.
The part inside Massey Hall was the best, of course because of the concert, but I felt like it was more organized as well. At the entrance there was a little bag check up, then we were told directions according to our seats. Then someone would show us where our seats were. That was good, because we didn't have to search for our seats during a long time or anything.
The atmosphere of the concert was great. We sang along all their songs and cheered them on lots. (I filmed like every performances expect Very nice, which I thought I was filming, but I actually didn't press the start button for recording. Great me ik.) So yeah that was great!
Picture is Seventeen during the concert.
By the way, I often tag people who commented at the end of my chapters, but I won't for this one since my author note is already pretty long and I haven't been keeping track of who commented lots and such. I'd probably have a lot of people to tag anyway. Thank you for all you guy's comments. 💕
