     We had to increase the ship's heated blade to 8,000°C since the Convection Currents in the Mantle were hard to get through. I'm glad our ship is very heavy, I mean it's over 150,000kg, but otherwise, our ship might have been shaken around! The only thing that happened to the ship was a little rumbling, nothing like the earthquake two days ago. However, our radar and multiple other machines are starting to break down, and I think that is due to the magnetic field of the Core. Fortunately, the scanner is updated to resist these forces, the control room is lined with magnetic-insulating lining, our power system and Air conditioning system is fueled on a different type of metal that isn't magnetic, and the heating/reactor system on the blade is probably fine.

     I'll go wake up Jakob so that he can use the scanner. Anything other than that? Well, Nate mastered his way of "drilaxing." I mean, it is pretty convenient too! He can be on alert at all times while relaxing! Anyways, we are very close to reaching the Outer Core, hopefully the scanner can get us some sensible information! I'm a bit sleepy though.
