"Look, I'm sorry, I really didn't mean to hit you I swear, it happened by mistake, please don't do whatever you're going to do." My eyes glossed over as I pleaded with him and he sighed almost tiredly.

He loosened his hold on my waist and I didn't wait a second before pushing him back, gently this time and standing a few steps away from him.

"I just needed a break, this was supposed to be the time when I introspected about myself and explore myself and look where I am stuck now." He rubbed his palms together and then put them flat against his face.

It was getting colder. I started feeling kind of guilty now. It was my fault, partly, at least.

"Look, let's just find a way to get out of this place for now. I won't be spoiling your vacations. I am not that bad after all." I punched him lightly on the chest, trying to cheer him up but awkwardly dropped my hand when I got no reaction from him.

"Do you want to come with me to look for some petrol? We're going to need it. If you want to stay here, you can."

I was about to reply when he interrupted again.

"Although I prefer to work alone and seeing how stupid you are, you'll just make my job more difficult."

For a second, I actually believed that he was a nice guy.

Asshole!

"I'm coming with you and mind that mouth of yours, I may turn a bitch again." I smiled, tight lipped at him.

"You'd better stop treating me the way you are, we're in the middle of nowhere Karen and I really won't mind leaving you alone here for those wild animals, you hear that howl?" He smirked at me and I looked around, we were kind of lost and I couldn't actually reach camp without his help.

It was better if I shut it till we reach there. Leo would have him by the neck when we reach there.

I pushed my bangs back out of my face and sighed in annoyance and then turned, moving in the direction in which he was going earlier.

"Follow me if you don't want to get lost." I spoke over my shoulder, strutting down the lonely lane. "And you better be thankful I am guiding you back camp." I stopped when I heard no replies.

I turned around to look behind me and there was no one following me. I looked around in confusion and there he was, standing right where we started, unmoving.

Oh god, this guy! Does he ever listen? He is frustrating, I want to break something!

"Hey, you? You deaf now?" I stormed up to where he was standing and he just gave me a tired and annoyed look.

"You, you fùckíng junior, what was your your name again? Wait, I don't care enough to remember! Didn't I ask you to follow me, you disrespectful piece of shìt?" I gave him a death glare.

"You were going in the wrong direction." He said nonchalantly.

"Oh really, as far as I remember, you were going in the exact same direction the last time genius!"

The nerve of this stupid boy!

"It's good to know that you trust my instinct and brain because yours surely can't be trusted." He smirked at me.

What? Did he think that I was stupid or something?!

"Excuse me?!" I shrieked, incredulously.

"You're excused, just don't do it again. Now, follow me." And before I could have replied, he left for the lane.

In the exact same direction where I was going.

"Arghhhh!"
