I landed on top of a light pole overlooking the prison yard."Vibe, Frost, Elongated Man round up the prisoners put them back where they belong and just help the cops as much as possible." Barry said through our comms as he crossed through the prison fence."Spider, you're with me. I have a feeling there's more to this than just a prison break. This has been orchestrated." He continued with his orders."You're thinking Doc broke the rest of his goonies out." I said.I saw the Flash nod out of the corner of my eye as we entered through the back of the prison."Iris, what are you seeing?" Barry asked into his comms back to base."I'm seeing nothing, the place is empty." She said sounding almost certain."It's too quiet. You'd think there'd at least be cops and prisoners fighting in here." I said as we walked.I knelt down and checked a guard's pulse that was lying next to a bloody prisoner."All the guards, they're dead." I said into the comms."This doesn't feel right." Barry said. "Iris, are you sure it's empty.I heard something behind me, crawling on the wall.My spider sense suddenly exploded causing the hairs on the back of my neck to rise quickly It's a Trap!" I yelled as I tackled Barry to the ground just as the Scorpions barbed tail came down on where he was standing a moment ago."Thanks for that." Barry said as we stood up."Anytime, so what's the play coach?" I asked him as the Scorpion crawled the wall, Electro hovered in keeping himself afloat with electric currents, the sand covering the floor began to move as a bolt of red lightning exploded into the room revealing Daniel West, the Lizard crawled over along the floor, and the Vulture flapped his wings next to Electro.

Barry struggled to get the words out. "He was overwhelmed. "Guys, the entire Sinister Six is here. We walked into a trap." I said into my comms."I want the Spider." Electro hissed. "He's mine." Vulture squawked back at Electro."Not if I get him first." Scorpion growled."Alright, I'll draw those three away. You deal with the others." I said to Barry before I webbed two parts of the ceiling and slingshotted myself passed the three villains and into the rainy night sky."Okay, they're safe in Cisco's workshop. No surveillance or anything we're good to go." Joe said to Iris as they walked into the cortex.What was happening on three separate screens wasn't anything they had seen before.On one, Cisco and Killer Frost were successfully holding back the prisoners with the help of the CCPD."Cisco and Caitlin, you guys are doing good keep up the good work." Iris said giving them words of encouragement.Iris looked over at Nora sympathetically. "Hey, he's going to be okay. It's just a prison break, nothing to worry about. Nora nodded."Guys, the entire Sinister Six is here. We walked into a trap." Damian's worried voice sounded over the intercom.You were saying?" Nora said starting to shake. "How do you deal with this?""Trust me, I used to be the same way?" Iris said to her."How'd it stop?" Nora continued to talk. "Time.The team watched as Barry launched into an attack against Daniel and the Lizard while Damian used his web swinging and agility to evade the Vulture and Electro while dodging poison shots from the Scorpion who stayed firmly on the roof. Barry was currently running continuously in circles before he stopped and sent a very large lightning bolt straight into Daniel West's chest. Daniel froze in terror before tweaking out and falling unconscious on the prison floor. Damian was also feeling a little victory as he caught Scorpion off guard and using a swinging kick straight into the Scorpion's side sending him tumbling off the building. He was quick to spring back into action and did something incredibly stupid. He started swinging straight at Electro. "What is he doing, he's going to get himself killed." Nora said shaking her head. "No, he's got a plan." Joe said putting his hands on her shoulders. "What's going on in here?" Damian Sr's voice asked from the entrance to the cortex.Joe took a deep breath. "Is that my son?" He asked as him and Autumn walked into the cortex. "He's a hero." Iris said as they watched the footage on the TVs. "Why didn't he just tell us?" Damian Sr asked confused. "For your protection, even though you don't need it. Barry did the same thing." Iris groaned. "Where has he been during the last few months, he hasn't been in the field?" Autumn asked. "He was injured by the Lizard pretty badly. He had to wait until he was fully recovered and if I'm being honest, I don't think he's recovered yet." Nora said rubbing her arms. "He looks like he's doing pretty good to me." Damian Sr said as Damian dodged an electricity blast causing it to hit the Vulture who was chasing Damian through the air.

The Vulture screeched as he hit the prison rooftop in a smoking mess.Barry in the meantime had successfully taken down the Lizard with a couple of punches behind the knees causing him to fall which gave Barry a clear shot at his head knocking him unconscious.Quickly after Damian dodged the electric blast, he shot a web into his face and followed up with an insanely powerful punch to the face sending Electro through the air and into the forest."How strong is he?" Damian Sr asked in shock."He can lift over ten tons. I mean he caught a bus." Joe said shrugging. "How can you all be so calm about this?" Autumn asked confused. Then it hit her. "I guess you've been doing this for years, never mind. "All clear." Barry's voice spoke. "Clear as well." Damian said."We're good as well." Cisco said."Let's head home." Barry said to the rest of the team.Cisco, Caitlin, and Ralph breached into the cortex and Barry sped in causing a gust of wind."Guys, Guys look." Nora said terrified drawing everyone's attention back to the screen. The entire Sinister Six had Damian surrounded on the roof.

"What do you want?" I asked as Doctor Octopus loomed in front of me perched on two of his metal legs.

"I want the city, and you keep getting in my way, you stupid bug." He growled at me. Damian, you need to get out of there now." Nora's voice echoed through my comms.

"Don't even think about running Spider. This is one battle you guys can't win." Otto said.

"I'm ten steps ahead of you." He said as a metal arm extended towards me at high speeds.I quickly evaded it as the rest of his team closed in on me.I shot a quick web bomb at the Lizard suspending him for a few minutes and better my odds.I slid under Doctor Octopus and webbed Daniel West's feet to the ground.I webbed Scorpions tail to an antenna, but I knew my luck was about to run out. I could feel it.My body tenses and cackled as a bolt of electricity was sent straight into my back.

I fell to the ground and spazzed as the others loomed over me.

"So much effort, but so outnumbered." Otto said picking me up with one of his metal arms.His arm extended and he slammed me on the ground. He picked me back up and did it again, and again, before he finally left me on the ground.The Lizard was next he sent a right hook across my face that ripped through the left side of my mask.The Scorpion was still struggling to get free of the webbing which I knew was the only bit of luck that I had left.Daniel West came at me with super speed slicing me open in every single direction with his metal claws that were attached to his fingers.Electro laughed like a maniac as he continued to sent insane amounts of electricity into my body, I could smell the burning flesh as smoke curled into the air.The Vulture squawked like a bird as he picked my body off and brought me into the air before dropping me and landing on my body to increase the speed of my fall back to the prison rooftop."That's enough." Doctor Octopus said. I was barely conscious now, but they knew I was a good as dead.Doctor Octopus lifted me up by both arms and stretched me until I screamed."Let this be lesson as to not get in my way again or next time I will not be so merciful." He growled before throwing me into the lake below where I managed to grab a large piece of driftwood from the prison to keep myself afloat as I lost unconsciousness. The team watched helplessly as their friend and teammate was being tortured by the Sinister Six. Iris and Barry watched in horror. "How is he still conscious after all of this. Cisco and Caitlin kept an eye on his vitals. "His vitals are stable, now they're spiking, dropping, stable again, now they're spiking. This can't be good for the body." Caitlin said. "You think?" Cisco retorted clearly upset. Ralph sat rubbing his hands as he tried to keep his eyes off the screen. Autumn and Damian Sr watched hand in hand, with tears in their eyes as their brother and son was being torn apart by a bunch of villains.Joe and Cecile tried their best to comfort the two of them as they watched Damian literally go through hell. Nora paced the floor and winced as she heard the Vulture drop Damian from the sky. Doctor Octopus picked Damian's body off the ground by both of his arms and began to extend his arms. A piercing yell filled the comms and Damian was being stretched to his breaking point. "NO!" Nora yelled and in an explosion of purple and yellow lightning she was gone, running to iron heights as fast as her feet could carry her.

"Let this be a lesson as to not get in my way again or next time, I won't be so merciful." Doctor Octopus said. A splash was heard, and Damian's body hit the water. Damian groaned as he pulled half of his body onto a piece of driftwood before falling unconscious. A flash of purple and yellow filled the screen as Nora ran on the water and picked Damian's limp body up and rushing him to Central City General hospital, 

and sped him right into one of the medical beds. Nora turned and ran into the hall desperately searching for a doctor. "Help." She cried dragging her into the room where Damian's lifeless body lay. "Oh my god." The Doctor said seeing how weak and unconscious Damian was.

 Everything went into slow motion from there. Nora grabbed Damian's hand and placed it against his chest. She cried as the suit retracted itself from his body and the spider symbol was the only thing left of his suit as Nora pulled his mask off. Nora broke down and almost threw up at the sight of his black, blue, and bloody body. After a few seconds the spider symbol dislodged itself from Damian's chest and into Nora's hands.

 He was gone. Nora couldn't stand to be in there any longer as nurses poured into the room. She broke down against the wall and sat there on the floor crying.

Damian went right into surgery.

"Clear!" One of the nurses yelled as they brought the defibrillator down on his body causing it to jerk.Nothing happened. "Clear!" The nurse yelled again as she brought the defibrillator down again.His body jerked once again. A slow beeping sound began from the EKG Machine.

We got a pulse!" The nurse yelled. "Let's get him into surgery immediately." She said as they put an oxygen mask on his face and carted him into the OR. A hand reached down and grabbed Nora's shoulder. She slowly woke up and was helped to her feet. "What's going on?" Nora asked. It had been two hours since Damian went into surgery and Nora fell asleep crying."You were sleeping on the floor. I figured the chair would be better." Damian Sr said to her. She wiped her tears and smiled. "Thank you.She gripped on to the spider symbol as hard as she could, knowing it was the only thing she may have left of Damian. Damian Sr, Autumn, Barry, Iris, Joe were the only ones waiting for the doctor to return from Damian's surgery. The doors automatically opened and the doctor walked with a straight face. They weren't allowed to show emotion. "The procedure went well, we managed to fix his collapsed right and he's suffered severe trauma to head. He may have an unknown amount of brain damage, it's impossible to tell at this moment." The Doctor said. "What about my son?" Damian Sr asked. "Is he going to be alright.The doctor hesitated. Not a good sign. "His heart rate is very weak, and he is currently comatose, you need to be prepared that it is a fifty-fifty chance he will survive. Stay positive. This night will be the deciding factor on him healing or not. We've done all we can, the rest is up to him." The doctor said.As the doctor left, Barry groaned and woke up from his sleep along with Iris."How is he?" Barry asked.Nora smiled sadly and Damian Sr shook his head."Not good." Damian Sr said.Nora tried to stay positive."But he's holding on."
