Jan 2nd - A New Look
"So? What do you think?" asked teenaged writer Krystal. "The cover looks a bit dodge, but that's because I hate drawing. I'm simply no good at it!"
He best friend of all time Alice sighed, "You're an amazing author and if the cover looks so bad, then just get a professional."
"The thing is, I can't." replied Krystal, "My entire room looks like some sort of cave and my wardrobe is just comfort. If a professional artist comes into my room, or looks at me, all they would be able to focus on is how bad I look and how much of a slob I am."
"Well if that's the problem, then change it!"
"I can't!"
"Why? Huh? Why?"
At this point, both were standing and were butting heads. Suddenly, Alice moved away causing Krystal to fall. "As I said, we are going to change your new look. We need your space and you to look like a book nerds' dream (mainly because that's what you are) and I know just the space to do it." Stated Alice firmly leaving Krystal face down on the ground.
"Well that actually solves all my problems." Commented Krystal not meeting Alice's eyes. "My problem is that I don't have any idea on what to remodel and where to get stuff."
Seeing Alice's facepalm and her sarcastic, "You just had to have the worst reasons for not giving a remodelling."
The reddening of Krystal's cheeks and her constant fidgeting showed her answer.
"Alright,
It was a quick walk to the store. "Fandom needs," read Krystal.
"Yep, it's my one stop shop for everything related to anime and books. I'm surprised that you haven't heard of it!" dryly commented Alice. "Now, let's go in." She then promptly dragged Krystal around the store.
They stopped at a section suddenly, as Alice asked, "Hey, what's your Hogwarts house?"
To which Krystal replied with, "Ravenclaw."
This back and forth action lasted a long time until they got everything.
Finally, at the house when Krystal looked in the mirror, He heard a distant "So Am I right or Am I right?" and absentmindedly replied with,
"You're right."
