Shadow pov

As I walked into the shop. Rachel ran to the clothes. She saw a green top and a blue jeans. She ran and tried them out but she didn't really like it. She put them back where she found them and went to the boy clothes. She took a grey hoodie and blue jeans. She put them over her white top and came out.

" daddy can we buy this. I like it. " she asked.

I wanted to see what she's gonna say after she sees the prize so I got an idea.

" how much numbers is it ? " I asked.

I only want that she's not like the others don't give a shot how much it cost. Of course she deserve the best but I don't wanna that she thinks she get everything and to get money is easy. Because it isn't like the world. It isn't easy. She got back again and changed then come back. She looked at them. She thought about what she should tell me.

" there is only to numbers. " she said.

She gave me the hoodie and I saw it was still a little expensive but not that much. I would still say no for 35 € just only for a hoddie but since it's her and mias birthday I agree only for once. I nodded so she knows that I'm fine with it. Then she gave me the jeans. It was only 20 €. I told her just go to the cashier. She kissed my cheek and went to cashier. When she come back she put them on again of course only the hoodie in front of me and went in the cabin to change into her jeans trousers. I gave Mia to her. I took some pink baby nightgown but Mia didn't want it. She always tried to run.

" hey daddy try the light blue one it as some black on the sides to. " Rachel said.

I took it and I indeed must say it wasn't that bad. On each side was a black stripe but the rest was light blue. I took Mia and after changing her into her new night clothes. She smiled. I saw that it was only 5 € ( don't tell me if it's wrong. I myself know that there will be wrong prices but live with it )  I put mias usually clothes on and bought the nightgown to her. As we went home everything was dark. I knew what that means. I can't even believe that we took so long at the cloth shop.

" what's going on daddy ? " Rachel asked.

" let's go to the living room and you see what is happening " I said happily.

Her red eyes sparkled. In this darkness only her eyes, my eyes and the eyes from Mia was seen. Mias re d eyes sparkled too. I carried her to the living room. At this moment as we all got there the light turned on.

" SURPRISE ! " everyone yelled.

Rachel screamed in happiness and run to everyone hugging them.

" thank you thank you thank you thank you " she said excited and giggling.

" awe I can't believe that my little Rachel getting one year older again. " Rouge said.

" aunti you know I don't like if you call me little. " she winced which made her laugh while some chuckled.

" and of course happy birthday to you too little Mia. " Amy said while Mia was holding with her small tiny hand around Amy one finger of hers. She smiled to Amy. The next thing I know is that my love was hugging me from my side.

" you really did take long. I got worried" Sonic said.

" forgot the time while enjoying looking into our beautiful kids. It won't happen again my beauty " I said kissing his nose tip.

Then not a second later everyone began to sing happy birthday to Rachel and Mia. After they stopped Rachel blow all the candles out. Mia tried to blow her first one but she couldn't. She got frustrated but then she need to sneeze and the candle was out. We clapped in happiness. We ate and talked until the party was over. Everyone was gonna leave but then I got this feeling something bad will gonna happen. Not a second later I was with my feeling right a crash was heard then a loud screaming. It was Amy's voice. We ran to where it came from. She told Rachel and Mia to run but Rachel stood frozen and Mia was holding Rachel's leg from fear. I ran to them but a loud wind blow got me sending me against the wall.

" RACHEL RAN INTO THE HOUSE TAKE MIA TOO ! " I screamed while trying to ran in front of them but before I reached them I saw Sonic spin dashing out of our house window and hitting against the big robot arm then lading in front of our kids.

" LET MY BABYS IM PEACE EGGFACE ! " Sonic yelled.

Sonic pov

This shouldn't be happening not on Rachel and Mias birthday. This birthday should be ending happy not sorrowful. I got angry but after I got a mother I learned how to drag the anger down. I stood in front of my Baby's. I was pissed don't piss never EVER a mother if she tries to protect there pups. Eggface will learn his lesson for messing up with a mother. I'm not only just a random hero anymore, I'm not just a hedgehog that is known as the fastest thing alive no ! I'm know now also as a mother of two amazing kids and I won't let him hurt them over MY dead BODY !

" hahhahahaha you think you can beat me hedgehog ? Your not even in the position to fight me back. I got Amy in my hands. " Eggface said.

" put her down Eggman ! " I demand but he ignore it. I saw shadow now standing beside me holding with his hand one of my shoulder nodding. I nodded back. Eggface used this moment and send all of his robots around us and at the sane moment shadow and I heard a high pitched screams. My heart dropped those screams belong to my Baby's. I panicked and looked behind me to see only that two robots got them in there claws. This was it I snapped out there.

The last thing I know is Shadow screaming for me then I snapped completely out....
