Shadow pov

I put sonic on his bed and put the blanket over us. He was asleep already. I snuggled onto him and kissed his forehead. I closed my eyes and slept.

I just love that hedgehog so much......

After some hours later I woke up. I looked beside me and saw sonic struggling back and forth. I shook him.

" Sonic sonic wake up "

He shot his eyes open and hugged me shaking furiously. I hugged him back and hold him close to me.

" Relax I'm here Sonikku " I stroked his quills.

" Eggmam got me and the worst he hold me under water. You and others searched me but ..... -

" Nothing of all of this will happening. Your safe beside me alright ? "

He nodded still snuggling onto me.

" Calm down "

" I am calm it's just I'm sleepy but I can't fall asleep "

I was thinking and found a way to make him fall asleep.

After I finished the song. I saw sonic fall asleep in my arms. I smiled. I know this song from Maria. If I got scared, was sad,felt lonely,needed company or was angry she would always singing this song to me. Even if I couldn't fall
Asleep she would sang it to me at least it helped sonic to fall asleep. I laid down again and let Sonics head rest on my chest fur. I put the blankets over us again and felt myself asleep. Hugging my lover.
