I was busy over the weekend but I will fill you in as best as possible.
Saturday, I went to a friend's house. I was with him in choir for a bit and had not seen him in over a year. We watched Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith and played a bit of Star Wars Battlefront. We also talked for a bit and I ended up breaking the news of the death of our friend. It was the first time I went to a friend's house this year and it was nice to see him again.
Yesterday, church was very different. The newly ordained pastor taught and we learned how to meditate on the word. I really needed it and others said the same.
My boss' daughter got her braces and we are now Braces Buddies. I recieved extra hugs from the kids and they kind of clung to me more than usual.
After church was my best friend's funeral. I saw many people I had not seen in years and others who I saw all the time. We all cried together and I was definitely one of the biggest grievers. The biggest was her ex-boyfriend. I was given a balloon to release and I felt a bit better but had a headache for the rest of the day.
To get sadness off of my mind I went to my very first concert. The performers were Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, and winner of The Voice Jordan Smith. It was a great first concert to go to.
I decided during my Core group that I will give my friend a second chance tomorrow. I am scared that he will keep teasing me again. Hopefully I will be able to be happy around my friends again.
This entire entry has probably sounded like a rant and I will end it on a good note. I was finally successful in painting my nails. I just got a notification from a friend on Instagram that they were cute. (Plug: go follow me. Same username as here)

The song of the day is Love Shaped Heart by V. Rose. It was played during my friend's funeral and I sang it with her aunt. She was happy to see she was the only one singing outloud. She was so glad I was there. The video does not belong to me and if you would like to suggest a song for a future update, please do.

I did not find a celebrity birthday today. Please pray for me as I attempt to fix a friendship and pray that I can show God through my actions and words this week. If you have any prayer requests please share. I would love to pray for you. Soar on, Eagle Army!
