People have been wondering who could have been Hajime Isayama (creator of Attack On Titan)'s favorite character from AOT, and after a few interviews, they were able to find out that it wasn't the main characters he likes the most, but unexpectedly the outspoken soldier, Jean Kirstein.

Hajime stated that he likes Jean's ability to say what's on his mind, "even if it's something you normally wouldn't be able to say."
