The name "Esudesu" (more commonly known as "Esdeath"), is a wordplay of "S, Desu!" which literally means "I am an S(sadist)."

The character comes from the show Akame ga Kill, and she indeed, is a sadist...

A/N: I do know that the name "Akame" is a wordplay of "Aka me", or "Red Eyes", and "Kurome" is a wordplay of "Kuro me", or " Black Eyes", but I didn't know that the name "Esdeath" also is a wordplay until I saw this fact.
