Go to a mirror and take a sticky note and write "you're beautiful/cute/handsome" and leave it in a public restroom. Perhaps at school or maybe even a mall.

I know this one might be hard and you might feel silly or even embarrassed to write it, possibly even worried, but you are making the next person who sees it smile.
