The rumours are true! A new season lies upon us with great addictions to the marriage market, such as Miss Margaret Twinkle, Lady Susan Stuart, and one can never forget the sparkling Miss Francesca Bridgerton.

Although this author wonders about this last one. Always so quiet
and secretive, makes one doubt her ambition to gain a proper husband, as so did her eldest sibling, the Duchess of Hastings.

As far as the ton is aware, Miss Bridgerton only cares about staying all day stuck to her pianoforte, a noble hobby, yet a poison to her success as a debutant.

After all, who else will lay eyes upon a lady who only pay attention to her minor keys, if not only her music instructor? Ah, not the previous one, it seems that Mrs. Jensen has retired and now the Bridgertons hired the well known musician, Mr. Mercy Reeves.

Well then, this author can only cheer for the ladies in the competition, and maybe even wait for some exciting scandal to come. Whatever comes first, I will make sure to report it.

INTRO

The Bridgerton Books and Show don't belong to me, they all belong to their respectful owners.

This book is based on the Netflix show with my own modifications. That means that the plot and some characters' relationships/acts may change.

Thus book shares the same universe as my "Speak Now | Bridgerton" one does, and follows the canon ending in chapter 22. It might make some references to it, especially regarding Benedict's marriage. But, if you did not read it, it won't affect your reading of this book.

The book is settled mostly in Bridgerton season 3, but most of it is an original plot of my own.

This book contains: mature dialogue and scenes (sexual), panic attacks, social anxiety, slow burn, forbidden love, father issues (abandonment), music instructor x student, legal age gap and drugs.

Please don't copy my work! I'll make sure to take all the necessary actions against you if that happens.

AUTHOR'S NOTE

I love Francesca, oh my god, what a stunning, sweet and talented Bridgerton. As soon as I watched season 3 I was not only obssessed with Polin but with her. I really like the complexity of an introvert as a character, it is something so realistic and enthusiastic to write about.

Then, here we are, Guilty as Sin?

What would better be a proper match for a lady of music if not a musician? I am accompanying Francesca's books and as far as I am aware she is a lady that knows what she wants, hence prepare yourselves to maybe find a scandal *gasps* in this book.

Meet Mercy Reeves, music instructor and well known musician who will, I assure you, steal your heart along with Francesca's. My God I wrote this man but I want him for myself in real life. (And of course he is played by Tom Hiddleston.) I love his dynamic with Francesca as something sweet yet dangerous, something intimate and secret. Reminds me a lot of the reputation album by Taylor Swift.

Anyway, enough talking, ladies and gentlemen, please make yourselves comfortable, fetch a lemonade if you will, and do enjoy the reading<3
