Meanwhile at moonlight territory
Hunter's POV

it's been going smoothly since amaya introduced herself to the pack and now she's playing with the pups while the pup watchers doesn't seem to mind her playing with the pups. I smiled as I walked away and did my duties as alpha.

I have given the assignments to the lead warriors, lead hunters, and lead scouts as they cooperate with their members of the pack and did the assignments as I told them to be meanwhile I watched on how things going on with amaya and the other pups and hearing their conversation, "um amaya does being a fox cool?" One pup asked " well I guess being a fox is kinda cool don't you think?" She answers them as the pups nodded and they started to asks questions to amaya which she doesn't mind and I decided to come in and they heard me coming and looked at me "it's the alpha"

Amaya's POV

As soon as I heard them say that I looked at him and the pup watchers called the pups leaving me and hunter alone " I hope I didn't intrupted on anything " he said as he stood down next to me " not at all though I might be leaving soon" I said " and let me guess back to being alone again?" He said, I sighed and nodded " that's what we foxes do, at 7 months old we would be leaving our parents but my parents already left me very early....." I said looking at the pups with the pup watchers " wanna talk about it" he said and I sighed and look at him " have you ever thought of being born in this world with a loving parent and one day left this world in front of your eyes. Well that's what I thought about it right now you see...."

Flashback

It started with my mother and how I was born, my mother was looking for a den so she can gave birth to me while I'm still inside her.

" don't worry little one, mommy will find a den soon" Amaya's mom said as she kept looking for a den until rain came in " *sighs* does it have to rain at a time like this and it's already night time!" She said and soon she found a den and goes inside and gave birth to amaya.

(Few minutes later)

Amaya's mother panted as she look at her born kit and lick her and she look at her " hello my little one" she said as the kit was trying to find its way to her mother and eventually did and drink milk from her mother. Amaya's mother smiled at her little one and looked back outside thinking of a name for her after a lot of thinking she finally figured what to name her only kit like a rock and looks at amaya who finished drinking milk from her mother and was fast asleep. Amaya's mother chuckled and lick her kit and smiled "welcome to earth, Amaya" 

Ever since the day I was born from this world I was lucky, to have a loving mother even though I don't know about my father my mother was the one who raise me even though we travel through places we were always together, she was a beautiful, kind, and caring mother I remember she would stood up for me to other animals who threatened us.

"Leave my daughter out of this!" Amaya's mother yelled at the other animals as little amaya hid behind her "so what? We can do whatever we want to you and that little brat of yours" one animal said " don't you call my daughter a brat! She's more than that! She's sweet and beautiful just the way she is and no one is going to change that!" She yelled at them " then you should better shut up you pathetic fox!" Another animal said hitting Amaya's mother as she fell down and amaya went towards her and nudge her " mama! Are you okay?" Little Amaya's said as other animals walk away and Amaya's mother woke up and look at amaya " don't worry amaya I'm fine" she gave her a reassuring smile " and ignore of what they say about us especially you, you have a kind heart amaya don't you forget that"

after that we promise eachother to never leave eachother sides till I'm ready to be on my own until...... my mother was killed right in front of my eyes as she tried to protect me from a pack of wolves I was completely shock of what I saw and scared aswell and before she died she look at me and smiled and said

" hey, I'm ok... don't be sad... I'll always be with you... even... If you....don't see me... I'll always be.... In your heart.... and to... let you know that.... I'm gonna be... In a better place... and I'll watch....over you... goodbye... Amaya..."

And ever since then I have been alone, I have to hunt food for myself, look for shelter, and also running away from them...
