*Dagat enters the cathedral. (Back shot of her standing in a large room of stained glasses and wooden benches. A pulpit stood in front of her and on top of her is a tree being blessed by the heavenly rays from above)

*She wears a white Sunday dress and a black ribbon. She also has a black eyeliner on her face. She slowly walks through the carpet with curiosity.*

*Dagat looked at Ananis, who was sitting on a bench as she passed through. He was sitting there alone.*

*Ananis smiled*

Dagat: Uh... *she felt shy towards meeting him*

Ananis: You can sit here,

*Dagat sat beside Ananis by his left*

*There was a pause. She felt a blush on her cheeks.*

Ananis: Hm?

Dagat: Um,

Dagat: My mother...never wanted me to enter into any churches

Dagat:...ever since I was a kid. *She is saying this off screen and Ananis looked at her with concern*

*Ananis who is sitting beside Dagat, nodded* Ananis: That means it is your first time?

*same scene* Dagat: It is my first time... I am just curious.

*A spirit bird was seen on a carved object from one of the pillars of the cathedrals*

*He is watching over *aerial shot* Ananis and Dagat who are having a conversation*

Ananis: What is your name again?

Dagat: Dagat.

Ananis: *smirked* Heh, what a beautiful name.

Ananis: *comedic effect of exaggeration* I MEAN A VERY FINE NAME LIKE I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE!

*He covered his mouth.*

Ananis's mind: What is wrong with me? Why do I feel that my cheeks are sunbathing?

*Ananis cleared his throat*

Ananis: So...

Ananis: where are your parents? *he is sitting beside Dagat as his head looked away from her*

Dagat: My parents are in Oroboa, I just came here by myself haha, my siblings are at work, *she flicked her hair strand against her ear as she looked away from Ananis*

Dagat's mind: What a nice guy he is.

Ananis: Anyways, what's your parent's job? *¾ view of his face as if he is looking towards Dagat*

Dagat: *Returns to her senses* They're with the world government-

*Ananis's pupils, from his eyes, shrank with shock.*

Ananis: THEY'RE WHAT?

*Everyone in the church including Uncle Sunny who is also sitting beside Ananis shushes them*

Dagat: It's kinda complicated to explain *loses eye contact as if she is looking down*

Dagat: but I am proud to have them as my parents. *her mood changed positively*

Ananis: Yeah...they seem very busy. *a shot of his hands clenching its fists*

Ananis: *he is saying this off screen as a shot of Ari eating ice cream beside Uncle Sunny* Well, me and Ari are just sticking together haha.

*There is a pause*

Ananis: *He stands up looking at Dagat* I think it's time for us to listen to the pastor.

*Images of Ananis teaching her how to pray, read the book etc...*

*Dagat squishing Aria's cheeks*

Dagat: I think your little sister is adorable.

Ananis: She is.

*Dagat, Julio and Briella are having a family dinner*

Julio: So kiddo, what do u guys talk about hm?

Dagat: I thought you were at work? *she looks at Julio as her eyes squinted with confusion. She raised her spoon*

Briella: Well, you forgot that I told you a while ago that a bird will look after you. *Briella's spoon is being tucked inside her closed mouth*

Dagat: *comedic effect :0* I thought it's a joke

Dagat: *pouted as her fork tucked inside her closed mouth* I might call the police if you are trying to spy on me without my consent.

*A shot of them eating together. Dagat is taking a bowl of rice, Julio chewing on a chicken drumstick, as Briella holds her glass filled with wine*

Julio: Of course we will never do that to you kiddo

Briella: That's kinda creepy.

*A shot of Dagat is scooping her rice while Julio asked her off screen* Julio: So kiddo, what do u guys talk about hm?

*A back shot of Dagat and Julio looking at her while he was sitting on the side* Dagat: Well, I just really think that Ananis's sister's cheeks are so chubby.

Briella: *holding a glass of wine with her eyes narrowing at her* And?

Dagat: Well...I told him about my parents *her hands are passing the bowl of rice to the right*

Dagat:...because he is looking for them.

Briella: And? There is something that you did and I know that you're hiding something from us. *Her hands are closed together, which are placed on top on the table*

Dagat: Is it bad telling him that I am a child of world government leaders? *looking down at her plate*

Briella: *sigh 🤦‍♀️* What did I tell you about not bringing that up to those who are not close to you?

Dagat: Brie, we're friends for almost 2 months

Julio: It doesn't mean that you are close- *wiping his mouth with a tissue*

Dagat: So what are you? Are you even my mom and dad? *she presses the fork against a slice of pork.

*Briella stands up* Briella: SO WHAT? BLOOD RELATED OR NOT WE ARE STILL OROBOANS. WE HAVE TO STICK TOGETHER-

Julio: Calm down Brie, *looking up at Brie*

Briella: *Crosses her arms and looks down with a sigh*

Julio: I'm really sorry, she's just stressed since she had a beef with a professor for not giving a fair grade. *looks at Dagat with concern*

Julio: Brie, please go to your room for a while, we will settle this together. *back shot of Julio looking at Brie who is walking out*

*Briella exits and slams the door*

Julio: *sigh*

*Julio having a conversation with Dagat*

Julio: Look, I know that you're proud to show that your parents are working in the world government, but it's risky to say that. You just don't know their suffering yet.

Dagat: ...

Julio: You also don't even realize that we are doing our very best effort to protect you, to help you with your dream. *Julio doing a body language by opening his palm as a way of grabbing Dagat's attention*

Dagat: Y'know I miss being in Oroboa sometimes, I get anything that I want. I had a lot of maids to assist me and I had a lot of dresses to wear everyday! I miss how we used to have tea parties when I was 7- *stands up carrying an empty plate with her utensils on top*

Julio: Kiddo, you're not 7 years old. You have to face reality. You will not get your dream if you don't work hard on it. *A front shot of Dagat walking towards the kitchen as Julio at the back, who is carrying a plate*

Julio: It's my idea to bring you here because there are a lot of opportunities here. *He is saying this off screen as Dagat opening the faucet on the sink*

Dagat: I guess you have a point

Dagat: *washing her plate as she looks down* I'm sorry for reacting like that a while ago, it's just stupid.

Dagat: I looked like a spoiled brat when I said that- *a close up worn down expression on her face*

Julio: *Julio places a plate beside the sink on the counter as he stood beside Dagat* You're not spoiled, it's just, your parents really love you a lot.

Dagat: *crying* I just miss my home. I miss the sea. *a close shot of her watery eyes*

Julio: I feel you kid.

Dagat: *wiping her tears off her elbow*

Dagat: What's with my parents? Wh- why did they have to suffer? *sniffs as she places her plate on the dish rack. At her back, there is Julio who is washing his hands*

Julio: Promise me not to tell anybody alright? People will judge us most especially if they are not family. *A shot of him washing his hands as Dagat stands in front of the dish rack. They are standing sideways*

**The Story**

*This is in a form of a story book*

Once upon a time, Karagatan (queen of the seas) and Danau (king of the lake) were married before the civil war between islands started. After many years of miscarriage due to the trauma of wars thousands of years ago, she hatched one egg and named their child: Baybayin.

Your parents are not...humanoids. They are one of the most powerful leaders before the crash landing of the snake.

The snake formed islands. That is where your parents were born out of. I don't know what's with the crash landed sky snake but that's the truth.

After many years, your parents get married. They need many leaders to rule over the islands.

Most especially that they want to unite the freshwater and the seawater.

After their marriage...a lot of things happened.

Destruction, warfare, agony, inferno.

Everyone is trying to claim their territory.

Tyrants were formed out of people.

Rebellion.

Karagatan had enough, so she ate the moon and there was darkness for 100 years.

They experienced a lot of pressure maintaining the island, and some people wanted them dead for more power.

Karagatan, Danau and the rest of the sovereign...the very first sovereign, vanished.

Karagatan tried to make love with him, but she ended up having a miscarriage.

They have humanoid disguises, so no one knows their identity.

They just sneak in the world government so that they can finally play their game and bring back freedom for the people that they once had lost.

After several attempts, they have you and your sister.

Unfortunately, your sister went missing after you were born.

Dagat: Now I understand. *she feels embarrassed*

*Dagat looks at Julio*: I have to apologize to Brie. *She looks back at Julio as she is about to climb the stairs*

Julio: You can say sorry to her tomorrow. It's getting late.

*Julio and Dagat gives each other a hug*

*Dagat laying in bed* : I wonder where my sister is.

🍓CHAPTER 6 REMAKE!!▶️(story extended)

New Character: Pastor Akimiro

I took inspiration from the name Akira. I also added miro because of the glasses he always wears.

▶️Church story extended

Melissa is introduced to the culture of the church where she felt very welcomed.

The church's name is Church of the First Light

Pastor Akimiro introduced the concept of their belief which is inspired by Christianity itself known as Luminism (root word: Luminosity):

Most of his church members died back in the year 1999, due to a terrorism backfire which happened to be the aftermath of the bombing of Estrella.

He was very late due to a doctor's appointment, so he needed to hurry on the wedding.

Until one spark changed his life, terror and screams shrieked off the building.

Smoke came out of the hole as everyone gazed at the falling shards of glasses from the broken windows caused by the explosion.

He thought back then that if only the Celestial prince appeared during that time, maybe He had a chance to save his church members, also he considers them as his family.

The story of a Hero with the golden sword

Instead of a cross, they used the imagery of a tree with bandages. "He died on a tree".

There was once a man who was born from a carpenter's wife. A man who we worship. A God.

A God who lived in the body of a man, thrived in the city of cruelty.

With His golden sword, he has to fight off the demons who are terrorizing the city and save the citizens thereof.

He is deemed as a hero who can heal the wounds.

Many people began twisting his story, until he was left to be hanged on the tree.

He has to bleed all of his strength, so that he can finally convince the Celestial Father to cure their sins. His cries made the earth lose its light for 3 days.

He gave up the ghost until He was risen back from the dead.

The hero passed his golden sword to his 11 knights.

He made a promise to reunite with their descendants and to finally bring back the light which was lost during the fall of man.

Melissa's reaction

Melissa felt very touched, she also thought of inviting Dian since her parents died due to the Terror of 1999.

However, the concept of forgiveness is also foreign back in Oroboa, where even the biggest mistakes cannot be ever forgiven due to the mistrust and insincere people.

To her, she has never heard this kind of doctrine before. The happiness over the loss of someone. Many went insane due to the loss of someone close to their heart.

▶️Keep chapter 2 story.

Changes: Ella (aka Briella) breaks the utensil, building his anger, and she accidentally knocks off a glass of water and it falls on the rug.

Note: I don't want to extend the backstory of Danau and Karagatan because I would like to introduce more of their backstory about Oroboa later in the upcoming project called the Unseen Mania series. Including Karagatan and Danau's religious trauma.

▶️Freshman-Sophomore flashback:

Melissa breathes and sleeps

Narrating herself: I remember one distant painful memory on Valentine's day. (while she is working in a cafe as a barista)

She flickered the coffee machine on

And it poured coffee into the container.

She started wiping off the table.

Back in Oroboa, I thought Valentine's day is something that I celebrate with my friends and family, on how we cherished each other. (pictures of her giving flowers to her teachers, chocolates to her parents, and a heart string from Charo)

Yet in another world, love shines through kissing and make outs (prom and homecoming queen and king pictures)

The coffee machine switched off, she grabbed the container and poured it slowly and carefully into the paper cup.

Love is all fun and games, until... (he locked the door, she stood frightened, looked at her surroundings, and threw herself off the window, breaking the glass. She escaped and reported her experience to the authorities)
