NOTE: this one is about where when Hannah gets raped at Bryce's party. But Clay hears screaming on a walk and comes in and tries to stop Bryce and beats him up in the process.

Hannah pov

I was just out on a walk. At night.

I didn't think it would be the worse night of my life.

Ever.

this shitty town had lots of places were the rich people lived.

Where Bryce walker is.

He is throwing a party.

I hear the music. The people. Everything.

I walk closer to it and I see Jessica, Bryce and others in a hot tub.

The water was bubbling.

The party was almost over. Most of the people went home already.

there was red solo cups everywhere. Along with Pizza boxes.

Jessica then said to me "Hey Hannah. your here!?"

"it seems I am.." i say.

Zack then says "Hey Hannah."

"Hi.."

we haven't talked much since he took those notes from me.

The notes I needed.

They tried to convince me to get in the hot tub. 

I didn't have a suit on.

"um.. Jess I dont have a suit on.."

"well that is okay.I have been in a pool without a actual suit before."

"ok."

I then got into the hot tub without a suit on.

after a little while Jessica, Zack and them got up and left the tub.

It was just then me, bryce, and the millions of stars in the sky.

Clay pov

I couldn't sleep that well.

after what happened at Jessica's party me and Hannah haven't talked much.

I want to talk to her more.

I decided to go on a walk to clear my head.

it was breezy and the stars were out.

it started to bring back memories from when me and Hannah were sitting on the roof at the Crestmont and looking at the stars in the sky.

Millions of stars. More then anyone can count.

I kept on walking until I ended up near the walkers house.

Hannah pov

The water felt soothing. I couldn't move.

I looked up at the dark sky. It was relaxing in that moment.

Then Bryce said to me "Hannah Baker. you came to a party. You must be a cool person."

I already hated him for what he did to Jessica.

"i am cool..?" I say.

He comes closer to me in the water and says "Yes, Mrs.Baker. We're the cool kids here."

He started to make me nervous.

He got closer to me and touched the strap of my top.

I then said "um.. i should be going home.."

I started to get out of the tub but Bryce pulled me down.

I tried not to show any fear.

I then tried to get out again. But then he stopped me and I got turned around.

my face was agianst the blocks surronding the hot tub.

I kept saying "Bryce, no stop it."

He then said "relax."

I couldn't move.

then all the sudden it was happening.

I was trying to scream or cry or something.

I finally said the words "Help!" loudly.

Hopefully someone heard me.

Clay pov

As I walked closer to Bryce's house I heard someone screaming for help.

"Help. Stop Bryce.!" I heard it agian.

the voice sounded familiar. LIke a girl I know.

oh no? Hannah!?

I then got closer and closer and tried to run to his house and the screaming got louder and louder.

Hannah pov

I kept screaming for help. Did anyone hear me?

"Bryce get off of me.!"

He wouldn't listen.

I then heard a voice in the distance. It sounded familiar.

The voice was saying "Hannah.. ? where are you..?.. Hannah..?"

it was a boy I knew.

Clay Jensen.

Please help me. 

As he got closer I said to him "I am over here! help..!"

The footsteps got closer and closer and there he was Clay.

He saw Bryce on top of me and said to bryce "Bryce! get off of her! now!.."

He wouldn't listen.

Clay was steaming with Anger.

He then got closer to the tub and pulled him off of me.

I then got out of the tub and went over to the grass and watched them fight.

"Bryce! how dare you do that to Hannah!? I can't believe this. Stay away from her BRYCE!!"

He just laughed.

and then said "OH, really? well what are you going to do about it Jensen..?"

Clay stood there for a moment and then threw a punch at his face.

then Bryce just looked at him for a moment and tried to punch him back. But clay doged it over and over.

Bryce then threw him agianst the fence but then Clay got up and pushed him to the ground.

After he punched Bryce agian his nuckles started to bleed.

And I just stood there. Watching.

After Bryce was on the groudnd he didn't get back up. He just looked at clay and said "you'll pay for that Jensen."

He just glared at him and walked over to me.

Then he went inside his house.

Clay pov

I walked back over to Hannah sitting on the ground and I knelt to her level and said "Hannah are you okay..? did he hurt you..?"

she shaked her head "No." and started to Cry and gave me a hug.

She then whispered to me "Clay.. he tried to..to.."

I then tried to calm her down and she was soaking wet but I dont care.

"Hannah.. don't worry I am here now.. your safe from him.. how dare he hurt you like that.."

She shook her head and cried into my shoulder and held onto me tightly.

"it is my fault Clay.. there is probably more i could've done.."

I then said softly trying to calm her "Hey.. Hey it is not your fault. There was nothing more you could've done in that moment. Okay, you were scared. Bryce is the Jerk here for hurting you."

She nodded her head and said "Thanks Clay.. I was scared that you wouldn't hear..r..-"

"your safe now Hannah.. now let's go home and get you changed and cleaned up okay..?"

she wiped her tears and stood up and grabbed her boots and she had  already put her shirt and pants back on before.

I wrapped my arm around her and she did the same thing and tried to calm down and stop her crying..

I then looked down at my knuckles on one of my hands.

Hannah then said "let's get that bandaged or something too Helmet."

"yea." she then layed her head on my shoulder as we made it back to my house.

When then got to my house and my parents weren't home yet.

When then walked inside my house and went inside to the bathroom.

Hannah took some water and lightly dabbed on the bleeding knuckle.

it hurt a little bit.

she then put a band- aid on it for me and then I gave her a towel to dry off with.

"here is a towel."

"Thanks Helmet."

she then went back into the bathroom and dried off.

She had a extra change of clothes in her bag and changed in the bathroom.

She then came back out and said "Clay.. can I stay here for tonight..?"

she has been threw alot tonight.

I dont want to say no. And I care about her so much and I love her.

"I dont mind. You can stay."

She then smiles and says "Thanks." she then kisses my cheek and I smile.

She then sits on the couch and i sit next to her.

She moves closer to me and lays head on me.

she then says softly "clay.. do you think I will be able to get over and speak about what happened tonight..?"

"I dont know hannah. But you might have to tell someone about it.. but it is up to you.. it would take a lot of time to get over that though.."

She sighes and says "Okay.."

she the pauses and says "can we not talk about it right now..? it is bad memoires.."

"okay..hannah.."

she then nodded and placed her head back on my shoulder as i wrap my arm around her.

She then says quietly "clay..is it okay if I sleep right here..?"

"sure hannah."

she then smiles and starts to drift off to sleep.

it has been a long night for her.

She then says "I love you clay."

"i love you too Hannah."

I then kissed her forhead and we both start to fall asleep.

I saw a little smile.
