2 hours later..
Clay pov
I went to the store to get a blank cassette tape and a bottle of blue nail polish.I left the store and was heading for Bryce's.
I parked my bike on the sidewalk outside and made sure the tape recorder from Tony was ready.
He dosent really know what I am doing.
I then slowly walked up to the door and knocked on it.
Man his house is huge.
A few seconds later Bryce came out.
He seemed surprised to see me.
I don't blame him.I don't want to be here.But I am here to get justice.
"Jensen,what do you want.,?"
"Umm...this is kind of awkward but I was wondering if I could get some.."
"Uh.sure Jensen.come on in.I then nodded and he allowed me inside.
I looked around and saw how big it looks inside.
He then walked over to a table and Sat down.
I looked over outside and saw the hot tub.
Where it happened.
I can't even imagine how Hannah felt that night.
I feel so terrible.
Before he could say or do anything I said to Bryce.
"So I heard you had a party last week?"
He looked up and said "Yea,I did.my parties are legendary.Espcially this one."
I felt the anger boiling inside of me.
Keep it together Clay.
I then nodded my head and went over to my backpack.
He opened a box and said. "It will cost you $50."
I nodded my head and shuffled around in my backpack to turn on the recorder.
He noticed I couldn't seem to find the money.
he then says it is fine.
I nodded my head and said" so..Hannah Baker told me about a party.,she said she went to one..recently.."
"Hannah Baker..I heard what happened to her.that sucks..I hope she is alright."
"Yea."
He is major part of the reason she is even in this situation at all.
"Hannah told me something happen that night..with you.."
"Oh.did it..I can't remember,"
I just shook my head trying to keep my cool.

"She said it was out there in the hot tub."
He looked out the window and said" yea..I think so..we had a.connection and got together that night"
"Did she want you too? Did she want it.?"
"I assume,"
He then stood up and started to walk away.
"We had a thing of and on.she is a special girl."
I couldn't take it anymore.
That's it.
I turned around and said" you raped her."
He turned around with confusion on his face.
"What..?"
"You raped Hannah Baker."
"You dont know what your talking about Jensen."
"Say it.say what you did."
"Thanks for coming.now get out."
"I am not going to you admit it."
"What business is it of yours?"
"She is my friend and I care about her,"
"So?"
"What you did is wrong.admit what you did.right out there.A week before she tired to kill herself.!"
"She got hot tub.she looked at me
and she wanted it.I guess your crush isn't as clean as you thought."
My anger is going through the roof.
I looked at him and went for a punch.
He moved his head a little but not much effect.
He looked back at me and said" why did you do that.?"
He punched me back and I lost my balance a little.
I tried to fight back but he kept punching me and then in the stomach I ended up on the floor.
"She wanted me.Me."
He then stepped over me and watched me try to get back up.
I crawled over to a.seat and tried to get up to sit.
He laughs at me and watches me have trouble getting up.
He then grabbed a wet towel to wipe the blood.
And handed it to me.
I positioned my backpack again.
"So,just because she was in the hot tub that means she wanted it.?."
"Yea.I would say."
"Did you rape Hannah Baker.?"
He sat down next to me and sighed and said" jeez,"
"I need to hear you say it."
"Did you..?"
He looked at me and I awaited for a answer.
"If you what to call it rape call it that.it is the same difference."
I then nodded and looked over.I got all I needed.
I then left his house I closed the door and opened my backpack and paused the tape recorder.
I got on ny bike and started to bike home.
I.could still see part of the sun out.
I got home and saw my parent weren't yet.
I should clean my self up first before I talk to Hannah.
I don't want to go there looking like this.I went inside my house and went into my bathroom
And cleaned up a little bit.
I looked and saw bruises on my stomach.
Tjue look pretty bad.
I wipe the cuts and the blood of my face.
My cuts looked a little better then before.
I then went into my room abd pulled out the taoe.
I took the blue nail polish and painted a blue number 14 on it.
I then took a look at it.
I got all I need here.this is going to help Hannah.
I then got ready and went back outside I started riding my bike to the hospital.
I got there and went to the bike rack and parked by bike.
I then went inside and the nurse allowed me to Hannah"s room.
I looked in the room through the window and saw Hannah she Looked at me and smiled with her beautiful smile.
I then opened the door and walked in.
She said" hey.helmet,what happened,?"
"Hey Hannah. That is what I wanted to tell you."
She.nodded her head and I walked towards her bed.
And I sat down in the seat next to the bed.
"Um..I went to Bryce's tonight.."
"Bryce did this to you..?"
I nodded my head she then slowly grabbed my hand and said "I am so sorry Helmet.what happened.are you okay.?"
"I will be okay.I went to his and got his confession for Raping you.."
"What you got his confession.?"
I then pulled out the tape and showed it to her.
She looked down at it and she said" you did that for.me?."
"Yea.I would do anything for you..I love you."
"Aww helmet.I love you too.I can't believe you did This for me."
We both then smiled and then she said" will you be okay?"
"Yea.it hurts a little.but I will be fine."
She nodded,"I'm glad your okay.."
"Yea me too."
She then leaned up and kissed my cheek.
I smiled and she did too.
She started to blush.
"Well it is getting pretty late.I should get going."
"Okay.thanks helmet.see you tommorow.."
I nodded and I gave her a hug.
She didn't squeeze too tightly.she was probably scared that it might hurt.
We then pulled away and I stood up and walked towards the door.
"Good night helmet,"
"Good night Hannah."
We.smiled at each other I then closed the door and left.
Bryce will get what is coming.

The next day.

Hannah pov
My parents came to the hospital to visit me.
I should tell them what happened and. Last night.
They walked in and looked at me with a smile.
"Hey mom.Hey dad."
"Good.morning sweetie." They both say.I then sighed.
"Hey guys.there is something I need to tell you."
"What is it honey?" My mom says.
"Somethin happened..last week...",they nodded for me to continue.
"Mom..dad..Bryce walker raped me..."
there faces completely changed.
"Omg Hannah..I am so sorry,"
Both my parents say.
"Yea..it is horrible..and there is something else.."
They nodded.
"Lastnight.Clay got a confession."
"He did.?" My dad says.
"Yea.,but he did get beat up but he says he is okay, he says he did it for me."
"Wow.honey.that is good.I find it nice that he did that for you."my Mom says.
I nodded and said" yea.it is..I hope we could use it against him".
"Yea we have to hope we can get justice for you honey.how did he get it.?"my dad asked.
"On a tape recording."
They both nodded.
"That so good fir us In court so that we can get Bryce in jail fir what he did."
Inodded.
