Baekhyun was always a perfectionist.He never in his life ever lost in anything.He never failed a mission ever.

Not being able to follow Annie was his first ever fail.And he can't fathom it.He can't believe or tolerate it.He doesn't know how to act about it.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!"Baekhyun shouted out of frustration while laying on his bed.

He then turned onto the side and put a pillow over his face and tried to force himself to sleep.But as soon as he closed his eyes he saw her face when she had trapped him against the wall and his face was only millimeters away from her.She looked so beautiful then.

He immediately opened his eyes and cursed himself for thinking that again.He cleared his mind,forced himself to calm down and closed his eyes and tried to go to sleep.

He never sleeps before dawn.He works every night.And sleeping at 2 am seemed weird.And every time he closed his eyes her face popped up in his head.

"AAAHHHHHHH!!!"He again screamed after throwing the pillow he put over his face away.And then he sat up on his bed.

Why can't I get this annoying woman out of my head?

Baekhyun grabbed his phone from the nightstand.He decided because he can't sleep he would just scroll through his phone and see what his teammates were up to.They are always up to something horrendous so looking at their idiocy would divert his mind and would help him get annoyed for another reason.

Getting annoyed by anything other than this is way better.

Baekhyun unlocked his phone and went to the messages and as soon as he did that the message Annie sent him tonight popped up on the screen.He forgot to close it.

Baekhyun had saved her number in his phone then.He was trying to divert his mind from her but no matter what he did he couldn't.Like her message popped up.And everything about tonight is driving him crazy.He threw his phone across the room and shouted again.This time really loudly.

"KIM ANNIIIIIEEEEEE...."

Before he could stop the door of his bedroom swung open revealing a sleepy and tired Taehyung.Baekhyun stopped immediately.Taehyung wasn't supposed to be home now,was he?Did he hear all the screams?Baekhyun cursed him again in his mind.How could he forget that he leaves with another person?

Baekhyun tried to act normal and as if nothing happened,"Hello there,Taehyung.You don't have any fights tonight?"

Taehyung didn't answer and rubbed his sleepy eyes,"Did something happen between you and Annie?You sounded really frustrated."

Baekhyun tried to smile,"Did I wake you up?I'm so sorry.."

"Yeah..it's hard to sleep when your hyung is shouting and throwing things one every two minutes.Tell me what happened.."

"Honestly nothing happened.Go back to sleep..I will stay quiet.."

Taehyung sighed.He knows Baekhyun for really long.He could definitely tell something is up.

Taehyung closed the door behind,picked up Baekhyun's phone and the pillow he threw on the floor and came and sat on Baekhyun's bed face to face with him.He then looked at Baekhyun and slowly asked,"What's up,hyung?What did Annie do?"

Baekhyun tried to cover the whole fact as he was embarrassed,"Nothing..she's just a bit annoying..that's all..."

"Hyung?"Taehyung asked in a low voice while looking at him.He demanded answers.

Baekhyun sighed.He forgot how well Taehyung actually knows him.He can't do bullshit with Taehyung.Taehyung is going to get the honest answer out of him anyway.

Baekhyun sighed again before telling him the whole thing that happened.Including the challenge,being partners,today's bar,the mission of him following her failing..everything.He even told her how he felt after failing.About how frustrated,angry he felt.How he couldn't get Annie's face out of his head.

Taehyung listened to him quietly.

"See?I think until I find out who she actually is..I think her face would keep popping up in my head...because of anger.I have to find out who she is.."

Taehyung suddenly let out a chuckle.

Baekhyun looked at Taehyung being really confused as to why he was laughing in the middle of this serious situation.

Taehyung laughed again seeing Baekhyun's serious expression and said in between laughter,"You think that's why Annie is on your mind?"

Baekhyun was so confused,"Why else?"

Taehyung laughed again seeing his expression,"Hyung,how long has been since you dated last?"

Baekhyun frowned.But Taehyung does have a point.

"Hyung,you are so busy with work you barely have time to meet girls.And she's the girl that has been close to you after so long,.."

"So you are suggesting.."Baekhyun asked,"That I.."

Taehyung listened to Baekhyun while nodding and being curious if Baekhyun actually understood what he was suggesting.

".....should get laid?"Baekhyun asked.

Taehyung instantly facepalmed and Baekhyun continued,"You know what you are right...I didn't come in contact with any girl in a while that's why my hormones are being like this.I'm sure that's the scientific explanation on why I can't get that woman out of my mind..Taehyung-ah,you are a genius!I raised you rig.."

"NO,NO,Hyung!"Taehyung stopped Baekhyun before he could jump into more ridiculous conclusions.

Baekhyun stopped and looked at Taehyung,"What?"

"I'm telling you that you should grow close to Annie and date her.."

Baekhyun widened his eyes,"Oh hell no!That woman and me?Pfttt..never in a million years.."

Taehyung smiled seeing how worked up Baekhyun got.He knows even though Baekhyun is being like this now after he walks out of the room Baekhyun would start thinking about the possibilities of him dating Annie.

"Hyung..I think Annie is a nice girl.And she's the only one girl that can challenge you.You like challenges,don't you?"Taehyung asked.

"Oh no,never..I hate her.."

"No,you don't."

"I do.."

"Do you think she is popping in your head and you are thinking she's pretty just because you hate her?"Taehyung asked while smirking,"You think you are getting so worked up and crazy over her because you hate her?"

Baekhyun frowned.He shouldn't have told Taehyung that he thought Annie looked beautiful from up close.

"I think you are kind of attracted to her..because she's different from other girls..and you two even..."

Taehyung stopped abruptly and looked he was caught off guard.

"We two even what?"Baekhyun asked.

Taehyung smiled trying to bury his previous sentence,"I think you two would be nice together."

Baekhyun found Taehyung's behavior super suspicious.But he let it go and sighed.Taehyung always has a different way of solving problems than Baekhyun.His perspective is always different.

But this time what Taehyung said is weirdly starting to make sense.

And he hates it.

"And how do you know that she's a nice girl?"Baekhyun asked.

"I've hung out with her a few times."

Baekhyun didn't know that.But he still tried to convince Taehyung.

"Taehyung-ah,She could be a spy from another gang..."

"My heart tells me she isn't.And I'm not forcing you.Give this a thought,"Taehyung seriously said while looking away,"And I want to see you with a girl..someone who stays with you forever.I think you should slowly start spending some time with her without fighting.I assure you it won't be a waste."

Taehyung paused for a moment,"Even if you don't want to date her then be friends with her.That's for your and everyone's good."

Baekhyun suddenly chuckled seeing Taehyung.Taehyung looked at him,confused.

Baekhyun smiled seeing Taehyung's eyes go wide in confusion.That looked so cute.

"What happened,hyung?"

"Look at you giving me advice like an adult.I didn't notice that you've grown up so much,"Baekhyun said.

Taehyung chuckled adorably being flattered.His serious demeanor was breaking and his playful and childish side was coming out.

Baekhyun then suddenly realized how less time he spends with Taehyung these days.

"Taehyung-ah?How are fights these days?You still winning like you should?"Baekhyun asked and laughed.

"Yes hyung.I'm winning like I should.I had a fight today too but my opponent ran away that's why I came home early."

Baekhyun smiled,"If Anyone troubles you make sure to tell me.I will go beat them up."

Baekhyun said even though he knew Taehyung was more than capable of beating the shit out of whoever was bothering him.He has been one of the best underground fighters for years.

"I know hyung,"Taehyung suddenly sighed.

"What?"Baekhyun asked.

"Hyung..you barely have time for me anymore.Do you even remember the last time we drank together?You work so much it's annoying.We live in the same house and I barely get to see you.Why are you so obsessed with this?I know you are one of the founding members of our gang but I am too.I am not that invested in the gang hyung."

"Taehyung-ah.."

"I'm worried about you hyung.You look trapped.You need a break.You should take a break and go and have fun and drink and dance till you drop!!"

Baekhyun suddenly remembered what Annie told him last evening.She also told him to take a break.

Do I really need a break?

"I'm honestly worried about you!Just take a damn break and let's go on a vacation!The five of us!!"Taehyung shouted cutely,"Let's go to Hawaii!"

Baekhyun smiled as the real reason of the rant is coming out.Taehyung just wants to go to a vacation.

"Should we?"Baekhyun asked.

Taehyung nodded.

"Fine,we will go as soon as we are done with the Rubies!"

"Promise?You can't think about work for a single moment there!"

"I won't and I promise!"

Taehyung threw his hands up and exclaimed,"Hyung is the best!"

"Yeah,I get it now go to sleep you must be tired!"

"No,you never have time for me so now I'm gonna spend the whole night talking to you and telling you all that happened during fights.I have so many stories saved up that I want to tell you!"

Baekhyun chuckled,"Fine then tell me."

Taehyung came and sat by his side and started to tell him the stories. Baekhyun listened to him attentively.

In his whole gang Taehyung is the only one Baekhyun doesn't get annoyed about.He sees Taehyung as his little brother.He technically raised Taehyung.No one knows him better than Taehyung anyway.

Even though Taehyung told him that he would tell Baekhyun stories all night he ended up falling asleep pretty soon on Baekhyun's bed.Baekhyun smiled at his precious little brother and covered him with a blanket.

Now he finally has the time to think.What Taehyung told about Annie weirdly is making sense now.Baekhyun hates this so much but he wonders if he should try actually getting close to Annie.Then he would get a chance to know her and he could have a better chance at finding out who she was and winning the challenge she gave him.

He hates losing and this could help him win the challenge.That sounded like a good plan.He smirked.

I guess I should try being our Cinderell's friend now.

He took his phone out and immediately messaged Annie.

I will surely get you next time.Ms.Kim.

Sent:3.23 am

Then he kept his phone at the night stand and started thinking what Taehyung told him about the vacation.A vacation doesn't sound too bad.It would be nice to have a vacation after being successful on taking down Rubies.

Baekhyun suddenly frowned.One thing Taehyung said struck to his mind right now.He didn't notice it before.

"Just take a damn break and let's go on a vacation!The five of us!"

Baekhyun frowned.

Five?

Baekhyun is sure Taehyung meant four.Himself,Baekhyun,Namjoon And Joonmyun.They grew up together and founded the gang together.

Baekhyun doesn't understand then why did he say five.

Was it a mistake?

Then a thought came across Baekhyun's mind.He widened his mind as soon as he thought that.He then looked at the sleeping Taehyung.

Is Taehyung still....

Before Baekhyun could think anything further his phone beeped indicating a message arrived.It broke Baekhyun's trail of thoughts and relieved Baekhyun a bit.He didn't want to think about that anyway.

He unlocked at his phone and unknowingly a smile appeared on his face seeing the message.

Taehyung was right.Baekhyun loves challenges but hates losing.
