It's 11:50 right now.Only 10 minutes are left till 12.Yoojung is almost giving up.He had positioned a lot of his gang members in front of the warehouse.Some were even hiding behind the trees.Their duty was to attack Baekhyun as soon as he comes.Yoojung wanted to catch Baekhyun no matter what.But seeing Baekhyun not coming yet was making him lose his confidence.He was starting to think Baekhyun won't come.So he started to think of a backup plan if Baekhyun doesn't show up.He sat at the table with few of his gang members and started to decide what would be the best option to do if Baekhyun doesn't come.They talked about they would do to Annie if Baekhyun didn't come.All of the options were horrible and would send a shiver down anyone's spine if they heard about it.

All this time Annie was watched closely so she couldn't do anything.But now that Yoojung is talking about what to do with Annie,the men that were watching her were paying more attention to what Yoojung was saying than watching her.It was Annie's time to do something.She was also pretty sure that Baekhyun wouldn't come so if she wanted to be saved,she would need to do it herself.

Most of the men were gathered by the table in one corner of the room,others were standing or sitting not too far from the table.On the other side of the room were a lot of different weapons which included loaded guns.She was thinking whether or no it would be safe to run there and get a gun to protect herself.But then she thought while she runs there,if she's not very fast the men would catch her again.And her chance would be over.She then saw not too far from her was her bag laying.Yoojung had discarded it after taking her phone from it.In one of the pockets of the bag there was a taser and a pepper spray.These aren't very efficient weapon choices but at least she would have a weapon.Thank God Yoojung didn't notice those yet.

Annie couldn't go out from the front door.Because there were already a lot of men waiting for Baekhyun there and if she runs out they would definitely catch her.But she had noticed that there was a window at the very back of the warehouse.She could use it to get out and run as fast as she can.

Annie started to put her plan to action.At first she would need to get out of these ropes.For that she would have to get the small yet sharp knife she keeps in her pocket.It was so small and it looked like a lipstick as it had cap on.So Yoojung's men didn't take it out while searching her.Thank God for that.She keeps this knife in her pocket as well as keeping a taser and a pepper spray in her bag.She always has to walk to work and work back home during very late night.So she keeps all these with her to protect herself in case any creep tries to do something.

If you are a girl and you have to be out during late night,you always need to be prepared for all the dangers that lurk in the dark.

Getting the knife from the back packet of her jeans discreetly and with hands tied turned out to be more difficult than Annie anticipated but with enough effort Annie managed to do it and no one suspected anything.Annie then cut the ropes that were around her wrists easily with her knife.The men weren't looking at her.It was her chance.Annie took a deep breath and brought her hands in front and cut the ropes around her ankles and removed the tape from her mouth.She then pulled her bag towards her that was not too far from her and got her taser and spray out as quickly as she could.Some of the men heard the voice and turned to her direction.

Before they could react to what they saw Annie got up and turned around..it was time to make a run for it towards the window and push the window open with all her might.She sprinted towards the window but the men ran behind her to catch her as well.She could push open the window but some of the men caught her arms,she shoved them away with all her might and tased some of them with her taser.When the men fell all the ground and she was just about to go out of the window the men that were sitting by Yoojung at the table,ran towards her and grabbed her arms and held her still.She tried to move and use her taser but she couldn't do anything as there were too many people holding her and they all were really strong.She tried her level best to break out or use her taser but one of them pulled her taser and spray away.She tried again but she couldn't even move.One of them hit her at the back of her head with some heavy object really badly and it hurt like hell.And it also made her dizzy.Her vision became blurry and she couldn't stand up properly.Her head hurt so much that she was about to give up.

But right then all of them heard commotion and gunshots coming from out of the garage.Screams and panics could be heard too.Everyone in the warehouse got wary,even Yoojung.Annie couldn't think properly.

She could hear Yoojung's voice,"Tie her down quickly and be prepared,probably Baekhyun is here!"

Annie couldn't think properly.Why would Baekhyun be here?Did he come to save her?Why did he come?What if he gets hurt?Annie wanted to pull herself together.Because if Baekhyun is here she would have to fight back.She would have to save Baekhyun from Yoojung's trap.But Annie couldn't help it.Blood was dripping from the wound behind her head and her vision was blurry as hell.

With this blurry vision she could see the door of the warehouse get lifted open from the outside,revealing Baekhyun holding a gun in his hand.Annie couldn't see properly but she knew Baekhyun had a huge smirk on his face.Annie smiled unknowingly.This was just like a movie.

Baekhyun looked at Annie and said,"Talk about a dramatic entrance,Huh?"

"Right,"Annie laughed even with the pain.She knew this situation was dangerous but the fact that Baekhyun came to get her gave her happiness.

Everyone was confused.The gunshots and commotion could still be heard from the outside.That means Baekhyun wasn't alone.Everyone quickly stood up and pointed their guns at Baekhyun.

Baekhyun's eyes darkened when his eyes moved to the men holding Annie.

"Y'all messed with the wrong person,"Baekhyun gritted his teeth before he started shooting at the men that were holding Annie at the speed of light.A lot of them got shot and some of them dunked while trying to protect themselves from the shots that and left Annie's arms,releasing her.Baekhyun was shooting so quickly and furiously they had no way but to duck down.Annie took this chance and quickly ran to the other side of the warehouse where the weapons were stored and grabbed guns herself.In the meantime war broke out in the warehouse.Most of the people present in the warehouse were firing their guns at Baekhyun.Some were protecting Yoojung.Baekhyun was skilled so he could dodge the bullets with no problem and could fire back.There were almost 20 men against Baekhyun.He had moved to a place behind a tank,it was a bit safer there.At one point Baekhyun took another gun out of his pocket and started firing with two.He could take some of them down immediately.But the others were holding on pretty good.In the meantime Annie got two of the guns and stood beside Baekhyun.Annie came beside him and pointed her guns at the men.When Baekhyun saw her he frowned and said while continuing to shoot,"Go rest,you are hurt and have been through so much.I can handle them."

"I know you can but how can I leave you when you are alone?We are partners remember?"Annie said and grinned even though her head was hurting like crazy.

Baekhyun also smiled,"You are right.But if Joonmyun hyung comes in and sees that I let you do this.."

"He is here?"

"Yeah,him,Taehyung and Namjoon were being dramatic and didn't let me come alone.They are outside.Other members of the gang have been sent to destroy everything of Rubies in Busan.They are done for after tonight."

Baekhyun said with confidence and a smirk on his face.Annie smiled seeing him.That's Baekhyun's charm.The fact that he could do all of this in one night without preparation is amazing.

"Shall we finish things here?"Annie asked and pulled the barrel on her gun.

"Sure we can,partner,"Baekhyun said and they smiled at each other before moving away from the tanks they were standing behind and coming right in front of everyone,they stood by each other's side and started firing their guns.Their partnership was still perfect as it was on the very first day.Anyone seeing them would think that it was a scripted movie.Everything was so perfect.This perfect partnership and chemistry could only be seen in movies.When Baekhyun needed to put bullets in Annie perfectly covered him and vice versa.

As Joonmyun had said they were both reckless during mission.They didn't care if they got hurt or died in the process,they needed to be successful in the mission no matter what.Always.That is the spirit that could keep Annie firing guns even though blood was dripping down from her wound crazily and it was hurting.

Soon they could get rid of everyone other then the three men protecting Yoojung.Yoojung was scared as hell.He knew he fucked up.He shouldn't have challenged Baekhyun like this.His two bodyguards were protecting him,they were firing at both Annie and Baekhyun.He took the time to make a dash for his life through the front door of the warehouse.He ran as fast as he could.Baekhyun smirked but didn't try to stop him.He wanted to take care of the bodyguards that had surrounded him from three sides.Annie ran behind Yoojung.

Baekhyun just shouted to her,"Dont worry about him!"

But Annie didn't listen and ran behind Yoojung.

Baekhyun smirked and cracked his knuckles.He was amused by their loyalty while Yoojung was running away.He looked at the guard in front of him,pointing his gun at him,ready to shoot. Baekhyun didn't have a lot of bullets left in his gun.The extra bullets he had brought fell on the ground during the fight.He only had two left and Annie was chasing Yoojung so he couldn't get her gun.He needed to be really careful.

Before the guard could shoot Baekhyun kicked his gun away from his hand and then kicked his cheek making him fall down.He then quickly ran behind him and hit the back of his head with the grip of the gun.That was enough to knock him down.The other two were shooting at him.But he sat down and used the knocked out guard's body as his shield and then shot the two of them with the two bullets he had.

Then he stood up leaving everyone on the ground.He dusted off his hands and smirked looking at the bloody mess in the warehouse.

I said y'all messed with the wrong person.

Yoojung was running for his life.He should've thought this through again.He successfully came out of the warehouse.Annie was running behind him.She even shot towards him but he managed to dodge.She was running really fast.

Yoojung turned around to see how close she's come and she is pretty close.She would catch up any moment and then he's doomed.

"Damn this bitch runs fast,"Yoojung thought and ran while looking behind at her.

That's when he collided with something.Or rather someone.

Yoojung slowly looked to see who it was.He had collided in Joonmyun's chest and he was looking at him with a huge smirk.

"Long time no see,old friend,"Joonmyun said.

He had his hands intertwined behind him and Namjoon and Taehyung were standing by his both sides.Namjoon had a smirk on his face too and Taehyung looked murderous while twirling his gun in his hand.

Yoojung looked around to see the army of people he prepared all laying down on the road,shot.While trying to save his life he completely had forgotten about everything that was happening outside.Annie came up behind him and sighed in relief to see the three of them.

"So..how are you?"Joonmyun asked,"I thought you wanted to kill me and Baek.Why don't you go ahead?"

Yoojung was scared.Really.

Right then Baekhyun walked out of the warehouse and stood beside Yoojung and kept his arm around his shoulder.

"Yoojung-ah.."

"You only could do this just because you brought the three of them with you without following the rules.If you came alone,you'd be dead meat,"Yoojung said.

That made all of them chuckle.

"You see,I wanted to come alone.But my family is over protective of me.In our gang we protect our family,not exploit or import them,"Baekhyun's face suddenly turned dark,"But even if I came alone,the outcome would be the same.You shouldn't have messed with her."

Namjoon said,"Dear Yoojung,you should've just stayed in Busan.Why did you go to dig your own grave and took the risk to go against us.We were being nice and let you go alive last time."

Joonmyun nodded and said,"Shall I let you in on a secret?"

Yoojung looked at him curiously.

Joonmyun smirked and said,"Tonight is the last night for Rubies.We have already sent our members to Busan to destroy every one of your businesses,get rid of every evidence of your existence.We had planned it for two weeks later but guess what..you brought this upon you,"Joonmyun's expression hardened,"By the end of tonight there would be no trace of Rubies."

Yoojung shook his head and pleaded,"Please don't do this.Let me free."

"Woah,how does he change his attitude so fast?"Taehyung asked,amused.Yoojung continued to plead,"Please for our old friendship's sake."

That caused everyone to laugh.

"Friendship, you say?"Joonmyun asked,"Friendship,Huh?"

"How fucking ridiculous,"Namjoon said and sighed.

"Well, you should've thought about our friendship before you dared to abduct Annie and harass Sunmi with your damn messages again!"Joonmyun shouted.

"Where was your 'Friendship' then, Yoojung?"Taehyung asked.

"Guys,we have tales enough, let's get this over with for once and for all," Baekhyun said and came forward while smirking," We already gave you too many chances, Yoojung."

"No..Baekhyun..give me a chance, I won't do anything I swear!" Yoojung begged.

Yoojung backed away as Baekhyun came forward with his gun.At one point his back his Taehyung.Yoojung fell down on the ground.Baekhyun smirked and sat in front of Yoojung and said,"Guess who's time on earth is over?"

"Ba..ba..Baekhyun..don't do..this..for the....please..let me..g..go.."

Baekhyun laughed and said,"You brought this upon you,you rascal.Should've left us alone."

Yoojung was terrified,he even brought his hands together to plead.But Baekhyun couldn't care less.He pointed his gun on Yoojung's forehead and said,"Bye bye Yoojung."

Then he chuckled and pulled the trigger.Yoojung was terrified and was ready to feel a bullet go into his skull.He closed his eyes shut.But weirdly the bullet never came.

Yoojung slowly opened his eyes and saw Baekhyun burst into laughter,followed by the others.

"There was no bullet in it,you idiot.You should've seen your face,"Baekhyun laughed,"Hilarious."

Yoojung was relieved to think he was saved this time.

"I won't kill you,Yoojung.I don't have to right,"Baekhyun said,"No one present here can."

Yoojung sighed in relief thinking that Baekhyun was going to let him leave.Even though that was being a bit stupid,but thank God he's doing this.Yoojung would get back at him for humiliating him like this.

But the next thing Baekhyun said sent a shiver down his spine. Baekhyun stopped laughing as his face turned serious and his voice turned as cold as ice,

"We are not the people that should be killing you.Our duty is to take you to the person that should.Taehyung,pick him up."

Taehyung pulled him by the back of his collar and they had quickly tied them down and took them to their van.No matter how much he protested,it didn't work.

In the van the five of them were cheerful and happy while his soul had left the body.He didn't know where they were taking him but he knew it won't be somewhere good.

I'm not going to get saved this time,am I?

Sunmi was holding a gun in her hands.It was pointed at Yoojung who was tied down in front of her.Around her were a bunch of her gang members,cheering for her.Some of them were still in Busan but all of them had completed their missions.Rubies were destroyed.It was amazing how they managed to pull it off.Sunmi is more than proud.

She knows that she was the one who said she would take out Yoojung But now her hands were trembling.She was a bit scared.All the memories from that time of her life was flooding in her mind.The abuses,the tortures Everything.This person ruined so many peoples life.He ruined so many girls.They didn't deserve that.He deserved to die for that.

Sunmi deserves to forget about those horrifying memories.She remembers the night Yoojung was about to sell her off,he didn't waver how much she begged.What would happen if Joonmyun didn't come to the scene?Where would she be?

Sunmi then looked at Joonmyun,who always gave her strength and gave her hope.He said she deserves to be happy,deserves to break out from the chains of the past memories,deserves to cut ties from the dead load called Yoojung.Joonmyun gave her a reassuring smile.

Sunmi got strength.She looked at Yoojung and said,"Remember the time you told me I'm a delicate flower?Now watch my thrones dig deep into you."

Yoojung was begging her to not do this.Begging her to remember the brief happy moments they had at the start of their relationship.But Sunmi wasn't having it.He was the reason behind her nightmares,her cries,her grief.

Sunmi took a deep breath.

Joonmyun had told her she deserved a new beginning.That beginning would start with the end of Yoojung.

With that she pulled the trigger.

Done.

After Sunmi had pulled the trigger,Everyone was more than ecstatic.Everyone came back to the territory and jumped around in happiness.Rubies were done.Finished.For once and for all.They have won.

They wanted to party but Namjoon said as most members were in Busan they would throw the party tomorrow after their return.Everyone agreed.They were just chitchatting with each other.Sunmi and Annie were talking.Annie was praising her for managing to shoot Yoojung.Baekhyun was nearby and was also listening to her.

"Annie-ah,that moment I thought everyone deserved a fresh new beginning.Everyone deserved to start a fresh new chapter leaving their past behind."

Annie nodded.That's when Joonmyun had called Sunmi and she went to him,leaving Annie and Baekhyun alone.They were awkward with each other.They didn't know how to start talking.

That's when Taehyung came to them with a huge mischievous grin on his face.He was missing from after Sunmi shooting Yoojung till now.

Baekhyun was about to ask where he was but his huge grin weirded him out.He got scared as he knew Taehyung was up to something.

"What?"Annie asked.

"Everyone deserves a new beginning,a new chapter away from the past."

Taehyung repeated Sunmi's words.

"What..?"

Before anyone could react Taehyung grabbed both of their hands and dragged both of them behind him.He didn't let go even though they protested.

He kept pulling them behind him.

God knew what he was thinking.

"Kim Taehyung,I order you as your older brother to open the damn door!" Baekhyun said as he kicked on the front door of his house,angrily.

"Taehyung-ah,this won't solve anything!"Annie said while hitting the door.

Taehyung had dragged both of them to the house he and Baekhyun lives at and after pushing the two of them in he locked the door from the outside and demanded that they solve everything or he won't open the door.

"Oh hell yeah it will.You are going to explain everything to hyung and hyung you are going to listen to her..without trying to kill her.I have already taken all the guns and knifes out of the house so don't try to strangle her or something."

Well..that explains where Taehyung was from after Sunmi pulling trigger.

"Taehyung..this isn't a way.."Annie tried to reason.

"It is!!And I won't listen to any kind of blackmails or any shit now.Y'all better talk it out and forget the past and start afresh.Or..I will be really angry!"Taehyung threatened.

Baekhyun sighed and went into sit on a sofa.He knew how stubborn Taehyung can be if he wanted to be.

Annie tried to reason with Taehyung again.But Taehyung didn't listen to her and left.Annie still tried to open the door but nothing worked.

Baekhyun looked at her.Thankfully her wound wasn't that deep and Yixing had wrapped a bandaged the wound perfectly. Baekhyun sighed seeing her effort and said,"Stop trying.Nothing would work."

Annie tried one last time before coming and slowly sitting on the sofa across Baekhyun awkwardly.She tried to look at everything in the house except Baekhyun.She was trying to avoid eye contact at all costs.But Baekhyun was looking at her.She tried to make the situation less awkward,"Thanks for coming to save me."

Baekhyun didn't say anything.He just kept looking at her.

They stayed quiet like that for a few moments before Baekhyun finally said,"I think you have a lot to tell me."

Annie sat up straight and finally looked at Baekhyun.She took a deep breath and tried to think where to start from.She does have a lot to tell him.She wanted to tell all these for more than ten years.He kept looking at her with all the curiosity,hope and interest in his eyes.

Annie gave a small smile before starting to tell him her side of the story.

The time to tell him has finally come...after ten years.
