"Y'all are hiding something from me again,aren't you?"

Baekhyun narrowed his eyes and asked while looking at Joonmyun,Namjoon and Taehyung.

It's almost 11 pm of the same day. Baekhyun had found out about Annie's reality last night.Irene had come to console and give him advice last night.She left as soon as she got a call.Baekhyun could tell by her panicked voice that something was very wrong.But Baekhyun That time was too emotionally and physically tired to ask her anything further or do anything about it.So he just let her leave.

Baekhyun was hungover from drinking,so he stayed at Chanyeol's house in the morning and came to work in the noon.He had forgotten about Irene's panic last night.But he was reminded that something was wrong as soon as he stepped in the territory and saw all of his gang member's expression.They all seemed worried.Really worried.But they all forced smile when they saw Baekhyun.There is a possibility that they were acting like this because they were scared by Baekhyun's massive meltdown from last night.But for some reason Baekhyun didn't think that was the case this time.He asked some of them what was wrong but they all said that everything was fine.Their tone of voice screamed that something was wrong.But none of them told him.

Looks like Joonmyun ordered them to hide everything from him no matter what.If he actually wanted to know he would have to ask Namjoon or Joonmyun.But Baekhyun is really angry at them still and doesn't want to talk to them for a few days.He knows this anger is childish as what's done is done but he can't help it.

So Baekhyun tried to mind his own business all day and tried to do his work.He was also hoping for a call from Annie.He knows he told his brothers to tell her to stay away from him but after talking to Irene last night he was kind of waiting for her to call and explain her side of the story.He doesn't want to be the one that calls first.Again,this ego is also childish,but he can't help it.Shouldn't she have texted him at least once?What would he do if she texted?Killed her?

Baekhyun then remembered that he actually threatened to kill her if she comes close to him.He sighed then.Then he also felt bad for feeling all these.His emotions are actually all over the place.

Baekhyun tried to mind his business all day but by the night he couldn't bear it.He needed to know what the hell was up with his gangmates.Because Everyone looked worried and scared.He waited the whole day for Joonmyun to call him and tell him.But looks like he has no plan of telling Baekhyun anything.

So Baekhyun put his stubbornness aside for once and went to Joonmyun's room.There he saw Joonmyun,Namjoon and Taehyung looking worried as fuck.Taehyung lowered his head when he saw Baekhyun.He always did this when he mistakenly did something to hurt Baekhyun.Namjoon and Joonmyun tried to fake a smile when they saw him.Namjoon was trying to greet him but that's when Baekhyun had sat down and got straight to the point and asked them the question if they were hiding something from them.

Namjoon immediately protested,"No hyung,why would you think that?Everything is fine!We are not hiding anything."

"Everything is fine,you say?"Baekhyun asked.

Namjoon nodded quickly trying to get him off the topic but Baekhyun didn't waver,"Then Why is he here at this time and not in the fighting ring?" Baekhyun asked while pointing his finger towards Taehyung,who was still lowering his head.

Taehyung is always at the fighting area during this time.And there was no news of Taehyung having no fights today.

"Oh hyung..his opponent got sick.."Namjoon tried to reason with Baekhyun,"So.."

"You're right,"Joonmyun suddenly said looking at Baekhyun.

Baekhyun looked at Joonmyun.

"We are indeed hiding something from you,something very big happened.."

"HYUNG!"Namjoon shouted,trying to get Joonmyun to shut up.But he didn't stop.Joonmyun looked really serious. Baekhyun could tell something very big has happened.

"But after last night we thought we shouldn't worry you with more of this shit.So let us worry about this and stay out of it.Take care of your mental health now."

"Woah,you all seem to be really worried about my mental health after messing it up," Baekhyun said sarcastically.

"Baekhyun-ah,Not now.I have no energy to deal with this now.Let's talk about this later,"Joonmyun said and sighed loudly.

"That's why,tell me what the fuck is up so we can solve it together.Or am I not important part of this gang anymore?"

"Hyung,there's nothing as such.But we think it's better for you to not know about this before we come up with a good solution,"Namjoon said,"Please understand it for once."

"You guys don't need to worry about what's better for me anymore and tell me immediately,"Baekhyun said sternly.

"No,"Joonmyun said sternly this time,"You would get hyper and that's the last thing we need right now."

"Was there a mission where I became hyper and failed?"

"But this is not like every other mission,Baek!"

"What is it?"

Baekhyun was looking at Joonmyun.Joonmyun paused for a moment and said,"Go back to work,Baek.Let's not talk about this right now."

Baekhyun was about to get really angry again.After last night they are still hiding things from him?What kind of shitty situation is this?

But before Baekhyun could burst out his phone rang.Baekhyun glared at all of them and got his phone out.He saw the caller ID and calmed down a bit.It said "Cinderfuckingella".He got up from the chair and answered the phone.She finally called even though he had threatened her.He would finally get to call her over and hear her story from her mouth and get to know why she did what she did.

"Hello?" Baekhyun said sounding scary and angry as possible.Because he was still really angry.He was waiting for her to say something or listen to her voice.

But the reply shocked Baekhyun.He widened his eyes and he was beyond shocked.

"Remember me?"

It wasn't Annie's voice.

It was Yoojung's.

Fucking hell.

Just few minutes before that,Annie regained her conscious.She didn't know how long she was out for.She was tied in a basement.Her hands were tied behind her and her legs were also tied.There was tape on her mouth.She was sitting on the floor.Annie looked around trying to figure out where she was and why she was here.She felt really weak.The drug she was given didn't wear off quite yet.She was having hard time moving or seeing anything.

It took her a few minutes to sink in that she's been kidnapped.She also remembered the events that happened previously.She was on her way to Baekhyun but then he found out who she is.So she was walking on a lonely street and this happened.Annie didn't like it at all.She doesn't know how Baekhyun is,whether he's okay or not and she gets kidnapped like this?

Annie sighed thinking that.A lot of questions came in her head.Do her gang mates know that she's been kidnapped?Does Baekhyun know?It's definitely better if he doesn't know because he's probably in a lot of mental pressure by last night's events anyways.What time is it?And where in the hell is she?Is it still Seoul?Or has she been brought out of Seoul.Who is the one kidnapped her?The answer is pretty obvious that Yoojung did it but Annie wants to see if there's someone else with motive against her or her team as well that could do something like this.

She needs to get out of this as fast as he can and make sure all of her teammates don't take any rash step Incase they already know about the kidnapping.

Annie looked around and saw she was in a dark and pretty big warehouse filled with boxes,ropes and metal bars.In a corner few men were sitting and playing cards while smoking.There was a lot of dangerous and scary weapons in one corner.

The men didn't notice that Annie woke up yet.

The drug wasn't wearing off.They used a strong one.Annie couldn't even move her hands properly.She tried to move her leg but all she could do was drag them across the floor for a bit.Annie had tried to not make any noise to make the men aware of her consciousness but her legs didn't listen to her and they dragged themselves on the floor while making noise.Annie sighed when that happened.

The men heard that noise and immediately looked at her.Annie hated her legs for making that noise.

One of them said loudly,"Look the chick is finally up."

"Oh,she woke up quickly!"Another one said while putting his cards on the table in front of them.

One of them got up and and towards Annie,"Finally."

He came and crouched down right beside Annie.Annie felt disgusted seeing him so close to her.She turned her face away and he said,"Darling,I have been waiting for you to wake up."

To say that Annie felt disgusted would be an understatement.

That man was about to caress Annie's cheek but before he could do it one of the men from the table shouted,"Don't be so fucking desperate.Boss said to not touch her quite yet.Wait,you will get your chance."

"But what if boss sells her before.."

"So what you gon do?Rebel against boss?"One of the men shouted.

"She looks worth rebelling for.."

"What the fuck is he saying..guys go grab him and I will inform boss that the bitch woke up,"Another one of the men said and got his phone out.Some of them came and dragged the one that was crouching down away from her much to Annie's relief.

The man called their boss and found out that he was already on his way here.It wouldn't take him long to get here.

The next 20-25 minutes passed awfully slowly for Annie.All of them were looking at him so she couldn't do anything,couldn't even talk or couldn't even try to escape.Annie's drug was wearing off really slowly.All she could do now was to not move and save whatever amount of energy she has in her system.

After 25 minutes the boss walked in with a few more men behind him supposedly his bodyguards and assistant.Annie wanted to make sure who it was and sure enough the men opened the shutter for the basement and standing there with a huge smirk was Yoojung.

Annie rolled her eyes as he came towards her and sat on a chair in front of her.He ordered one of his men to remove the tape from her face and they removed it rather harshly.Annie glared at the man and then Yoojung.

"Oh..even though you are alone you still didn't lose your fire..interesting,"Yoojung commented,"You are a brave one."

Annie stayed quiet for the time being.She just kept glaring at him.

"I see why that Baekhyun fancies you,"Yoojung said,"A lot of people will fancy you too.I was originally planning to sell you off as soon as I get my hands on you but now..I've given it a thought.I want to propose a deal.Let's see how you feel about it."

Annie raised her brows.

Yoojung smirked and said,"Listen,I always wanted to get back at Joonmyun and Baekhyun for taking Sunmi away from me and her joining that gang.It hurt my pride.Then they made me stop my business in Seoul.That made me beyond furious.I want to get back at them...all you gotta do is leave that gang and join me.Then I won't sell you to anyone and will leave them alone as well.I just want to see how they feel when their thing leaves them."

"Thing Huh?"Annie asked,super amused.

Yoojung nodded,"So what do you say?"

Annie paused for a moment before chuckling.She had decided not to reply to him but his stupidity is amusing her.Baekhyun was right when he said there no one stupider than him.

Yoojung raised his brows when he heard her chuckle.

"What makes you think I would say yes to this?The fact that you might actually sell me off?Try it.We will see."

Yoojung frowned.He was getting angry,"Well,aren't you a brave one?"

"Well..Yes.There are a lot of brave people in our team..and no one walks around with,"Annie paused to count his bodyguards ,"..five bodyguards and not everyone makes small gangs attack their enemy's territory so.."

Yoojung was getting angrier.One of his men was coming to hit Annie but Yoojung stopped him,"Don't now."

Then he looked at Annie and said,"You are rejecting my offer?"

"I thought it was clear enough..but once again..yes.I am rejecting you."

Yoojung said,"I will give you a moment to think."

"Nope,I'm good."

Annie was regaining her energy slowly.That's a good thing.

"Aha,then you want to see your beloved get killed right in front of you?"Yoojung asked,"When he comes to save you?I wouldn't just kill him,I will make sure to enjoy every moment torturing him before killing him."

Annie tried to control her expression but her face showed a little bit of worry for Baekhyun.It didn't take her long to understand that Yoojung would make Baekhyun come here to save her.

She quickly masked her worry off with a smirk,"If you think Baekhyun is going to come to save me..oh lord..you can't be more wrong.He would rather have me dead or sold.He,himself wants me out of his team.I'm the one who's holding onto him.Best of luck trying to get him to come."

Yoojung frowned.He didn't know what she was talking about.He didn't know if they broke up already.

"You are a day too late.If you did this kidnapping a bit earlier then probably you would've gotten him to come here and could've killed him,"Annie said,trying to convince Yoojung that there is actually no point of calling Baekhyun here.

She could tell she was getting into Yoojung's head.He thought for a while and then he said,"I don't fucking believe you."

Then he got Annie's bag from his men and then got her phone out of there and dialed Baekhyun even though Annie protested heavily.At one point Yoojung instructed to put a tape on her face again.His men did what was told.Her screams couldn't be heard anymore.

It didn't take Yoojung long to find Baekhyun's number in Annie's phone and turned it on.They had turned it off so no one could track her location.It didn't take long for Baekhyun to pick up either.

After Baekhyun had picked up he asked,"Hello?"

Yoojung smirked and said,"Remember me?"

Baekhyun paused for a moment.Looks like he was processing what was going on.

Yoojung's smirk grew wider.This is going right.

Yoojung then said,"Your beloved girlfriend Annie is with me,I was about to trade her off but thought I should be nice enough to at least let you know."

Baekhyun paused for a moment before emotionlessly replied,"So?"

Yoojung was taken aback by that answer.His girlfriend was kidnapped by his worst enemy and this was his reaction?Was Annie speaking the truth that he wasn't going to come to get her?

"I am giving you a chance to come and get your girlfriend.Come at the lonely the road by the mall in Jonghno within an hour.If you don't come in this one hour..right at 12 am your girlfriend would be either killed or sent to somewhere you probably wouldn't like.So be present here before 12.Alone.Don't try anything cause your girl is still with me."

Baekhyun again paused for a moment before shocking Yoojung and emotionlessly saying,"Do whatever the fuck you want."

Yoojung frowned and said,"12 am,Remember."

Yoojung hung up the phone.He thought he had hit the jackpot but seems like Baekhyun doesn't care about her at all.

He looked at his men and said,"Call more men and prepare everything I told you..Incase he shows up.He kept telling me about how disgusting I am for trying to send Sunmi away but he doesn't even want to come to save his own girlfriend.What kind of boyfriend is he?"

Annie sighed in relief hearing that.Thank God Baekhyun wouldn't come.She must be the first girlfriend in the world relieved after hearing that her boyfriend wouldn't come to save her from death.

After Yoojung hung up the call,Baekhyun slowly lowered his phone down from his ear and gritted his teeth,"This is what y'all have been hiding from me?How dare you not tell me she's kidnapped?"

Baekhyun was having such a hard time controlling his emotions on phone with Yoojung when he just wanted shout and demand him to give Annie back safely.He couldn't understand how he dared to lay a finger on Annie.

"Hyung..calm down.."Namjoon begged.

"You want me to calm down when Annie is kidnapped by that piece of shit?" Baekhyun asked and turned around,"Anyway..Yoojung told me to go to Jongho before 12 am alone.I am going there."

"No,you're not.."

Before Joonmyun could finish Baekhyun said,"Prepare all of our members and proceed to the original plan we made for two weeks later..now.I want to see the end of Yoojung..tonight."

"Hyung...no..that was supposed to happen two weeks later.Some of our members and weapons are not in Seoul...that's why we have to.."

"Then what do you want me to do?Do nothing while they do God knows what with Annie?" Baekhyun shouted while slamming his hands on the table.

"No.."

"Whatever the fuck you two say..you can not stop me tonight.I am going to go there and get her back,"Baekhyun said while standing straight,"Meanwhile if you think you want to prepare other members for the attack after I save Annie,very well.If you don't..I will bring Annie back and do it myself."

"Baekhyun..calm the fuck down.You are going to get killed,"Joonmyun said.

"I won't.That Yoojung bastard ain't shit.I am going to get her back and teach that Yoojung bastard how big of a mistake he's made."

Before Joonmyun and Namjoon could say anything Taehyung raised his head and said,"I'm with hyung this time.I support him.We would do what hyung says this time."

"Taehyung-ah.,"

"No..I can't wait anymore.We need to get her out of there ASAP,"Taehyung commented and looked at Baekhyun.

Baekhyun nodded at him with a small smile.Then looked at Joonmyun and Namjoon,"I'm going to Irene Noona to get a few good guns.Then I will go to Jongho.So think what y'all wanna do."

"Hyung,dont worry,I will get everyone and everything ready immediately,"Taehyung said.

Baekhyun nodded.

Baekhyun then turned around and walked towards the door.Before he could walk out Joonmyun shouted from behind,"We are in.Let's see the end of Rubies tonight!"

Baekhyun smirked and raised his hand to show a victory sign before getting out of the room and running towards Irene's office.

He didn't care about anything else right now.He didn't care what happened last night.

All he cared about was...he needed to get rid of that Yoojung for once and for all..

...and save his girl.
