Taehyung was in the middle of a fight.He was in a cage along with his opponent.There were hundreds of people watching them fight.Taehyung's opponent of tonight was strong.But there was no way he could stand a chance in front of him.The match would end soon.Taehyung could hear everyone cheering for him loudly.

Taehyung smirked looking at his opponent who was probably thinking that he was going to win this game.The opponent was strong but Taehyung was getting really bored.He decided to end it right then.

You are so done.

Taehyung wiped of the sweat of his face with the back of his hand and was about to attack his opponent for the last time,he heard the whistle blowing indicating the match would be stopped.

Taehyung frowned and turned to the referee who blew the whistle obviously pissed because the match was stopped before he could attack for the final time.

Taehyung could see Jungkook beside the referee looking desperate and scared.

Huh?

Jungkook quickly opened the door of the cage and came in front of Taehyung.Before Taehyung could ask anything Jungkook said while panicking,"Hyung!You need to go right now!To the front of the territory!"

"What?Why?"Taehyung asked,getting a little weirded out because of Jungkook's state of panic.

"What?Why?"

"It's Baekhyun hyung!He is acting scary!"

Taehyung frowned,"I thought y'all found hyung always scary?"

Jungkook shook his head desperately,"I don't know hyung!Something related to Annie Noona happened!Hyung is trying to go out to find her..Namjoon hyung told me to send you there immediately!Please hurry!"

Taehyung's heart dropped and eyes widened. Baekhyun had found out about her?Oh no.

Jungkook didn't have to explain any further.It took Taehyung less than five seconds to get out of the cage,push everyone out of the way and sprint towards the front of the territory.

He needed to save his family.He needed to save his hyung.He can't let him do anything like this.He won't let his hyung hurt himself by doing this.Not ever.

Everyone in the fighting area was screaming and trying to see where Taehyung was going.But Jungkook somehow managed to stop them.Everyone was so shocked,including the opponent at Taehyung's sudden run.But the opponent was a bit relieved as well.A second before he saw Taehyung's eyes change as he smirked.That moment he knew he was done for.So he is lucky that Taehyung had to leave.But Everyone was shocked nonetheless.Why wouldn't they?

That was the very first time ever that Kim Taehyung went out of the cage without finishing a match.

Saying that Baekhyun was livid would be an understatement.He was beyond that.He didn't care about anything at all,he could only see red in front of his eyes.He just needed to find Annie and teach her a lesson for even daring to step into their lives.He doesn't even know what he would do if he finds Annie.He is not thinking straight.All he wants to do now,is get to her.But he can't.There are so many people holding him and not letting him move.A lot of his gangmates are holding onto him,not letting him step forward.A lot of people are around him,watching what's happening.A lot of them got hurt while holding him down.

"Hyung,please calm down.Let's talk,"Namjoon said while holding his arm.

"What is there to talk,Kim Namjoon?" Baekhyun shouted,"Did y'all talk to me before daring to bring her back?Did y'all ever think of me?"

"Baekhyun,we did this because of you!"Joonmyun shouted while roughly snatching Baekhyun's gun from him.

"FOR ME?WHO ARE YOU KIDDING?" Baekhyun shouted again,trying to get out of their grip,"Y'all better let me go before I kill every single one of you,"Baekhyun threatened and that scared all of them.

"Hyung,"Namjoon desperately called,"Please,Listen to us for once!"

"WHAT THE FUCK IS THERE TO LISTEN YOU BUNCH OF BETRAYERS?"Baekhyun shouted.

That hurt Namjoon and Joonmyun.They weren't trying to betray Baekhyun.Ever.

Right then Taehyung ran towards them at the speed of light,pushed everyone out of the way and hugged Baekhyun tightly to hold him still.Everyone,holding Baekhyun backed down seeing Taehyung.

When Baekhyun saw Taehyung he tried to act calm.He thought Taehyung didn't know anything about this yet.He didn't want to let Taehyung know about this mess.So he forced a smile and said,"Taehyung-ah,it's okay.Everything is okay."

"No hyung.I know it's not..but I want it to be okay.Hyung,let Annie be,please.Don't hurt her.Listen to what she has to say.."

Baekhyun patted his head,"Taehyung-ah,Annie did something terrible.Really terrible.So she needs too pa.."

"No hyung..all of this is a huge misunderstanding.I'm sure.At least listen to what she has to say.."

Baekhyun was running out of patience.But he didn't want to let Taehyung know who she is,thinking it will only hurt Taehyung,"Taehyung-ah,you don't know what she did..so just let hyung.."

Taehyung was also running out of patience,"HYUNG I KNOW!"

"Huh?"

Taehyung moved away from the hug,looked at Baekhyun while holding his hands,"Hyung..I know..that she's Chungha."

Baekhyun was beyond shocked,"Since when?"

"It's been awhile."

Baekhyun chuckled.It wasn't of humor.He was trying to hide how hurt and betrayed he felt,"So were you in on Joonmyun hyung and Namjoon's little scheme?Was I the only one that didn't know?Am I an outsider?How can you guys do this to me?"

Taehyung was getting hurt as well.He didn't want to disappoint Baekhyun ever.But he could hear pure disappointment in Baekhyun's voice.

Namjoon and Joonmyun were making everyone else that were present there,leave so they could talk in private.

"Hyung..I didn't know hyungs were bringing her.I thought it was her after I saw her at the territory for the first time.Then I did secret research about her.It was really hard to find out about her.But I somehow did and was sure that she meant no harm..Hyung..I really did this all for you."

Baekhyun laughed insanely again,"How do you three justify letting me be with the person I hate the most as something you did for me?"

"Hyung..you never hated her.You never did...you thought you hated her because of me!"

Baekhyun laughed again.

Taehyung was about to cry.He knew he was hurting his hyung.That's the last thing he ever wanted to do.He wanted to tell him all that after getting rid of Rubies.Not like this,by himself.

"Hyung you were becoming a workaholic mess.None of your relationships were working.You were lonely.And we both know it was because you couldn't move on from her and the past.I wanted you to be normal again hyung.I know I should've been honest with you but this was the only way!"

"I was fine the way I was!"Baekhyun shouted,"And I do hate her.She deserves the worst punishment there is!Because of her remember for how long you were in depression?Did you forget what she did?"

"No hyung,I didn't!I despised her all those years for that!You know that!But after she came back I started to open my mind and yesterday I finally found out why she did all that!And hyung If I Tell you the reason you won't be angry at her anymore!"

Baekhyun shook his head,"what reason could she possibly have for abandoning us for the woman that killed your dad?"

"No hyung it's not like that.I also had the wrong idea..she did it to pro.."

"I don't want to hear it!Don't day a single word!" Baekhyun shouted and looked away.

"But hyung..listen to me for once!"Taehyung's voice cracked,"Trust me this time!"

"No,I don't want to listen to any more bullshit right now.The three of you have given me a life lesson tonight.I am.."

"Hyung please..don't be like that.For once lis.."

"No.." Baekhyun was trying to break out from Taehyung's grip.

"Hyung.."

Baekhyun was done.He looked straight at Taehyung,"Kim Taehyung,you either choose Chungha or me.Right now."

Taehyung widened his eyes,"Hyung.."

"Choose quickly.I won't mind whatever you choose so just..do it."

Taehyung didn't hesitate to answer,"It's always you hyung."

He can't just throw away everything Baekhyun did for him like that.

"So Shut up.I don't want to listen to her reason.I need time.I am not ready for this shit.Let's talk about this after the Yoojung shit passes,"Baekhyun said,again trying to break free from Taehyung's grip.

Taehyung didn't let go,"Hyung.."

"And you three aren't going to talk to me before that,"Baekhyun said,trying to hide all of his emotions,"And try to not come in front of me as much as you all can.I will move into Chanyeol's house for a few days."

"Hyung.."Taehyung called.

"Hyung!Please at least listen to us,"Namjoon said.

"I have listened and heard enough,"Baekhyun said.

Joonmyun called,"Baekhyun-ah.."

"Don't worry,I won't hurt your dear Chungha who you prefer more than my wellbeing.But ask her to stay away from my eyesight or I don't know what the fuck I will do,"Baekhyun said and finally moved away from Taehyung's grip harshly.

Then he looked at the three of them,"Don't follow me and only contact me when you need me for work."

With that Baekhyun walked out of the territory without looking back.The three of them respected his wish and didn't follow him out.The three of them were heartbroken.They didn't want to hurt Baekhyun,they all were thinking about his wellbeing.They all were trying to bring him back to his normal,happy,loving self.But Baekhyun just misunderstood them and they can't even blame him for that.

All of it played out in such a way,they couldn't do anything.They just hope that Baekhyun gives all of them a chance to explain themselves.

Baekhyun is currently at the roof of Chanyeol's house.He is sitting on a bench while drinking his 5th Soju bottle and looking at the sky.Tears were running down his eyes like a damn waterfall and he didn't like it.He was a mess and he couldn't control himself.It's been a very long time since he's been like this.He has always controlled and forgotten about his emotions while working.But tonight it doesn't seem like it would work.All of his emotions are on lose and he is sure that he doesn't want anyone to see him like this.

What was Baekhyun feeling?Sad?Angry?Annoyed?Betrayed?Hurt?Depressed?Hatred?Disgust?

While the other side of his heart can't forget that he actually loves Annie.Truly.He truly loves her.That's why he feels so betrayed.But he also feels...a bit relieved that she's here?Because all these years he was secretly worried about her no matter how much he hated her for leaving.But the negative feelings are far higher than these.

Baekhyun sighed and tried to wipe his tears with the back of his hands.

Why did I fall for her...again?

Why do I have to be so pathetic?

And my own brothers hid this from me?

Baekhyun again chugged down the bottle of Soju and opened another bottle from the box of Soju he told Chanyeol to bring for him.Chanyeol didn't want to because he thought Baekhyun's condition would get worse for that.But he knew he shouldn't try Baekhyun for at least tonight.So he got the box.

No matter how many times Baekhyun wiped,tears kept falling down.He felt defeated.So he just stopped wiping them at one point.He just let them fall while he looked at the sky while drinking out of his bottle.

I was about to tell her I love her...and this?This is what happens to me?

Why?Why can't I ever be happy?Why every piece of happiness gets snatched away from me like that?

Suddenly the door of the rooftop opened.Baekhyun had warned Chanyeol to not step a single foot in the roof tonight.Baekhyun wiped his tears aggressively,ready to teach Chanyeol a lesson but he stopped when he saw who entered the rooftop.

"Woah!"Irene said while smiling and holding up the bags she brought,"I got Soju for you thinking you would need it tonight but seems like you yourself prepared a huge box for yourself already."

Baekhyun turned around and wiped his tears again,"Did Joonmyun hyung send you?"

"Hmm,"Irene said while coming and sitting beside Baekhyun on the bench and keeping the bags down.

"I'm not really in the mood of talking nor do I need anyone to explain why he did what he did,I'm fine,"Baekhyun said while turning to Irene.

Irene smiled,"I'm not here to explain what he did."

"I don't need consolation as well."

"I'm not here to console you either,I'm here to drink with you,"Irene said and got a bottle out of the plastic bag,"And Listen to you.Ranting always helps."

"You're saying that?" Baekhyun asked.

Irene chuckled,"I might look like this but ask my girls..I rant like an old grandma."

Baekhyun snorted and looked away.

Irene chuckled,"I will listen if you want to tell me."

He doesn't want to talk about it.He doesn't want anyone to know what's happening in his mind.So he decided he won't tell Irene anything.

"I won't,don't waste your time,leave."

"No I won't.I will just stay here.If you don't want to talk,don't.I will still be here."

"Did Joonmyun hyung ask you to do this?"

"Yes and no.He actually did but even if he didn't,I would come here.Leaving you alone like this isn't right,"Irene said.

Baekhyun rolled his eyes and looked away.If Irene says she's gonna stay,she's gonna say.He figured if he doesn't talk at all,she's eventually gonna give up and leave him alone.

Hours passed by just by Irene and Baekhyun sitting by each other and drinking.Irene didn't ask him anything further.She was drinking slowly while he was drinking really fast.He has a really really high tolerance for alcohol.But as the hours went by and he also started to feel a little tipsy.

He couldn't control anymore.Irene didn't leave.That's when he decided to fuck it all and tell Irene every damn thing.She was ready to listen. Baekhyun knew she could also give him some good advice.

Baekhyun told her everything from their childhood.How their parents were in the underworld and were very good friends.How the five of them stayed with Taehyung father so that they won't be harmed by anyone from the underworld.How he,Taehyung,Chungha,Joonmyun and Namjoon grew up with each other,did everything together,dreamt of starting of a gang together,how close they were like a happy family.They didn't meet their real fathers often.Taehyung's father was the one who took care of them most of the time.He also told how his dad was shot by one of his enemies and died.He started to have insomnia after that.How Chungha used to stay up with him and tell him different stories to help him fall asleep.How he fell in love with her,how much he loved her and the rest of them.He was pretty sure that she also loved them with all her heart.And he also stated that he was so wrong about that.

"Why do you say that?"Irene asked while sipping her Soju.

Baekhyun chuckled even though tears were running down from his cheeks,"Taehyung's mom was one of our enemies.She had cheated on him with a rival gang member and had separated from him.We all were sad that she did this but we coped up.We weren't living in luxury but we all were contented in what we had.We all were happy without her but she just couldn't tolerate it.Because I think she wasn't happy after cheating either.She threatened Taehyung's dad so many times to give one of their children to her,either Chungha or Taehyung.But no one allowed it.Seemed like Annie and Chungha also didn't want it."

"Then?"

Baekhyun chuckled again,"That woman got furious.She was used to get what she wanted.So one day when the five of us were out she somehow bursted into our house with a lot of people and shot Taehyung's dad."

Irene widened her eyes.

"Yes,we all were so shocked.We were only 17 that time.Taehyung was probably 14 and Chungha was 15.We had no damn idea what to do,where to go,how to feel or what..Namjoon and Joonmyun's dad came as quickly as possible and we held his funeral.This experience was devastating for us.More than devastating.We were crushed.Then we started living alone in a new house Namjoon and hyung's dad managed for us because with them being more danger upon us."

Baekhyun paused and then started again,"We were sane that time just by being together and being each other's strength.We promised to never leave each other.Our life started going on.We slowly opened up a gang and named it and started working for it.I started noticing that there was something wrong with Chungha.She started growing distant and was sad most of the time.I asked her what was up all of the time but she didn't say anything to me.And then.."Baekhyun chuckled.

"Then?"

"One day we woke up and Chungha was nowhere to be found.Even the night before she was telling me stories and helping me sleep and in the morning she wasn't here,neither were her things.Only a note was left on my table saying 'I'm sorry but I'm going abroad with mother',"Baekhyun chuckled,There was not a least bit of humor in his chuckle.He was beyond hurt,"She left us with the woman that killed her father for a better life.After all those promises,all those moments,all those hardships..she just left."

Irene didn't say anything and he continued after taking a deep breath,"Me and Taehyung had fallen in depression after that.We hated everything.But Joonmyun hyung and Namjoon asked me to be strong for Taehyung.The three of us were acting all strong and like it's okay in front of Taehyung but we knew that we were dying inside after she left.We had a very very rough times mentally for the next couple of years.We were just a mess.But we eventually pulled ourselves together and decided to never ever talk about Chungha."

"I put all of her memories in a locked up place of my mind.I started working really hard to make sure her memories don't haunt me.How could she do this to me?To us?We loved her.She was family.And this?And I don't get how the three of them let a betrayer back like this?Does this make any sense?"

Baekhyun went on about how much he hated her,hated this situation,hated the three of them for hiding this from him,for bringing her back,for doing this to him.

Irene listened to him complain for a long time,cry his heart out.She realized that he was still a teenager who was sad that the person he loved the most left him without giving him any sort of closure.Irene never knew Baekhyun had been bottling up so many emotions inside of him.

"She can't just show up in my life after more than ten years and expect me to pretend like nothing happened.Expect me to not kill her.."

Irene chuckled.Baekhyun frowned at her and asked,"What?"

"I don't think she wants you to pretend like everything is okay.I mean I think she's ready for you to kill her....she knows you.She knew what your reaction is gonna be once you find out.Yet she still came close to you.She wanted to fix you Baekhyun.She is the only one that can do it.She knows it and that's why she risked her life to make sure you become normal,feel things again,don't be afraid of relationships,enjoy life like others without being this unhealthily obsessed with your work."

"No.."

"I've secretly observed her Baekhyun.She literally looks at you with heart eyes.She loves you.She didn't even want to be your girlfriend first because she knew how devastated you would be once you find out who she is.She just wanted to fix you and then go back.At first she wanted you to be busy finding out who she is,so you don't focus on your work all day...at one point she just couldn't control her feelings and gave in to be your girlfriend.Should she have been honest about her identity from the start?Yes..probably.But if she did..she's wouldn't succeed in fixing you,breaking your emotionless exterior,making you function like a normal human being.She wanted to turn back you to the person you were before all of that shit went down."

"I don't think.."

"You took a whole night off for a date.We all acted like we weren't shocked but did you know how big of a deal it was for us?Me,Joonmyun,Namjoon and Sunmi threw a party in his office after knowing that you would take a night off,"Irene said,"It was a big win for us."

"You knew who she was?"

"No,but I knew she was going to fix you.And now that I know the whole story,it makes more sense,"She chuckled.

Baekhyun didn't reply.They both stayed quiet for sometime.Baekhyun was processing what Irene was saying.

"So what should I do now?I have no interest in being associated with her anymore or whatsoever."

Irene shook her head.

"What?"

"You are saying that because you are angry right now.I don't think you don't want to associate with her anymore.You love her."

Baekhyun vigorously shook his head,"Nope,not after I found out who.."

"Keep lying to yourself,Baekhyun.No matter how many times you say that you hate her..you don't.You know that she won't do anything like that without any reason.She loves you..the four of you too much for that."

"Nope..I think all of it was a damn act.In the end..she did leave us."

"Listen Baek,all these years you were so sad about the incident you didn't even once try to think about her perspective.It might happen.But now I think you should at least let her explain.I'm not siding with her.I'm saying this neutrally."

"I don't want to hear her explanation....what could her explanation even be for leaving us in the time we needed the most for a manipulative ass woman who murdered her father?" Baekhyun asked while shaking his head.

He had abandoned his Soju long ago and now was actually listening to what Irene was saying to find out what he should do in this situation.

"Yeah..at least hear that out from her.That would at least give you the closure.And I'm also dying to know her reason behind all this..she isn't a girl that would do anything like that unnecessary..at least my gut doesn't say so."

Baekhyun sighed loudly and laid back on the bench and looked at the sky again,"I used to think that too.But look what happened."

"Just let her explain.I swear.If she didn't have a valid reason do you think Joonmyun and Namjoon would allow her in your life?They love you for God's sake!"

Baekhyun sighed again after putting his hands behind his head as a pillow.

"And don't shun your brothers like that.All of them were crying messes before I came here.And they would probably die before you talk to them after Yoojung situation's end."

"Don't joke about their dying like that."

Irene smiled and sipped her drink.She knows that she has done her role perfectly.He would give Annie a chance.And Irene is pretty sure Annie has a good reason for all of it.And she is also sure that Baekhyun would talk to Annie before the big fight with Yoojung two weeks later after she told him how devastated his brothers are.

Thank God he talked and listened to Irene.That's why she wanted to come and Joonmyun sent her.He wouldn't talk to anyone unless it was her.He would probably threaten everyone else to leave him alone and they would get scared.She is the only person that isn't scared of Baekhyun in the whole gang.

Irene smiled seeing the sky slowly getting light.Small rays of light were seeping through the night sky showing that the sun would rise soon.Hopefully the day would be much brighter than the night in their lives.

Baekhyun was watching the sky get lighter as well and sighed.He just wishes all of it never happened.Why couldn't the five of them just stay together forever?Why did she have to leave them like this?He decided that he would listen to her explanation once and if she doesn't have a valid explanation then he would actually totally forever cut him out of his life and from his heart as well.Forever.He wouldn't hold onto these memories of her anymore.They would be out of his heart and mind for once and for all.

Irene was happily looking at the sky while drinking her Soju when her phone rang.She didn't like it.She clearly told everyone to not call her tonight.Luckily Baekhyun didn't react to it.

She got her phone out of her bag and saw that Sunmi was calling.She received it to see what happened.

"Hello?"Irene asked.

She could hear Sunmi's panicked voice.And the next thing she said shocked Irene a lot.She knew Sunmi wasn't joking.And Annie wouldn't do something like this worry then intentionally knowing that they need to be worried about Baekhyun tonight.

Baekhyun looked at Irene curiously while Irene tried to act like everything was fine..for now while Sunmi on the other hand said this horrifying thing.

"Unnie...I think Annie might be missing."

And a member from a gang going missing could mean a lot of things.

And none of them were good.
