Wang Yibo POV

Short Flashback

Between Dom and Dad, who do you want to live with?

It was a difficult question to answer but I had to make a choice eventually.

I chose Mom, I'll be able to keep seeing you...

"I am hungry, are we not going to the canteen?" Ji Li growls lazily while leaning on the table.

"Yes!" Zou Cheng answered.

"Aren't you guys going?" Ji Li asked Wang Yibo and Xiao Zhan.

"Ah, I'll..."

"I'll go." Wang Yibo answered but he is not so sure.

"Ohh, Wang Yibo too? Since when?

"Just because..."

"What about Xiao Zhan?"

"I am not coming..." Xiao Zhan answered.

"What should I buy for you?" Zou Cheng asked Xiao Zhan.

"No, it's okay." Xiao Zhan shortly answered.

"Why would you buy it if he is not coming?" Ji Li said while pulling Zou Cheng.

"Xiao Zhan is acting weird these days. It is like he is avoiding us. Every time we do something, he didn't join."

"Huh?" Zou Cheng halted and Wang Yibo gave him a look.

"When I invited him to play together after school, he keeps avoiding me and went first. At the most, I don't know if I should like him or thank him." Ji Li added.

"Who told you to do that?" Wang Yibo asked angrily.

"What? The one who made the mistake is that bastard, why are you mad at me?" Ji Li asked Wang Yibo.

"Guys, don't be like this." Zou Cheng tried to stop them. He knows the tension is building up between Ji Li and Wang Yibo.

"If you think of him as your friend, you will not be able to say that!" Wang yibo said in an angry tone and turn his back.

"Don't fight.." Zou Cheng is trying to calm them.

"Wha-. Hey! Stop right there! Did I say anything wrong?" Ji Li asked.

"I said stop!" Finally, Zou Cheng exclaimed in frustration.

"That dude is weird too, he is always mad these days." Ji Li said with a furious face.

Lately, he noticed that Wang Yibo and Xiao Zhan are drifting apart and it affects their friendship. And Zou Cheng notices it too but prefers to keep quiet than to speak up to avoid trouble like this.

While walking in the hallway heading to the library, Xiao Zhan is contemplating.

Every day, it has been school-home, home school. The school-library is gone.
He hasn't been to the library for a long time. It is great to be with his friends but he feels still alone. He knows that Wang Yibo knew that he is avoiding him.

By the thought of it, Xiao Zhan wanted to cry again.

He is wondering when did he start to like Wang Yibo. Why did he like him? He doesn't even remember. He doesn't know if that is important anyway. He had to run away before he could even face his feeling.

Xiao Zhan flips the pages of his notebook and saw their conversation when Wang Yibo sit beside him in class.

Every time he keeps thinking about Wang Yibo, he keeps missing the person.

Xiao Zhan buys drinks in the bending machine with full of thoughts about Wang Yibo after the library. He realized, he can't even focus.

While riding on his bike, Zou Cheng saw Xiao Zhan and thought, maybe he is studying in that public library.

Isn't that Xiao Zhan? It seems like he studies here. It's not only Xiao Zhan who has changed but Wang Yibo too. What happened between the two?

Zou Cheng decided to dial Wang Yibo and inform him where is Xiao Zhan.

After studying, Xiao Zhan decided to go home without a rush.

"It's dangerous to walk while looking down." A deep cold voice stops Xiao Zhan and looks at the man who spoke.

"Ah!" Xiao Zhan was surprised to see Wang Yibo thinking about how did he find him.

"I'll get back home late so you go home first." Wang Yibo said impassively.

"N-no. You don't have to."

"I just don't want you coming home late, that's all."

I knew it. Xiao Zhan thought.

"I am here just to tell you this, go home first." Wang Yibo said.

Chapter 30

Xiao Zhan hesitates and stops as he tugs Wang Yibo's cloth.

"Sorry, I don't have anything to say." Xiao Zhan is thinking why did he do that if he has nothing to say.

Wang Yibo just looks at him feeling surprised.

"I don't know what I am supposed to do.." Xiao Zhan's eyes are starting to form water as he starts to speak.

"I know it's scary. I know you are scared that Mom will hate you. Still, you'll never know. It would be great if you could give me your answer. If you reject me, tell me why. You need to tell me your reasons. We can talk and talk whenever you want." Wang Yibo explained to Xiao Zhan.

I could've given up. You are not so I will tell you that I am not giving up either. This is the last time I can't reach you further than this. That's why this time, you first.

"You are not alone. We are together the both of us. At least we do not do any bad things. That's why, now. Let's just think of us. Only think of me." Wang Yibo said bravely while his face is starting to blush.

Xiao Zhan's face is blushing too and they stare at each other for a while.

Xiao Zhan steps forward and hugs Wang Yibo tightly.

"Zhan...?"

"It is really okay?" Xiao Zhan said, hugging Wang Yibo while sobbing.

" Of course. Thanks for giving me courage Zhan..." Wang Yibo hugs him tight too.

Xiao Zhan POV

Since then, we've had a secret relationship. I'll have to tell them someday but it's still early now. The moment you're a bit confident now, it won't be too late then.

Actually, there is no big change. The place where we can have a skinship is limited. Home is the best.

I pressed the passcode of the main door but Wang Yibo stop me and shift my body facing him.

Without even asking permission, he kissed me aggressively.

"Will you keep doing that? I won't kiss you on the porch!"

"Why? The porch is part of the house too."

"The porch is a bit risky."

"Then, I should hold it until we are in the room?"

"Instead of here, I'll make sure in the room," I answered while blushing hard.

Wang Yibo stares at me intently and pulls me closer to his chest and hugs me tight.

"I like you..."

I just facepalmed my flushed red face from embarrassment.

Without knowing time passed by. I also took college entrance and I made it.

"Congrats on passing!" Auntie Carmen congratulates me while hugging me. Wang Yibo is just so happy beside us when the result came out.

Author POV

It was graduation day.

"Guy's, let's take a picture." Zou Cheng said while waving his hand together with Meng Ziyi as they approach us.

"What are you doing? You too, come on." Meng Ziyi calls Ji Li.

Ji Li and Wang Yibo never talk for a while after their last fight and now they are feeling a bit awkward with each other.

Wang Yibo and Ji Li stealing a glance at each other until Wang Yibo speak.

"Come here!" Wang Yibo said to Ji Li.

"Y-Yes!" Ji Li was startled and obeyed.

"I want to be beside Xiao Zhan." Meng Ziyi said but Wang Yibo pushes her and answered.

"No!"

On their way home. Xiao Zhan rush and left Wang Yibo.

"Wait for me." Xiao Zhan said and run.

When he comes back.

"Yibo...I have something to say to you..." Xiao Zhan nervously said while hands at the back.

"What is it hmm?"

"As long as Auntie is not worried, I will be the person who suits you. I will slowly but confidently try so wait for me.." Xiao Zhan said while taking out the bouquet from his back.

Wang Yibo was surprised with wide eyes and suddenly he smiles.

"Anytime." He answered shortly.

"By the way, is that all?" Xiao Zhan asked with Wang Yibo's short response.

"Oh? What else do I need to say? I haven't heard the word I said to you last time..." Wang Yibo said and become serious again.

"Ugh, so you know everything.." Xiao Zhan shyly answered.

"Have you forgotten what it was as if we did not say anything?"

Xiao Zhan blood rushes to his face and gather all the courage and speak.

"I like it...I like you, Yibo..."

Wang Yibo smiles and answered.

"Me too, Zhan..."

The two were greeted by the changing season. And just like that, spring has come.

Hello everyone. Thank you so much for patiently waiting and for the unending support. This is my first time transcribing comics and I hope I delivered it well.

This is just the beginning of their love story. This is a fluffy story but I tell you guys, this is full of smut and mature content in Season 3 to 4. And currently, I am anxious about the latest chapter in the original story.

Please be more patient in Season 2 but a lot of cute scenes and development of the characters. How they will handle and face the trials along the way.

I strongly recommend reading the original story by BAMWOO.

I am planning to write 4-5 episodes in each chapter I will publish so we can finish season 2 early. Haha.😅
