I did it again. I hate myself right now.

The way things have been lately has been tough on me but tonight I just couldn't hold back the urge so I took the razor blade from a pencil sharpener and cut.

And before anyone says I'm attention seeking I'm not, I don't brag and I don't post any scars or pictures online. I just feel terrible for doing it again. I was a year clean on the 1st January 2016 and I was so happy with my achievement but things are getting bad again.

I didn't cut deep and I didn't cut my wrists but I still cut and I hate myself for it. I'm going back to therapy to get help again but thank you to everyone who has been supportive of me, you all mean so much to me. Stay strong -1cefire xxx
