France appeared to be Grimoire Heart's
new lord and seems to have the ability
to copy anyone's magical ability and he
even turns out to be a dragon slayer.

A rainbow dragon was summoned by France,
making it hopeless for Natsu and the others
to win now that they've used up their powers.

But finally, Algaia have come to a conclusion.
