Hey guys! umm... I'll now explain things. I've been off for a while because, I had a sad. (Since when do I have emotions!) I either forgot or just got to stressed. Now I'm really stressed with a bad cold, which is making me feel like I'm going to throw up every time I cough, I can't swallow or breath out through my nose, I have a headache and everything is freezing! Also my teacher made us stand outside in the cold, without coats because we weren't aloud! But, i'm going to try writing this chapter without dying.

I just got up and I'd hate to admit it but, I was really excited! My teacher said that winter was a lot different here in America than my home in England! Apparently there was this thing called "Snow"... Whatever that is I hope it's nice to say the least. Today was a free day so, we got to do whatever we wanted! Not feeling hungry I skip breakfast, the thing is food here is so big! Anyway my roommate wanted to meet me today at the nearby park, I don't socialize often so yeah. I think I've seen them once! I walk out of the dorm room and skip through the streets because I can.

I found a place to sit in the park and well, It's kind of cold but I may miss them and they would want to be my friend and they'd hate me for it! sighing I stayed seated on bench and I starting waiting. While waiting I heard a father tell their children to get back by noon because it's going to snow. Because it's... going to... Snow?  I gasped. I was going to meet someone and see snow! This was going to be great! Shivering I laid down on the bench, I was kind of tired anyways.

I had no idea how long it had been. I stopped feeling the cold a while ago. Everyone had gone and I couldn't move anymore. I let out a breath and it came out as what looked like a cloud, it floated for a bit before disappearing into the unknown! Woooo! Scary! Okay, I'm a little bored, but there is a plus side! There's this weird fluffy white stuff EVERYWHERE! I wonder where my room mate is? Maybe they don't want to be friends...

I heard the sound of footsteps, they were getting faster until they just stopped. I moved  my head slightly and saw a girl. She had blond hair and green eyes which were very wide at the moment. Her face was really pale, she gave a gasp and grabbed my shoulder. "Hello? Can you hear me? please respond... Please?..." I moved my head slightly in an attempt to move. She gave out a gasp, "Oh my gord! Your alive!" Tears fell out of her eyes and she smiled "It's going to be okay. I'll get you to safety. I promise!"  I looked at her confused but, she said nothing else as she lifted me up and started running with me in her arms. I moved my head to lay it on her shoulder. Then, I drifted off in a sleep.  

That was the day I meet my new friend and my roommate at the same time, that's how I met May.

Don't know if you guys knew but this is backstory time! YAY!!! This is based in the kind of future when in England we stop getting snow. Which is already happening! Sorry if the chapter isn't good or the book but, meh! At least you guys read my book. Anyways. Thanks for reading! See you my Tacos!
