-1 Hour later)

"Really? Is this a joke? Take him out of here, and bring me someone who actually needs surgery. Come on people, get with it" The doctor hissed, And Isaac was wheeled out of the operating room and wheeled back to his room. Thank god he wasn't put under again, And thank the lord that he's heeled. He shakes his head when the nurse leaves. He slowly sits up in bed and sighs. He reaches for his cell but stops when he spots Her in the doorway dressed as a nurse. He quickly gets to his feet and growls.

"If at first you don't succeed. Try again." The Alpha hissed and lunged for Isaac knocking him unconscious. Great.

-Derek)

"Scott go ahead. I'll sit with Stiles until he's able to walk again!" Derek stated. Scott nodded and rushed into the hospital. Stiles sat on the hospital bench hissing as another braxton hicks hit him. Derek kneeled infront of him placing his hands on Stiles' knees. He rubbed circles on them with his thumb.

"Derek.." Stiles breathed. Derek smiled at him and nodded.

"I know it hurts Stiles... . I thought about everything  you said to me, its all true, I haven't been the best the past couple of weeks.. and I promise I'm going to do better.. to do right by you both" Derek said with a smile. Stiles nodded and hissed in pain again. Derek chuckled a little. He looked at Stiles' Stomach hesitantly and slowly placed his hands on the small but large stomach filled with baby. Stiles shoots his head up to look at Derek. . Hes shocked at first.. But soon places his hands on top of Dereks and smiles as the baby lightly kicks. Derek has tears pricking the corners of his eyes and rubs Stiles' stomach with his thumbs and starts smiling like a fool.

"She's moving!" Derek croaked. "Stiles! She's moving!" Derek purred. Stiles laughed.

"Derek.. The baby moves all the time.. And how do you know its a girl?" Stiles asked with a smile on his face. Derek chuckled and sniffed a little.

"Just a hunch.. And god I didn't know.. This is.. amazing" Derek cooed. Stiles laughed and nodded.

"You know this is the first time we've actually had a talk like this in weeks.. And this is also the first time you've felt our baby move!" Stiles stated sadly. Derek smiled and was about to stroke Stiles' cheek But Scott and Isaac came running through the Hispital doors.

"DEREK GET STILES OUT OF HERE!" Scott screamed as a male and female Alpha came walking outside. Stiles' Eyes got big and he tried to stand but another Braxton hicks came and he hissed in pain.

"Derek.. Cant move yet.." Stiles hissed Derek nodded.

"Isaac, Grab Stiles, you and him need to levae now. Go!" Derek ordered and Isaac obeyed. He picked Stiles up bridal Style and ran to the camaro.

Derek and Scott stood their ground and growled at the two Alphas.

"Well now you ruined everything Derek! I wanted that Sweet little ass of Stiles for myself!" The male growled. The female cackled.

"Enis, Naughty! That was supposed to be kept a secret!" The female Sing songed. Enis hummed.

"Kalí, You know I can't keep secrets. . Its way more fun to tell them!" Enis states while looking Directly at Derek. Derek roared and crouched down.

"STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM HIM!" Derek Demanded. Scott growled and followed his Alphas movements. Enis laughed open mouthed revealing his Canines.

"Why should it matter to You? You only care about yourself... No wait.. You also care about... Oh god.. Whats her name? Help me out Kalí?" Enis sneered. Kalí Grinned sheepishly.

"Jennifer Blake!" Kalí Spat out the words at him. Derek growled.

"What did you do to her?!" Derek said slowly but said it in an 'I will kill you' tone. Kalí Scoffed.

"Relax Stud! We haven't touched her. She's not who we want!" Kalí informed. Derek growled even more threatning.

"Then who is it that you want!" Derek demanded. Enis and Kalí crouched in fighting stance as well and Enis roared.

"You Already know!" Enis deadpanned. Derek roared making the other three wolfs flinch.

"Over my dead body!" Derek snapped. Kalí Smirked.

"That my darling.. Can be arranged!" And with that All four wolfs charged at each other causing a loud smack to be heard when the bodies colided.

-Stiles)

"Okay stiles.. There you go..Are you okay? Do you need anything?" Isaac asked as he laid Stiles on his bed. A bit of panic in his voice. Stiles smiled and shook his head no.

"Isaac, I'm fine. I mean I'm nervous for Scott and Derek.. But they can handle their own.. Just come here let me.. hold you Isaac..I missed you!" Stiles cried. Isaac whimperd and crawled next to Stiles. He nuzzled his nose into Stiles' neck as Stiles wrapped his arms around him and just cried.

"Stiles.. Its okay.. I'm okay.. You're okay.. We'll all be okay!" Isaac whimpered. Stiles sighed.

"No pup, We arnt okay.. Everything that has happened isn't okay.. How is any of it okay Isaac.. With all that has happened in the past year, How can I guarantee my child a safe life? ... Isaac I can't.. I'm scared for myself and for my child.. And God Isaac.. I wish Derek cared about us, Like he cares about that evil Bitch, Then maybe things would be different.. I swear pup, Something about that woman rubs me the wrong way!" Stiles rambled,  But Isaac listenes to everyword and cries because he knew everything his 'mom' said was true. Things arnt okay!

"I know.. Me too Mom.. Me too.." Isaac whined. Stiles sighed and pulled away from Isaac to sit up in his bed. Isaac followed suit and the two sat side by side in silence just crying. Finally after an hour of crying and holding eachother the two fell fast asleep.

"DEREK! NOOOOO!" Scott cried while Enis and Derek rolled over the edge of the large escalators in the abandon part of the hospital. No movement. No heartbeat. For either wolfs. Scott howled in pain as he saw his Alpha dead below him. Oh god.. Stiles and the baby.. Scott whimpered and turned around to see that Kalì -Who he knocked unconscious- was Gone. Scott whimpered and let a few tears fall before running to Stiles. How did everything get so fucked up.

Scott ran inside of the house and slowly walked up the stairs. Luckily sheriff wasn't home. He stopped infront of Stiles' Door and sighed. He opened the door and seen Stiles and Isaac fast asleep. He smiled sadly and decided not to wake them, Stiles and Isaac both needed rest. So he went home. and Decided to tell them tomorrow. At this moment, They were all screwed.

-Derek)

Derek wakes up suddenly coughing and in pain. He looks around and realizes he's alone. Great. They probably think he's dead. He shakes his head and slowly gets to his feet hissing at the pain, He looks down to see 4 large claw marks that are very deep in the side of his stomach. He winces and walks back to his loft.

He opens the door and slams it shut Howling in rage and pain. Thinking of his unborn child and Stiles and all the danger they will be in if he keeps going like this.. Oh god Stiles.. His sweet boy... His sweet beautiful Scented doe eyed boy.. The 'Mother' of his child. The one who he's starting to grow fond of.. The man he is also slowly pushing away.. How can he ever get him to trust Him again? It seems like its just hopeless, Because everything he does is wrong. Derek growls.

"Derek?.."

derek spun around and his green eyes met blue ones. He smiled and crossed his arms.

"What are you doing here?" Derek asked calmly.

"I'm here because I sensed you were in trouble.. I Lo-"

"I know!.. Come here Jennifer!" Derek said with his arms open. She came to him and he embraced her, Blood and all. She kissed him and he lost it. Like something possesed him to take things further. He removed his shirt and ripped her shirt off, He kissed her all over her body and threw her on the bed while his wounds slowly faded. He climbed on top of her and looked down into those big doe eyes,  Smiling hungrily at the moles on the soft Olive colored body below him. He ran his hands through the soft short brown hair And moaned 'Stiles' So lowly Jennifer didn't even notice as he slid inside of her. He was pounding hard, Hearing moans.. But not the moans he was imagining. . He quickly snapped out of his trance and looked down at the figure below.. He sees him still.. But he slowly fades to jennifer, Who's looking confused.

"Derek.. whered you go?" She purred while running her fingers through his hair. He smirked. and stuck his nose in her neck.

"Nowhere Babe, I'm right here" He said and began to stroke her slowly. What the hell.. . Stiles.

-Stiles)

GASP.

"Ouch! Please stop kicking mama Stiles baby!" Stiles purred sleepily as he sat up in bed,  After he was rudely awoken by his baby kicking him. He stands and grabs his phone from the table. He walked downstairs to see his dad fast asleep on the couch, He smiled and pulled the small blanket over his dad. He looked at the Time it read  11:00pm. He sighed and his stomach growled. He decides to go to McDonalds to get a big mac and fries and a BLT For Isaac. He grabs his keys and heads for the jeep.

He pulls into McDonalds and all of a sudden his tire pops.

"DAMN IT!" Stiles hissed. He hit the brakes and parked the car slowly. He sat there and was about to call for help but his battery is dead. Just great. His baby kicks and he smiles. Hes in the middle of rubbing his stomach when there's a knock on the window. He looks up to see a sexy muscular guy with blonde hair and blue eyes. He smiles and rolls down the window.

"Hi" The guy smirks.

"Hi" Stiles squeaks. Good going.

"I see you have a flat,  Could I be any assistance?" The guy asked. Stiles nodded.

"Well I will probably need a ride home! But I could probably use McDonalds phone to call someone!" Stiles stated with a toothy grin. The guy smirked.

"Nonsense, I'll take you! Why wake someone up at this hour? Now lets get you some food,  Your feeding for two right?" The guy asked. Stiles looked shocked but nodded.

"How did you-?" Stiles asked scratchy his voice suddenly gone. The guy smiled.

"Relax, One I can tell, No guys stomach grows like that, And second My Uncles currently pregnant. . its wierd but it happens I read about it!"  The guy stated smugly. Stiles rolled his eyes and playfully pushed the guy as he got out of the car. The guy smiled.

"Lets go get my food! I'm hungry.. and I wanna get home!" Stiles stated. The guy nodded and held out his hand. Stiles looked at it hesitantly but Smiled and laced their fingers together.

"Thanks for the ride! I had a Good Time at McDonalds at 12:00 in the morning" Stiles smiled up at the guy and laughed. The guy winked and stroked Stiles' cheek.

"So did I, By the way.. My Names Ethan!" Ethan stated with a smile. Stiles smiled and blushed a little.

"I'm Stiles!" Stiles smiled. Ethan smiled back and gave him a little piece of paper with his number on it. Stiles gladly took it. Ethan leaned over and kissed Stiles on the cheek.

"Call me sometime!" Ethan purred. Stiles nodded and slowly got out of the car. Ethan watched him walk inside the house. He smirked evily and drove off.

Stiles shut the door in awe and walked upstairs to his room. He layed down next to Isaac and closed his eyes thinking of that beautiful man from McDonalds.
