SUFI - 'Killer' by The Ready Set

Jason sat on his own, leaning against a random brick wall, talking to a random cop buddy who was with him by coincidence. It would always be the same everyday. A few women looked at him and wink at times, with Jason grinning back. He'd been known as the player cop of the town, of course everybody knew. If even if he were new, it would still spread around like a deadly virus.

Talking, kissing, cheating. Girls would fall into his arms like a mattress, and sure enough, he'd lead them all there sometime that very same day. He would never expect them all to come towards him, but they all do. The thirsty ones even more, which he'd gradually accept as well.

"Jason, is there a way for you to stop flirting?" The guy asked, his arms folded.

"Seto, if there were a way for me to stop, I'd already left the city in search of more chicks." Jason replied, drinking his iced coffee, "And besides, it's all in the game I play."

Seto shook his head, "Whatever you say, Jason."

Seto decided he'd help Jason at work, along with being a youtuber. Being both isn't as challenging as Jason had expected, especially since he'd take girls over at home or at some random stop and he'd still be on time. Or at least, sometimes.

"One day Jason, I swear one day some chick will put you in your place." Seto said, looking at Jason grimly.

"Like that will ever happen. Just show me some girl and I'll give it a try." Jason retorted. Suddenly, a girl walked up to them, her face as angry as a bull. Jason closed his eyes and sighed. It was his girlfriend.

"Jason!" She snapped, her brown hair jumping up and down her shoulders as she got closer.

"Melissa?" Jason asked, tilting his head. Without warning, she slapped him across the face, which brought no surprise to Jason. Seto looked like he was going to spit out his coffee in either amusement or surprise.

"You bastard! I heard about everything that happened this week!" She barked, her eyes welling up with tears.

Jason looked around uncomfortably, "Babe please, not here, not now."

"Yes right here! And yes right now!" She exclaimed. People gave them curious glances, while others like Seto were not surprised at all.

"I told you in the beginning, didn't I?" Jason asked, raising an eyebrow at her.

Melissa had a confused look on her face, "What? What are you talking about?"

Seto shook his head, "Oh poor you, not remembering who Jason actually is and what he is capable of doing. He warned you in the beginning, you know"

Melissa's face was priceless, but she somehow understood, and looked dumbfounded. Jason just smirked, while Seto rolled his eyes. It was clear that Seto did not want any heartbreaks or any kind of drama. Suddenly, Melissa was angry again, "I am not losing this without a fight, Jason."

And she was off, storming away. They all did, which amused Jason very much.

"What do you think she's capable of doing?" Seto asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Oh the possibilities are endless." Jason replied, smirking.

They continued talking, but Jason couldn't help but feel sudden anguish. It reminded him when he actually loved, when he actually cared. Oh how he missed her so, Julia. Her name suddenly sounded more like a memory game, which he will try to never forget. Nobody can be her, though. Her beauty was never compared to any other girls except herself. It angered Jason so much, that he just wanted to leave the city, leaving everything behind and the memories with it. But he couldn't, he just couldn't.

And there he stood. The most arrogant cop in the whole town having a conversation with a friend and giving no shits about the world around him. Jason sighed and finally thought about Melissa,

Well, another one bites the dust.
