{36} - Jason
-~-~-
Jason didn't understand.
Ty couldn't be a murderer, or could he? Jason was positive he wasn't since 'Ty' and 'murderer' didn't seem to fit in the same sentence. So, he decided he was going to get to the bottom of this, whether the others liked it or not.
Jason got up from his desk and he paced his room, just as the door opened. Seto. He looked at Jason, "Did I miss out on anything?"
Jason sighed, "They say that Ty is the murderer. . ."
"Wait, what?" Seto asked, his face flooding with surprise.
"Yeah, Jocelyn apparently quote-on-quote "confessed" on how he was the murderer." Jason explained as he rubbed his temples in agitation.
"A-Are you serious? Are you sure it's true?"
"No, there isn't enough evidence. But they say they'd rather listen to a "poor innocent girl" than to walk around and get their asses back to work." Jason growled as he leaned against his desk. "But they'll get there. . . Someday. . ."
Seto bit his lip, "So, now what? Do we just sit here and act stupid?"
"That wasn't exactly what I had in mind before you barged in." Jason said as he gathered his things.
Seto tilted his head, "Then what is it that you have in mind?"
"Unlike almost everyone here, I'm actually going to help Ty out. You know, to make sure that what I'm hearing isn't true." Jason explained.
"Good luck with that. . ." Seto murmured.
"What do you mean?"
"Well, there is another place where we've been getting complaints. There's some sort of break-in, someone or something broke a window of an orphanage." Seto frowned. "But I guess the person who broke the window was smart. . ."
Jason arched an eyebrow, "What makes you say that?"
"Either the person who broke the window used their arms, or threw various bricks at it. . ."
"But let me guess, there weren't any?" Jason asked.
"Exactly, there wasn't anything, actually. No evidence worth looking at. There isn't even a trace of blood or a splatter. Nothing, nada." Seto finished as he looked at Jason. "NOW what are you going to do?"
"What do you mean? First thing's first, I'm going to help Ty out." Jason replied as if it were obvious. "And plus, you can take care of the window-breaking thing on your own."
"I don't know man, it sounds like you want to get into trouble." Seto murmured unsurely.
Jason placed a hand on Seto's shoulder and grinned, "Don't worry about it dude, I bet I'll be fine. And besides,
" I've got the law beside me anyway. "
-Author's Note-

So like I brought them back bc I missed them
Well, I hope you can figure out a few things like the new case because if you tell me in the comments that you're oblivious to what's going on I'm going to lose it
