chapter=21 Wedding day, Our big day(edited)
Yumna:
As the girls left the room, Ahad entered because they had made him, said a dua for me, and then quietly departed.
He just announced that he was going to pray Maghrib with the guys, which hurt but at least he showed up instead of doing nothing.
I had to pray Maghrib and just sat there waiting for girls to come get me so I could go get ready for dinner.
I thought back to today's events as I waited for the girls so we could pray together.
Flashback.
***2)Nikkah scene***
I didn't need to go to someone who did make up or anything since I have best of friends who were here for me and only a hair dresser was needed I was almost ready and time was going so fast everything was in mess in that room since girls decided to get ready in next room.
"MashaaAllah you are looking beautiful," My uncle said and kissed me on forehead praying some duas and blowing on my face.
"This evening, someone will be unable to look away from you," Imran had said, giving me a hug.
Aunt Halima said, "Stop making fun of Yumna; she is looking amazing, mashaaAllah; this is her first time getting dressed like this." All of my friends joined her in making duas, and I prayed that Allah would send someone to look after Yumna soon, insha'Allah.
When the photos were finally taken, I was covered in a veil and I was wearing a very lovely outfit with a long-sleeved blouse and a purple top. Since I did not want my stomach to be visible, I had requested that the blouse top be a little longer.
All of them were making fun of me, so we took separate cars to get to the mansion. I was feeling nervous, excited, and saddened at the same time because I was leaving behind my brother, my amazing family, my home, and all the other butterflies in my stomach and things they said in books. Oh my God, I had never experienced these kinds of emotions before because this was all new to me.
"I still have a challenge going on."
We finally arrived and proceeded to the ladies section. My friend Husna, who was married, served as my bridesmaid because it is customary in our culture for bridesmaids to be married.
She led me carefully up to the platform, where we had separate rooms for men and women. From there, the women could hear the mic-voiced words of the Sheikh.
Given how many people there were already, it felt good to be covered up with a veil. I do not like to be the center of attention, so I kept looking down and making duas.
We soon learned that the sheikh recited the opening dua before asking,
"Ahad Mohamed Khan, do you accept Yumna as your spouse?"
"For a brief period, there was complete quiet. What was Ahad doing? No, I am confident that he will succeed in this task and that he will not harm many people. "I kept hoping and thinking that he was waiting on purpose, I suppose.
He said, "Yeah, I accept Yumna as my wife," to which I immediately felt relieved. The girls applauded, and since Husna, my bridesmaid, was nearby, she gave me a congrats.
After the sheikh asked three times, it was over, and I realized that my tears had just flown out of my eyes.
Thank God, he rose to the second challenge and was respected. It was just obvious to me.
At that moment, my respect for him increased.
1) He is concerned.
2) He is respectful of
"Have to even find out what was he hiding?"
After I became Mrs. Yumna, I received gifts and congratulations from everyone individually. Some even asked to see me, but I declined because I always wanted my husband to see me before letting girls see me because then they would post on applications.
That was for today, and ever since he confirmed that he would, I have been smiling. Alhamdulillah, he briefly entered the room.

Present
Since everyone was present, I chose to perform an ablution. It was almost time for maghrib, so we prayed together. Girls and boys arrived, and we ate dinner with the remaining relatives. Before long, it was nine of the clock at night, and I was brought back to Ahad's room in the other mansion he had purchased.
How will things turn out this time, Allah?
When we walked in, the girls had decorated the room with a king-sized bed covered in red roses, chocolates scattered around, and dim lighting. All they could do was smile and tease me.
After making me sit in the middle of the bed and telling me, "We are waiting for details of the wedding night," I blushed. They continued to tease me and eventually left the room, claiming they would call Ahad shortly.
I waited for a long time without realizing that Ahad..
