Why the fuck does the bus has to be this crowded now, out of all the times? I need to hit the bed as soon as possible. This period cramps is sucking the life out of me.

I am cramped right now, in the bus as I was returning home from university. I don't even have a seat and have to stand for the next half an hour. Shit!

"Hey", someone said from behind.

I craned my neck to look behind only to see that handsome asshole. Oh wait! When did I start calling him handsome?

"It's not enough for you to annoy me at home that you are annoying me in the bus as well?", I asked, rolling my eyes.

"Why are you always in an "irritated" mode?", he asked.

"You must know the reason by now. It's because of you", I said, huffing.

"Ouch. That hurts", he said dramatically, placing his hand on his chest.

I mouthed a silent "fuck you", for which he mouthed back "gladly". Idiot.

Since the bus was crowded and I was cramped between a man and the handlebar on either side. Adhi was behind me. I was pressed against the man on my right because of the crowdedness and I was feeling uncomfortable.

"Turn around", Adhi whispered through my ears.

Why the heck is his breath so hot? And the voice so damn sexy? Maya! Not the right time now. I said to myself.

I turned around, facing him. He scanned my face for a while.

"What?", I asked, dusting my face, wondering whether something was on my face.

He didn't reply. He moved me to the side and stood between the man and me, while I was pressed against the handlebar and Adhi.

That was honestly nice of him to do that. He didn't look at me and was looking outside the window.

I never noticed his jawline before. Man, that's so damn sexy! The urge to trace my fingers over his jawline to his Adam's apple was too overwhelming.

Suddenly he faced me, catching me in the act. He had a teasing smile on his face that looked so fucking pretty on him.

"What?", I asked, gaining back my composure.

"That was hot", he said, that fucking smile still on his lips.

"What was hot?"

"The way you admired me a while ago", he said, making me stop breathing.

"I wasn't", I said, in between the stutters.

"You were"

"No"

"Yes"

"No-", before I could complete my sentence, because of the sudden break, I lost my control and crashed over Adhi's chest. He wrapped his one arm over my waist, saving me from kissing the ground.

"You literally fell for me, huh?", he asked. Fuck that mischief and smile of his.

"You are just delusional", I said, rolling my eyes.

"Alright. I like to stay delusional", he said, winking.

Damn that wink! Why is everything about him so sexy today? God!

I'm feeling like this because I'm ovulating. That's it, nothing much, right?

"Where are you lost?", he asked, bringing me out of trance.

"Fuck off", I said, as a sudden cramp hit me. I clutched my stomach.

Adhi opened his bag zip and searched for something. He took out a chocolate and handed it to me.

"I was keeping it to eat later, but I guess you might need it now", he said.

"Do you always keep chocolates in your bag?", I asked, taking the chocolate from him.

"Nah. Randomly bought it today and it meant to go to you", he said.

He is not the asshole that I imagined him to be. He... nah! I'm overthinking.

"How is your project going?", he asked, as I was devouring the chocolate.

"Good I guess. Those sleepless nights are going to be worth it in a few days", I said.

He hummed.

"Do you have a girlfriend?", I asked what I wanted to ask for a long time. I was ninety nine percent sure that he didn't have one, but I wanted to clear the remaining one percent doubt.

He smiled. "So eager about my love life, huh?", he asked.

I shrugged.

"Been a single ass since birth", he said.

"Makes sense. Who would want to have an asshole who whines as their boyfriend?", I said.

"Fuck off", he said. "You never know. You might want me as your boyfriend in the future", he said, leaning slightly closer, grabbing me by my waist for the second time today, for the same reason, breaks.

I was dumbfounded at his words.

"Back to earth, darling. It's our stop", he said as he removed his hands from my waist.

My heart was beating so fast that it would come out any moment.

"Did I make your heart race just now?", he asked. I stayed silent. I couldn't form any answers. He did. He did make my heart race.

"If so, then it's chocolate-smudged-lips-Maya -2 and handsome asshole-3"
