Bang Chan walk at the park again. He sigh and rub the back of his neck. It's 5 in the morning and literally are walking outside instead of sleeping.

Well, he don't feel like sleeping anyways. He froze when he saw a figure on the ground unconscious not so far from him. He didn't waste anytime and run towards the person.

As he arrive there he gasp when he notice the person. He kneel down quickly and start inspecting the person.

Bang Chan : General Jeon? Jungkook? Wake up!

But there is no respond from the other male. Bang Chan start picking him up to bring him to his home but he froze when someone suddenly speak from behind him.

??? : I guess, my theory is true...

Upon hearing the voice he gulp and slowly let jungkook go as he stand up. He turn around and look at the person behind him. He took a deep shaky breath.

??? : You are friends with him...

Bang Chan : laven...

Laven smirk.

Laven : Bang Chan...

Bang Chan : what did you do to him?

Laven : nothing harmful... Well, at least not for him...

He reply with the smirk still on his lips.

Bang Chan : what do you want?

Laven : I need you to do something for me...

Bang Chan didn't reply. He just stare at the male Infront of him as he stood on his guard to protect the unconscious general behind him. Laven glance at Jungkook.

Laven : I want you to stab him...

Bang Chan widen his eyes as he was taken a back by the sudden request. He soon tsk and glare at the demon.

Bang Chan : what makes you think that I will follow your request?

He spat but laven just laugh.

Laven : request? *Chuckle* your sense of humour had gotten better you know?

Laven took a step towards him. The vampire stiffen.

Laven : it's not a request... It's a command you will stab him either you like it or no.

Bang Chan : who are you thinking you are to command me?

He tsk as he keep his head high.

Laven : someone who capable enough to take away your brothers from you...

Bang Chan : what the hell is your problem?!

Bang Chan yell angrily. Laven laugh.

Laven : your parents... Are my slaves.. Their descendant are also my slave...

Laven pat his shoulder and smirk.

Laven : you will make a right decision. Just wait for my signal and you will stab him...

With that being said laven disappear into the thin air.

Jungkook gasp as he struggle to breath. His legs are getting weak. He fall to the ground as bang Chan let go of the blade piercing his stomach.

Bang Chan tremble in fear and shock. Eyes watery as his throat feel sour. He gulp as he stare at the tribrid who are now gasping on the ground and struggle to keep awake.

Hands trembling as a huge feeling of guilt wash all over his body like a big tsunami. His lips are trembling, his desperation to defend his family lead him on hurting his own friend.

Bang Chan : j-j-jungkook.

He went on his knees and pull jungkook into his lap. Blood coming out as he try to cover the wound.

Bang Chan : i- I'm s-sorry-

His words was cut off by the demon lord's laugh.

Demon lord : how Amusing... Don't you see Jeon? They are just a corrupted species that are full of greed... Just join us and you'll live a royal life as my partner forever.

Jungkook didn't reply as he try his best to bare the pain and stay awake. Lisa tighten her grip on her sword. The King tsk and yell

The King : you filthy demon! You will never win!

The demon lord raise his eyebrow as laven huff.

Laven : that old king had some guts..

The king didn't reply and command.

The king : ATTACK!!!! FOR OUR PEOPLE!

all of them start to run forward to the battle field the demon lord stand up and motion his soldier to attack too.

Demon lord : go and get our key of victory.

Laven pull out his sword and unfold his wings he fly into the air and start moving towards the injured tribrid.

Bang Chan who saw the demon coming shield jungkook with his body. Laven swing his sword ready kill the vampire and grab the tribrid.

But before he could even swing his sword a sudden huge blast, blast him away from the two male. Bang Chan gasp and look at the person that blast the demon away.

Only to find a huge air force flew past them and start blasting the other demons. A few other past them as all of it start blasting the demons.

Junghyun : tsk... Not that easy you know...

He whisper as he control the air force like a professional. Bang Chan sigh in relief but panicked when Jungkook groan.

Jungkook : I'm bleeding too much...

He whisper lowly, feeling of guilt attack the vampire again. He bite his lips.

Bang Chan : i-i'm sorry...

Lisa : Jungkook!!!

Lisa come to them running. She kneel down beside her mate and start inspecting him. Eyes teary but she hold it away.

Lisa : the wound is deep...

Bang Chan : I-I'm s-sorry...

Lisa just stare at him angrily but she didn't say anything she look away when y/n come with namjoon. Namjoon start inspecting the wound.

Namjoon : we need to pull the blade out... If it continue to be in there, it might cause an internal bleeding.

Lisa : chance of survival?

Namjoon : 50-50

Lisa : Damn it...

She curse as she grit her teeth desperately. Jungkook slowly hold her hand and mutter.

Jungkook : I'll be okay.

She bite her lips. Despite being badly injured he assure her rather than assuring himself.

Lisa : idiot...

She whisper.

Lisa : make sure he is alive, no matter what.

She demand. Namjoon didn't complain and nod, he turn to jungkook and say.

Namjoon : this will be very hurt to the point the you actually wish to die.

Jungkook : I'll manage...

Jungkook assure not for namjoon... But himself. Namjoon nod and hold the blade.

Namjoon : I'll pull... 1... 2... 3..

A scream of pain left jungkook's mouth as namjoon pull out the blade. Out of pain his eyes flash red and his canine come out. After what seems like forever the pain stop as he breath heavily...

Namjoon : his transformation is still not complete, his healing ability are very low... I don't think that he can fight.

Namjoon speak towards Lisa. Bang Chan took the chance and went towards jungkook. He was about to mutter his apologize again but jungkook bit him to it.

Jungkook : I understand...

He speak up as he breath heavily. Eyes still red as bang Chan stare at him confuse. Jungkook glance at the vampire.

Jungkook : I saw your memory...

He speak. Bang Chan look down in shame.

Jungkook : I have a family too... But I lost three of them and disappoint the other two.

He whisper as he suddenly get reminded by his family. How his life is very normal before. He reach out to something in his pocket and grab the vampire hand with his other hand.

He put something on his palm. Bang Chan look at the object and widen his eyes.

Jungkook : your lighter... I keep it till today you know? But I always forgot to return it.. sorry...

Bang Chan look down as tears run down from his eyes.

Bang Chan : I betray you... Why are you being so good to me?

Jungkook : you didn't betray me Bang Chan you're in pain that you have no choice but to kill me in order to stop it.

As he said that Lisa walk to him and caress his cheek.

Lisa : we need to send you away... They target you. With you in this condition it will bring us no good.

Jungkook dislike the idea of retreating but he got no choice. He need to be considerate at the moment so he just nod.

Y/n : I think we need to be quick, that laven guy is healed.

The avert their gaze towards the demon who stretch his wings and growl at them. Laven grit his teeth and say

Laven : a little blast like that can't kill me you know?

Lisa : shit...

Laven start flying towards them again as namjoon and y/n transform into their wolf form and attack the demon. Lisa put her hand on jungkook's wound and close her eyes.

Jungkook : what are you do-

Their eyes widen as they saw ice forming on the wound.

Jungkook : you... Have magic? How did you do that?

Lisa open her eyes and cupped jungkook's cheek.

Lisa : I don't know. I just got to know that I'm half witch. You need to leave NOW. We will hold them.

Jungkook : but-

Lisa turn to bang Chan and grab his collar.

Lisa : I hate to say this, but you will protect my mate with your own life understood?

Bang Chan purse his lips and nod.

Bang Chan : I will...

Lisa and Bang Chan start to help Jungkook to get up. He groan a little but manage to stand up nonetheless

Lisa : to the south, Yoongi will meet you there and teleport you to somewhere safe.

Lisa turn to leave but jungkook grab her wrist. Lisa turn around and was stunned when jungkook peck her lips.

Jungkook : be careful...

Lisa nod and turn her back from him as she transform towards her wolf and howl. She glance at Jungkook one last time and start attacking the demons.

Bang Chan didn't waste anytime and start supporting and protecting the male to leave.

Hwasa fall to the ground along side rose. The dirlagraun growl. They pant exhausted.

Yugyeom : the silver don't even kill it. What should we do?

Felix : if this continue, we won't last any longer.

The dirlagraun suddenly stop growling making them frown in confusion. How shock they are when they saw the dirlagraun separate into two.

Bambam : what the actual fuck?

Two get divided to four, four to eight. Eight dirlagraun are now Infront of them. All of them look at the situation in pure shock.

Rose : how is that even possible?

Hwasa : Manipulation sorcery....

Yoongi lend Infront of jungkook. Bang Chan slowly pass the injured male towards him. Yoongi nod at Bang Chan and unfold his wings.

He start flying in the air with jungkook in his hand. He cast a spell and a small portal appear. The portal grew bigger and bigger but before it can be complete bang Chan shout.

Bang Chan : look out!

The next moment they knew a dirlagraun hit them causing Yoongi to lose his balance and fall to the ground with Jungkook. Bang Chan didn't waste anytime run towards them.

Yoongi quickly stand up and pull out his sword and jump towards the beast. He start fighting it as bang Chan handle jungkook.

Bang Chan : oh no... You're bleeding again..

He inspect it but they were took off guard when Yoongi yell.

Yoongi : Bang Chan run!

Bang Chan glance behind him and widen his eyes when he saw the demon lord flying towards them. He hold jungkook and quick enough to dodge the sudden attack with his vampires speed.

The demon lord smirk and start walking towards them. Bang Chan stood his ground Infront of jungkook as he snarl at the demon.

Demon lord : just submit to me and I'll spare your life...

Bang Chan : tsk... OVER MY DEAD BODY!!!

Bang Chan start attacking the demon lord. The demon lord sure is strong and fast but he is faster. He will use it for his own good.

He took the chance and bite the demon lord. He start sucking his blood as the demon lord growl.

Demon lord : how dare you, you good for nothing species!!!

Jungkook on the other side wanted to help so badly. He force himself to stand up only to cause the wound to reopen. He couldn't careless. He pull out his spear and point at the demon lord.

He prepare himself to throw the spear but froze when a sudden huge pain erupt his heart. The spear fall to the ground as he fall to his knees. He grab his chest tightly as he hissed in pain.

Why now?!

He glance around really wishing for someone to be there but he close his eyes tightly as the pain is to much to bare.

Someone fall beside him. All injured and bloody. Jungkook glance at the person.

Jungkook : bang Chan...

Bang Chan groan in pain. Someone stood Infront of him. The demon lord kick him in the face sending him away from them.

Demon lord : never do I see you this pathetic but if I'm honest it's amusing to watch.

He say as he took a step towards jungkook. Bang Chan who are on the ground behind him grab jungkook's spear.

Demon lord : but I guess, this is the end- arghh!!!

The demon lord scream in pain as bang Chan pierce his back with the spear not so deep but it's enough to bleed him. He hit bang Chan to grab him by his hair.

Demon lord : how dare you...

Bang Chan spit on his face.

Bang Chan : go fuck yourself.

The demon lord claw bang Chan's left eye out of anger. Bang Chan scream in pain as he cover his left eye and fall to the ground.

Jungkook : bang Chan!

Jungkook wanted to go to him but the pain he is feeling is holding him back. The demon lord walk towards jungkook again but froze when jungkook suddenly pull out his knife and put it on his own throat.

Demon lord : what are you thinking you're doing?

Jungkook : if I die you won't archive what you want. Don't come near me... Or else...

He threaten the demon but he flinch when the demon lord transform into someone else.

Jungkook : laven?

Laven smirk as he stare at the confuse male

Laven : you really think that we targeted you? You're wrong... We not targeting you. We want to seperate you.

A sudden realisation hit him as he look back at Lisa. How shock he is when he saw Lisa getting choked by the demon lord. She struggle to get away but it seem useless.

Jungkook wanted to run to her but chains suddenly appear and lock him to the ground. He grit his teeth as he struggle to get away.

Jungkook : you motherfucker! Let her go!!!

The demon lord just laugh and mutter.

Demon lord : she will die, just like before and all of it happens because of you...

After what seem like forever jungkook stop struggling as Lisa's body stop moving. Everything seem to stop. The demon lord let go of her body as she fall to the ground

Dead.

Jungkook stare at the dead body of his mate that seem to be so far from him. His heart becomes heavy... He felt...

Empty.

He felt hot, suffocated, just like before but 1000 time worst. He couldn't utter a word he felt something deep down snap and break lose.

She's dead...

Jungkook : no...

All because off you...

Tears left his eye.

Jungkook : n-no...

You're pathetic and worthless.

It's all your fault.

The next moment they knew darkness explode from him straight to the sky causing everyone to stop fighting. The demon lord laugh like a maniac.

Bang Chan who had tears in his eyes whisper.

Bang Chan : we've failed...

Lisa who saw the sudden explode mutter before letting out her last breath.

Lisa : Jungkook... No...
