There was a flash of light blue light as Prometheus teleported to a park on earth, his dark eyes looking around the place curiously. He had been away from this multiverse and reality for so long that he was behind on everything that had been going on. Already, from what he could see, everything had been changed. There were tall, rectangular buildings, vehicles made out of several tons of metal, people talking on mobile communication devices, etc. It made him happy to see that this species was adapting, but a bit confused as well. What happened to the organisms with spears and huts? Had he really been gone that long?

Your muse, who was in the same park, noticed the bright light and the very tall, alien-like creature who emerged from it.
