How Delta and Color met

(!!!MY AU!!!)

(TW; BLOOD LOSS, BLOOD, UNCONSCIOUSNESS, POLICE SIRENS

As Color was wondering through the AU's one day, he came across another Sans. He was backed up in an alleyway, bleeding out. Color quickly ran over to help, but noticed the Sans was keeping a close eye on him, obviously suspicious of Color.

Color walked slower towards him. "Hello," Color said, in a warm and friendly tone. He got closer, and finally bent down on his knees to get a closer look at the wounds.

"Hi..." the other Sans responded. He sounded delirious and confused, no doubt from pain. "What's your name?"

"My name's Color. You?" Color quietly responded, noticing the other Sans' tone.

"Delta." He just responded. He started tipping over a bit, but managed to stop himself. Color quickly yet carefully grabbed him and pulled him back up anyway.

"What happened to you?" Color asked, now more concerned. He looked over Delta's wounds; several broken bones, and a lot of blood loss.

Delta looked at Color in confusion and distrust. "I don't know." He said after a moment. It was true; things had happened too fast for him to be able to process. All that he knew or remembered was that he had saved two kids, but got hurt in the process. "What's wrong?"

Color was a bit surprised that Delta couldn't remember, but figured it was from the delusion. "No, you- you need help! Your bleeding out." Color noticed him tipping over again, and pulled him up. Police sirens were heard coming their way, but neither remembered calling the police.

"I need... help?"

"Definetly!"

"...what's 'help'?"

That question startled Color. "Help is a good thing to have. It's ok to ask for it." Color whispered after a moment. The police sirens were coming closer.

"Help is on it's way."
