It was silent Monday night in the Patrick Household. The household wasn't usually quiet. It was usually a parade of noises in that place, like Mr. Patrick yelling at Keriss Patrick, his daughter to get off her phone, Selene Patrick dancing to Christmas Carols at full volume, Mrs. Patrick scratching on the walls...
It was pleasant to have some silence in that wretched household.

Unfortunately, all good things come to an end.

"Christmas fucking sucks dick!!" Keriss complained as she sat in a chair. The chair was wooden and it was covered in spots of blood from Keriss' little 'mishap' earlier.

(*Coughs* Period.)

"You're like Joe March", mused Keriss' younger sibling Selene, who was sitting flloor.
Keriss threw a glare at Selene.

"She's from Little Women", Selene explained, her soft brown eyes shining.

"Whatever, rat."

"I'm not a mirror."

Keriss got pissed. When Keriss gets pissed, bad things happen. Very bad things. Keriss got up from her bloody chair and punched Selene in the nose. Selene's were filled with tears and her nose was dripping with blood.

"Don't. Speak. To Me. Like that. Again." Keriss growled, a flame burning in her eyes.

Poor Selene nodded her head and cried.
