*حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَامِرُ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ، رضى الله عنه أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَعْطَى رَهْطًا وَسَعْدٌ جَالِسٌ، فَتَرَكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَجُلاً هُوَ أَعْجَبُهُمْ إِلَىَّ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا لَكَ عَنْ فُلاَنٍ فَوَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لأَرَاهُ مُؤْمِنًا‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏‏ أَوْ مُسْلِمًا ‏"‏‏.‏ فَسَكَتُّ قَلِيلاً، ثُمَّ غَلَبَنِي مَا أَعْلَمُ مِنْهُ فَعُدْتُ لِمَقَالَتِي فَقُلْتُ مَا لَكَ عَنْ فُلاَنٍ فَوَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لأَرَاهُ مُؤْمِنًا فَقَالَ ‏"‏ أَوْ مُسْلِمًا ‏"‏‏.‏ ثُمَّ غَلَبَنِي مَا أَعْلَمُ مِنْهُ فَعُدْتُ لِمَقَالَتِي وَعَادَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ يَا سَعْدُ، إِنِّي لأُعْطِي الرَّجُلَ وَغَيْرُهُ أَحَبُّ إِلَىَّ مِنْهُ، خَشْيَةَ أَنْ يَكُبَّهُ اللَّهُ فِي النَّارِ ‏"‏‏.‏ وَرَوَاهُ يُونُسُ وَصَالِحٌ وَمَعْمَرٌ وَابْنُ أَخِي الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ‏.‏"*

Narrated Sa'd:

*Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) distributed (Zakat) amongst (a group of) people while I was sitting there but Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) left a man whom I thought the best of the lot. I asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Why have you left that person? By Allah I regard him as a faithful believer." The Prophet (ﷺ) commented: "Or merely a Muslim." I remained quiet for a while, but could not help repeating my question because of what I knew about him. And then asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), "Why have you left so and so? By Allah! He is a faithful believer." The Prophet (ﷺ) again said, "Or merely a Muslim." And I could not help repeating my question because of what I knew about him. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Sa'd! I give to a person while another is dearer to me, for fear that he might be thrown on his face in the Fire by Allah."*

ہم سے ابوالیمان نے بیان کیا ، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہمیں شعیب نے زہری سے خبر دی ، انہیں عامر بن سعد بن ابی وقاص نے اپنے والد سعد رضی اللہ عنہ سے سن کر یہ خبر دی کہ''' *رسول اللہ صلی اللہ  علیہ وسلم نے چند لوگوں کو کچھ عطیہ دیا اور سعد وہاں موجود تھے ۔ ( وہ کہتے ہیں کہ ) رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان میں سے ایک شخص کو کچھ نہ دیا ۔ حالانکہ وہ ان میں مجھے سب سے زیادہ پسند تھا ۔ میں نے کہا حضور آپ نے فلاں کو کچھ نہ دیا حالانکہ میں اسے مومن گمان کرتا ہوں ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا مومن یا مسلمان ؟ میں تھوڑی دیر چپ رہ کر پھر پہلی بات دہرانے لگا ۔ حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بھی دوبارہ وہی جواب دیا ۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اے سعد ! باوجود یہ کہ ایک شخص مجھے زیادہ عزیز ہے ( پھر بھی میں اسے نظرانداز کر کے ) کسی اور دوسرے کو اس خوف کی وجہ سے یہ مال دے دیتا ہوں کہ ( وہ اپنی کمزوری کی وجہ سے اسلام سے پھر جائے اور ) اللہ اسے آگ میں اوندھا ڈال دے ۔ اس حدیث کو یونس ، صالح ، معمر اور زہری کے بھتیجے عبداللہ نے زہری سے روایت کیا ۔*

*ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ فِرَٰشًا وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بِنَآءً وَأَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَخْرَجَ بِهِۧ مِنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ رِزْقًا لَّكُمْۖ فَلَا تَجْعَلُوا لِلَّهِ أَندَادًا وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ*

_[He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him]._

*The Sunnah in performing Wudoo' (Ablution)*

*🔆🔆🔆WHY REVIVE A SUNNAH?🔆🔆🔆*

●1 *The Prophet’s way is the best way.*

“Truly, in the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) you have a good example to follow for the one who hopes for the Meeting with Allah and the Last Day and remembers Allah much.”_ [Surah Al-Ahzab:21]

●2. *The Sunnah of the Prophet [ﷺ ] is THE way to get Allah’s love.*

“Say: If you (really) love Allah then follow me [ﷺ] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” [ Surah Al-e-Imran:31]

●3. *Following the Sunnah will help us increase in good deeds*

“…Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Severe in punishment.” [Surah Al Maidah:2]

●4. *The REWARD! Large amounts of ajr (reward) is up for grabs!*

“Whoever revives an aspect of my Sunnah that is forgotten after my death, he will have a reward equivalent to that of the people who follow him, without it detracting in the least from their reward.”
[Reported by al-Tirmidhi]

●5. *The Revival of the Ummah can only come by following the* '''Quran''' *and the* '''Sunnah''' *of the Prophet [ ﷺ]*

The last of this Ummah will not be corrected except by which the first of this Ummah was corrected by and that is the Book and the Sunnah.
