You shot up in bed, gasping for air. Cold sweat was dripping from your head as your chest went up and down as you took deep breaths. You felt sick to your stomach. Your hands began to burn as a black liquid formed in your hands. You quickly got out of bed and stumbling to the bathroom. You close the door behind yourself and then turn on the lights to see your clean bathroom. You felt weak in your legs as you began to pant. You hurried to the toilet and went down onto your knees to throw up the fluids.

After you finished you saw the black liquid in the toilet along with blood. Fresh blood. You flushed the toilet and got up from your knees. You walked to the sink and looked yourself in the mirror to see blood dripping down from your mouth on your t-shirt. You wiped the blood with your sleeve and washed your mouth out with water. You would then look in your bathroom cabinet to find pills bottle upon pill bottles. You would look for the specific kind and soon found it but you didn't have any water. 

The door to your bathroom was opened and there was Nagisa. He wearing a baggy shirt with sweatpants, his headphones around his neck and with his glasses on. He had a glass of water in hand. "You know, sink water is just the same, right?" He said with a chuckle. You shook your head and took the glass. You downed the pill with the water in one gulp.

"Hey, you wanna play Mario Kart and watch some tv for a while?" He asked, knowing you won't go back to sleep so quickly. You nodded with a smile and followed him out of your bathroom to his room.

Nagisa was someone you can rely on, but you always felt guilty with him helping you. It makes you feel like a burden to him. Every time he says, "I don't mind helping my little brother!" You were grateful to have him.

It's not like one day he'll be stripped away from you.
