One of my old friends killed herself last night. I was awake at the time that it happened. I couldnt sleep. It was like my body knew but my mind didnt. Please if you think about killing yourself remember this

Your friends and family care about you and are put through hell of you die especially if its suicide. They wanted to help you. You could go to them and talk to them. Your old friends that you havent talked to in a while still care about you and want to help you. Please of your thinking about it or want to kill yourself talk to someone there is suicide hotlines that run 24 hours a day.
