Ok so today I was doing yard work with my 'family' and I was trying to move and put back together a trampoline. Well i put the pole in too fast and this is what happened.

And if that flab of my pad of skin comes off and I have to see it I'm going to barf. I cant handle it and i was crying for at least a good 30 mins it hurt like hell and sometimes it still stings but i took 3 ibuprofen so i kinda dont feel it rn unless I put pressure on it
