Y/n laid curled up in the corner of a dark cell. Their eyes closed, their heart beating fast.

'Calm down,Donnie and the others are coming'

if they ever do come

Y/n shook away the thought as they laid in the corner, full of hope. But also fear.

Why would they waste their time with a weakling like you...

Y/n withdrew a sharp breath as they felt her heart start to go faster. They shook their head as they kept their heart from bursting out if their chest.

That's when they heard the sound of fighting. Y/n looked up but at the moment they did,everything that was happening dawned on them.

It started

It felt like the whole world had crashed down on them The fact that they was in the footclan's hideout and that they might be the reason they catch the turtles.

Tears pooled up in their eyes, the stinging liquid making their vision cloudy. Their breathing started to get shaky and hitched while they held their chest.

Y/n had got on their knees,everything going blurry. Y/n's h/c hair getting caught in their mouth as they sobbed.

All of it started to calm down when a familiar soft voice said "Y/n,Y/n calm down".

It was Donatello... Their friend..

Y/n couldn't speak as they looked up from the floor with a much better sight. They could see Donnie's hazel eyes looking back into their eyes. In his voice it could be heard that he was worried.

Donnie didn't speak but he did wave off his brothers. He heard all the noise coming on from outside but at the moment he wanted to calm Y/n down.

" Its safe,,sh " He says pulling them into a small hug,the sobbing was still going but it was much softer then before. Soon, it all stopped.

Y/n peeked their head out with their now puffy red eyes.

"I'm so sorry-I should have told you..but I -" He stopped them from speaking any further.

"It wasn't your fault,, I should have pushed some time aside so that we could talk" Donnie says looking down at them with a soft gaze.

Donnie heard the alarm going off and picked up Y/n bridal style. He looked down at them "Now,Come one lets get you home" he says as he started to leap up to a widow.
