The moment you had jumped threw that portal, you knew the risk. You could die in the show from any of the villains or maybe even the turtles if it happens. Maybe it didn't worry you but it worried Donnie alot.

All you now hear is,Y/n be careful or Y/n let me do that for you.

You loved him to death,but it was starting to annoy you. Heck even Raph snapped at him a day ago.

Thankfully Master Splinter broke it up and dragged the fuming red clad turtle away.

But still. You can't help but wonder why he was being so protective of you. Didn't he mostly spend his time with April. When April started to notice,she gave you a certain look.

It wasn't mean but it was trying to let you know something. That's the thing you Couldn't really find out at the moment. Maybe if you were to ask him it would work.

But that was until you had gotten hurt during a small Patrol. Yeah.. He became even more protective then.

" Donnie I swear,its healed " Y/n says,her voice getting a little bit higher as Donnie pulled her onto the lab table. He was taking a peek at her side wound,making sure that it was all healed up. It was but he still didn't want to risk it.

"Still, You shouldn't.be moving around too much.." He says looking up at her while putting his hands on his hips. Sometimes,it grew annoying when she wouldn't listen to him. It made him wanna just tell her that she needed to rest in a more firm way.

He really couldn't do that firm voice like how his Sensei does. Instead his voice goes high and it makes him wanna just bury himself to get away from the embarrassment.

Donnie blushed as he remembered a small comment his brothers had made when he had asked her to hang.out with him.

"Dudes,Are you hearing what I am hearing?" A very smug looking Mikey says peeking over to look at Donnie while he's talking to Y/n. Raph gave him a small raised eyebrow before he realized what he was saying. His frown turned into a grin in a snap.

"Yeah,I have known about it " Raph says looking at Mikey then at Donnie. He was happy to see his brother getting over April. It was a nice change of air.

They had a small plan to tease Donnie. And Donnie could see it once they walked over. That's when the teasing started. There was many comments the flew past Donnie's head that he didn't care about until he heard one.

"He Likes her~ " Mikey and Raph had said at the same time. He wanted.to deadpan, was he that obvious. If so,was Y/n silently rejecting him.

He honestly didn't know.

"Um earth to Donnie? You good?"

Y/n's voice snapped Donnie out of his flashback. he gave her.A small smile showing his cute gap. He didn't see Y/n nearly coo at his cuteness and may he never will,if he doesn't confess.

Something in him just didn't want her to leave. He started to fiddle with his fingers. Could he ask her? That would be the most scariest thing to say besides I like you.

After a minute Donnie had yawned grabbing the attention of our dear Y/n.

Y/n knew exactly what was going on,more or less. She grabbed his arm and got him to his feet. "You sir,are going yo bed" Y/n says as she started to drag him to his bedroom. She couldn't see the sly looks that his brothers were giving the two of them. But she could care less to be honest.

Once she reached the door she turned the knob and opened it. Expecting Donnie to let her go,but he didn't. Donnie gently took her inside his room. He wasn't harsh when he laid her down on the bed and curled up to her.

Y/n blushed a blood red color before giving a soft smile. It was so cute seeing how the turtle had warmed up to her. She snuggled close to him with a small smile.

"I love you,y/n.." Donnie mutters sleepily. This caused y/n to look at him to see That Donnie was still awake. In response to what he had said. She gently nuzzled his cheek and said "I love you too" that was before Donnie was asleep.

Y/n chuckled a bit hearing the purple turtle's loud snores. She herself was tired so she closed her eyes to sleep.

Little did she know that the brothers were there the whole time. Cheering that their brother had confessed.
