SEATTLE, WASHINGTON: ONE YEAR AGO

CHRISTMAS NIGHT

The living room is decorated for Christmas. The doorbell rings and a boy opens the door.

"Merry Christmas, Grandpa." Stevie Says

"Oh ho ho, Merry Christmas to you too, Stevie." Grandpa Says As He Hugs his grandson tight and comes inside

"Did you bring me any presents?" Stevie Asks

"Now, why would I want to do that?" Grandpa Asks

"Cause it's Christmas." Stevie Says

"Oh! I thought Santa Claus brought the presents at Christmas. You have been a good boy this year, haven't you?" Grandpa Asks

"I have, I swear." Stevie Says

"Well, then, who knows? Maybe he'll come" Grandpa Says

Later On, Grandpa is dressing as Santa next to the Christmas tree. He puts on a fake beard and Santa's hat and jingles some bells. Stevie walks part of the way down the stairs and watches Santa/Grandpa take presents out of a big red bag.

"Santa!" Stevie Whispers

Santa/Grandpa is still taking presents from his bag when suddenly thumping sounds come from the roof.

"Reindeer!" Stevie Whispers

Grandpa looks confused, but returns his attention to his bag. More sounds are heard, like someone is walking on the roof. Grandpa looks up, but the sounds stop again. Ash falls from the chimney into the fireplace. Grandpa investigates while Stevie watches from the staircase. Suddenly hands grab Grandpa and pull him up the chimney and he screams.

"Santa?" Stevie Says as one of Grandpa's boots falls from the chimney, with bloodstains on it.

YPSILANTI, MICHIGAN
HOUSE

A girl is looking outside through the glass door and a woman stands outside, being interviewed.

"Um, my daughter and I were in our beds. Mike was downstairs decorating the tree. I heard a thump on the roof and then I heard Mike scream. And now I'm talking to the FBI." The Woman Says

"And you didn't see any of it?" Dean Asks

"No, he was... he was just gone." The Woman Says

"The doors were locked? There was no forced entry?" Dean Asks

"That's right." The Woman Says

"Does anybody else have a key?" Sam Asks

"My parents." The Woman Says

"Where do they live?" Sam Asks

"Florida." The Woman Says Then Elena walks out of the house.

"Thanks for letting me have a look around, Mrs. Walsh. I think we, uh, got just about everything we need. We're all set." Elena Says

"We'll be in touch." Dean Says As Mrs, Walsh nods. Dean, Elena and Sam walk down the steps.

"Agents..." Mrs,Walsh Says They turn around, The police said my husband might have been kidnapped."

"Could be." Dean Says

"Then why haven't the kidnappers called? O-or – or demanded a ransom? It's three days till Christmas. What am I supposed to tell our daughter?" Mrs, Walsh Says

"We're very sorry." Elena Says Then They walk away and Mrs,Walsh turns to go inside.

"Find anything?" Dean Asks

"Stocking, mistletoe... this" Elena Says As She gives something out of her pocket

"A tooth? Where was this?" Dean Asks As He Examines the tooth

"In the chimney." Elena Says

"Chimney? No way a man fits up a chimney. It's too narrow" Dean Says

"No way he fits up in one piece" Elena Says

"Alright, so, if dad went up the chimney—" Dean Says

"We need to find out what dragged him up there." Sam Says

MOTEL

Pictures of demons are pinned up on the wall. Sam is searching the Internet for information about demons. The door opens and Elena and Dean walks inside, he's carrying a brown paper bag.

"So, was I right? Is it the serial-killing chimney sweep?" Dean Asks

"Yep. It's, uh, it's actually Dick Van Dyke." Sam Says

"Who?" Dean Says

"Mary Poppins"?" Sam Says

"Who's that?" Dean Asks

"Oh come on— never mind." Sam Says as he waves his hand

"Well, it turns out that Walsh is the second guy in town grabbed out of his house this month." Elena Says

"Oh yeah?" Sam Says

"Yeah." Dean Says Then There's a knock on the room door

"Who's that?" Elena Asks

"Don't Know" Dean Says He walks up to the door and he opens it

"Hey There" Corrina Says

"Corrina?" Elena Says

"Yup, In the flesh" Corrina Says she then walks inside the room

"Come In" Dean Says

"What Are You doing here?" Elena Asks

"Well I was working a case up in Seattle it was vampire no biggie, then I heard that over here men have been getting kidnapped supposedly from the chimney" Corrina Says

"Yeah That's The Case We're working on" Dean Says

"I'd Figure that, so I wondering if you guys could use some help on this one or are you good?" Corrina Says

"Uhh Actually" Dean Says

"We'd Love your help Corrina, I wouldn't mind" Sam Says then he smiles at her

"Thank You Sam" Corrina Says

"Dean" Elena Says

"Sure Why Not, Just Don't mess up okay" Dean Says

"Aww Dean I would never" Corrina Says sarcastically

" Now The other guy get dragged up the chimney, too?" Sam Says

"Don't know. Witnesses said they heard a thump on the roof. (He shrugs, Sam also shrugs, So, what the hell do you think we're dealing with?" Dean Asks

"Actually, I have an idea." Corrina Says

"Yeah?" Dean Says

"Uh, it's gonna sound crazy." Corrina Says

"What could you possibly say that sounds crazy to me?, Never Mind Go on" Dean Says

"Um... evil Santa." Corrina Says then she smiles as they all look at her

"Yeah, that's crazy." Dean Says

"Yeah... I mean, I'm just saying that there's some version of the anti-Claus in every culture. She Shows Them some evil Santa pictures, You got Belsnickel, Krampus, Black Peter. Dean takes the pictures from
Corrina, Whatever you want to call it, there's all sorts of lore." Corrina Says

"Saying what?" Dean Asks

"Saying ... back in the day, Santa's brother went rogue and now he shows up around Christmas time, but instead of bringing presents, he punishes the wicked." Corrina Says

"By hauling their ass up chimneys?" Dean Says

"For starters, yeah." Corrina Says

"So, this is your theory, huh? Santa's shady brother?" Dean Says

"Well, ah – I'm just saying, that's what the lore says." Corrina Says

"Santa doesn't have a brother. There is no Santa." Dean Says

"Yeah, We know. You're the one who told me that in the first place, remember. He Looks at Dean, who looks down, maybe feeling a little guilty. Sam turns back to his computer and sighs, Yeah, you know what Corrina Could be right or wrong it's just an idea" Sam Says

"Maybe, maybe not." Dean Says

"What?" Elena Says

"I did a little digging. Turns out both victims visited the same place before they got snatched" Dean Says

"Where?" Sam Asks

SANTA'S VILLAGE

Christmas music plays, children are playing, and people wearing Christmas costumes are walking.

"It does kind of lend credence to the theory, don't it?" Dean Says

"Yeah, but anti-Claus? Couldn't be" Sam Says

" It's a Christmas miracle. Hey, speaking of, we should have one this year." Dean Says

"Have one what?" Elena Asks

"A Christmas." Dean Says

"Yes I Love that idea" Elena Says

"Every time this time of the year comes around you get all Betty Crocker" Corrina Says

"Oh Shut Up my cooking is great, I would love to spend Christmas this year" Elena Says

"No, thanks." Sam Says

"Why?" Elena & Corrina Says

"No, we'll get a tree, a little Boston market, just like when we were little." Dean Says

"Dean, those weren't exactly Hallmark memories for me, you know."

"What are you talking about? We had some great Christmases." Dean Says

"Whose childhood are you talking about?" Sam Asks

"Oh, come on, Sam." Dean Says

"No! Just... no." Sam Says

"All right, Grinch." Dean Says

"Yeah, I know right" Elena Says As Dean, Elena and Corrina walks away, while Sam stands still. Suddenly he notices a reindeer's statue is staring at him. Sam looks uncomfortable.

BROKEN BOW, NEBRASKA. CHRISTMAS EVE, 1991
MOTEL

Reindeers pull Santa's sleigh across the sky on the TV, which is playing "A Year Without Santa Claus". Sam is wrapping something with newspaper.

"What is that?" Dean Asks

"A present for Dad." Sam Says

"Yeah, right. Where'd you get the money? Steal it?" Dean Asks

"No. Uncle Bobby gave it to me to give to him. Said it was real special."

"What is it?" Dean Asks

"A pony." Sam Says Sarcastically

"Very funny, Who Helped you pick the pony Elena?" Dean Says

"Shut Up" Sam Says As He continues to wrap the present. Dean sits on the couch next to him and picks up a magazine,Dad's gonna be here, right?"

"He'll be here." Dean Says

"It's Christmas." Sam Says

"He knows and he'll be here. Promise." Dean Says

"Where is he anyway?" Sam Asks

"On business." Dean Says

"What kind of business?" Sam Asks

"You know that. He sells stuff." Dean Says

"What kind of stuff?" Sam Asks

"Stuff." Dean Says

"Nobody ever tells me anything." Sam Says

"Then quit asking." Dean Says As He leaves Sam and walks to the bed. He shoves garbage and food-wrappers off of it and opens the magazine.

"Is Dad a spy?" Sam Asks

"Mm-hmm. He's James Bond." Dean Says

"Why do we move around so much?" Sam Asks

"Cause everywhere we go, they get sick of your face." Dean Says

"I'm old enough, Dean. You can tell me the truth." Sam Says

"You don't wanna know the truth. Believe me." Dean Says

"Is that why we never talk about... Mom?" Sam Asks
The Dean Tosses the magazine away angrily and stands up

"Shut up! Don't you ever talk about Mom. Ever!" Dean Says, He then heads over to the door

"Wait, where are you going?" Sam Asks

"Out." Dean Says He Then shuts the door behind him and leaves Sam alone.

The flashback ends.

SANTA'S VILLAGE

Sam is still lost in memories.

"You'd think with the 10 bucks it costs to get into this place, Santa could scrounge up a little snow." Dean Says

"What?" Sam Says

"Nothing. What are we looking for, again?" Dean Asks

"Um...lore says that the anti-Claus will walk with a limp and smell like sweets." Sam Says

"Great. So we're looking for a pimp Santa. Why the sweets?" Dean Says

"Think about it, Dean. If you smell like candy, the kids will come closer, you know?" Corrina Says

"That's creepy. Sam and Elena chuckles, How does this thing know who's been naughty and who's been nice?" Dean Says

"I don't know." Corrina Says As A man wearing a Santa Claus costume sits outside a small barn. A woman and boy walk up to him.

"So, Ronny, come sit on Santa's knee. The boy sits, Ah, there you go. You been a good boy this year?" Santa Asks

"Yeah." Ronny Says

"Good. Santa's got a special gift for you." Santa Says

"Maybe we do." Dean Says As They Look At Santa

Ronny's mother takes his arm and leads him away from the Santa.

"Come on, honey, let's go." Mother Says

A woman in an elf costume walks up to Sam, Dean, Elena and Corrina.

"Welcome to Santa's court. Can I escort your child to Santa?" Elf Says

"Uh..." Sam Says

"No. No. Uh, but actually my brother here, he smacks Sam on the shoulder, ... it's been a lifelong dream of his." Dean Says

"Uh, sorry. No kids over... 12." Elf Says

"No, he's just kidding. We only came here to watch." Sam Says As Elena and Corrina Furrows thier brows at them and shakes their heads

"Idjits Man" Elena Says as Corrina Laughs

Elf looks at Dean, who shakes his head. Elf backs off.

"Eww." Elf Says

"I-I didn't mean that we came here to w— Y— Dean looks at Sam, Thanks a lot, Dean. Thanks for that." Sam Says as Dean Laughs at him then stops

"Check it out." Dean Says

They All watch the Santa leave his chair, He walks with bad limp.

"Are you seeing this?" Elena Asks

"A lot of people walk with limps, right?" Sam Says

"Tell me you didn't smell that. That was candy, Dude." Corrina Says

"That was Ripple. I think. Had to be." Sam Says He Then looks at Santa again.

"Maybe. We're willing to take that chance?" Dean Says

HOUSE

Inside the Impala, Sam, Dean, Elena and Corrina are spying on a simple house that is decorated with Christmas lights.

"What time is it?" Dean Asks

"Same as the last time you asked. Here... he hands Dean a thermos Caffeinate.

Dean takes the thermos from Sam and tries to pours coffee into the cup, but the thermos is empty.

"Wonderful, Hey Sam." Dean Says

"Yeah?" Sam Says

"Why are you the boy that hates Christmas?" Dean Asks

"Dean ..." Sam Says

"I mean, I admit it. You know, we had a few bumpy holidays when we were kids." Dean Says

"Bumpy"? Sam Says

"That was then. We'll do it right this year." Dean Says

"Look, Dean. If you want to have Christmas, knock yourself out. Just don't involve me." Sam Says

"Oh, yeah, that'd be great. Me and My making cranberry molds." Dean Says

"So Why is Dean In a Holly Jolly Mood All of sudden?" Corrina Whispers

"It's The I Gotta A whole year to live thing" Elena Says

"Ohhh Makes Sense, Hey Dean?" Corrina Says

"Yeah" Dean Says

"So What Was The Deal For, what made you do it?" Corrina Asks

"I did it for this one sitting right here, Sammy Died and I couldn't bare with that so I made a deal to bring him back" Dean Says

"Wow, That's Very Selfless of you Dean" Corrina Says

"Yeah I guess" Dean Says

Then They return to watching the house. Santa, still in his red cap, but in a green tank top, looks outside, then closes his curtains.

"What's up with Saint Nicotine?" Elena Says

"Oh, my God!" Woman Says As They All jump out of the car and run to the house with their guns drawn. Dean looks inside the window of the front door.

"Huh." Sam Says

"What?" Dean Says

"Nothing. It's just that, uh... well, you know, Mr. Gung Ho Christmas might have to blow away Santa." Sam Says
