MOVING VAN

In the witches' moving van, Sam recovers from the spell he'd been under and his vision slowly clears.

"Who are you?" Sam Asks

"Rowena MacLeod is dead. We came for what she left behind, and just when we thought we wouldn't get it...You come along. Hmm. Lucky us." She Says

"What?" Sam Says

"The apartment's hexed. It's potent magic. Anyone who steps insides dies. Except, apparently, you. Mm-hmm. Surprised? Yeah. Me too. I only know Rowena by reputation. Respect, but...to imagine her leaving all her Earthly treasures to you..." She Says

"So the body we found... That was one of yours." Sam Says

"Mm. Jacinda, my oldest. She's young. She'll learn." She Says

"Now you're gonna bring her back." Sam Says

"Well, of course I am, yeah. This is good magic." She Says

"Listen, you need me." Sam Says, as she turns to look at him.

"Hmm." She Says

"You want Rowena's stuff? I can get it for you. But I need that spell." Sam Says

"Oh. Hm. I'm sorry, no. I'd never give up my girl." She Says

"Okay, then we'll both use it." Sam Says

"We can't. A spell like this, you can only use once. Show Death a loophole, and she closes it. And, well, I think you'll help us anyway. Emily." She Says

"Borrowed some of your hair." Emily Says

The Witch Mother winds Sam's hair around a voodoo doll.

"Hmm. Now, a choice... you can do as you're told and die quick. Or you can play tough and..." She squeezes the voodoo doll and Sam cringes in pain, "Oh...and die slowly. It's up to you." She Says

"Hm." Emily Says

FOREST

Near the edge of the forest by Jenny Lake, Cas studies his map as Melly catches up to him.

"Melly what-" Castiel Says

"Okay, so I followed you." Melly Says

"Melly, you shouldn't be here." Castiel Says

"Please, Agent Worley, you have to let me help. I told Caleb to get off "Fortnite", to get some fresh air." Melly Says

"This isn't your fault." Castiel Says

"What are those X's?" Melly Asks, pointing to his map.

"They're where they found...a number of people have gone missing in this area." Castiel Says

"And you think Caleb... No, he wouldn't come out here. He knows it's not safe. With the mine?" Melly Says

"Mine?" Castiel Says

"Yeah, the old silver mine. The EPA shut it down in the '70s...toxic runoff." Melly Says

"Can you show me where it is?" Castiel Asks

"No. But I can take you." Melly Says

"Okay. Stay close." Castiel Says

ROWENA'S APARTMENT

Upstairs in the apartment Sam goes inside while Emily waits at the threshold with her voodoo doll.

"It's Emily, right? Is this your thing, robbing dead people?" Sam Says

"No talking." Emily Says, she stabs the doll with a pin, and Sam flinches in pain.

"Right." Sam Says

"Make it quick, just the good stuff." Emily Says

Sam notices Emily staring at her sister's body on the floor.

"Hey, I can look for something to cover her up." Sam Says

"Do you think she's pretty? Everyone thinks she's pretty." Emily Says

"I mean, uh, she's dead." Sam Says

"For now." Emily Says

"Were you close?" Sam Asks

"She made my life hell." Emily Says

"Really? What did she do? Listen, I get it. All right? I mean, I...I have an older brother. When I was 10, he... he put superglue in my toothpaste." Sam Says

"Yeah?" Emily Says

"Yeah." Sam Says

"Once, she made me invisible...for a week." Emily Says

"Okay, well, that's not so..." Sam Says

"And she tried to sell my soul to a demon and she turned my first crush into a water balloon...and popped him." Emily Says, as Sam looked lost for words.

"Oh." Sam Says

"And then she got mean. Start packing." Emily Says

THE BUNKER

In the bunker, inside his room Dean is watching the marathon of Scooby Doo. He reached inside the cereal box, takes a handful and shoved some inside his mouth. The door opens and Elena enters, she sighed.

"Seriously Dean, it's 4 in the afternoon." Elena Says

"Lena look it's the A Night Of Fright episode, it's a classic sit and watch." Dean Says

"Uh no thanks I think I've had enough of the Scooby gang." Elena Says, walking past the Tv.

"Hey, hey you're blocking my view here." Dean Says

Elena glared over at him then rolled her eyes, she rummaged through her drawer pulling out some clothes.

"Hey what are you doing?" Dean Asks

"I am going to take a bath, because I smell like piss thanks to our daughter peeing on me so..yeah." Elena Says, walking towards the door.

"Oh, you know I could use a shower mind if I join." Dean Says

He gets to his feet but Elena places her hand, on his chest stopping him in his tracks.

"No, no, no..alone..okay." Elena Says

"What why?" Dean Asks

"Cause I need some peace and quiet, from Wren and you.." Dean scoffed, she grimaced, "Oh and you're definitely not taking a bath with me with that breath." Elena Says

Elena opens the door and leaves the room, Dean breathes into his hand and sniffed his breath and grimaced at it.

"Okay I see her point." Dean mumbled

FOREST

Back in the forest by Jenny Lake, Castiel is following behind Melly's lead.

"Are we close?" Castiel Asks

"I think so. Thanks for doing this on your vacation." Melly Says

"Well, it's not really a...I needed to step away." Castiel Says

"Burnout's a bitch, right?" Melly Says

"Yeah. My colleagues and I, we, uh...I guess you could say we had a falling out with management." Castiel Says

"Trust me, I get it. I used to work in finance. Back in '08, all the bosses promised big changes, but nothing really changes, so I cashed out, took the kid, moved here. Thing is, taking yourself out of the game doesn't really change the game. But I had to, for Caleb, who says moving here ruined his life. Half the time, we're at each other's throats." Melly Says

"Well, I'm sorry." Castiel Says

"No, we'll get through it." Melly Says

"Melly, you have to prepare yourself for something." Castiel Says

"What?" Melly Says

"There are things in this world that aren't human. Shane Coogan was killed by one, a djinn, I think." Castiel Says

"I'm sorry, a what?" Melly Says

"Monsters are real, and, given the number of missing people in the area, I think this mine may be a lair, and, if it is, I don't want you to see what's inside." Castiel Says

"But I don't want..." Melly Says

"Mom? Mom?" Caleb Says

Melly and Castiel turns around to see Caleb, who's sitting near a tree in dirty clothes she gasps.

"Caleb!" Melly Says, she runs over to him and embraces him.

ROWENA'S APARTMENT

Sam is busy packing up some stuff, as Emily watched on twirling the hair on the voodoo doll.

"Steve was a good bunny. But Jessie needed his bones, so." Emily Says

"Yeah. Sorry, that's, uh...wow." Sam Says

"I yelled at her, and she turned my tongue into a snake. I still have the scars where it bit me." Emily Says, pushing back some of her hair revealing the scar on the side of her face.

"You know what? Listen. She doesn't have to come back. All right? You heard your mom. That spell only works once. If you give it to me..." Sam Says

"She'd kill me." Emily Says

"Not if you ran. Rowena was a very powerful witch, maybe the most powerful of all time. I'll give you her books, her journals...whatever you want. Y-You could go somewhere else, start over again." Sam Says

Emily looks to Sam almost considering his offer, but looks down at her sisters body.

"Liar!" Emily Says

She stabs the doll again, hard enough that Sam falls to the ground in pain.

Near the the hiking trail, Cas and Melly help Caleb to a more comfortable place to sit.

"I know... I know I wasn't supposed to be out here, but I..." Caleb Says

"It's okay, honey. Just tell us what happened." Melly Says

"You're not gonna believe me." Caleb Says

"Yes, we will." Castiel Says

"I saw some guy dragging a dead body to the lake. I couldn't see his face, so I grabbed my phone, I tried to bust his ass, but...It was a monster. I-I ran, but I fell, I broke my phone and messed up my ankle. I was hiding. I was so scared." Caleb Says

"The monster...did you get a good look at it?" Castiel Asks

"Yeah, he did." They turn to see him, holding his gun "Unfortunately. Been looking for you. I try not to kill more than I have to, but now you and the kid are just such a big pain in my ass." Roy Says

"You won't hurt them." Castiel Says

Castiel drops his angel blade into his hand, and Sheriff Roy's eyes glow and his djinn tattoos become visible.

"That right?" Roy Says

Sheriff Roy shoots Cas in the chest, but Cas heals it almost immediately, and walks toward the sheriff.

"Oh my.." Melly Says

"Whoa. Whoa." Caleb Says

"It's always you... you selfish little men in positions of authority. You take what you want, you take who you want. And you believe that your power will protect you," Sheriff Roy shoots him in the heart, point blank, and he heals it again, "Well, it won't protect you from me." Castiel Says

Cas wrenches his gun away, punches him, and then stabs the djinn to death while Melly and Caleb hold one another and cry.

ROWENA'S APARTMENT

Sam carries a box filled with Rowena's things, as Emily glared at him.

"Let's go. Don't make me hurt you." Emily Says

She holds up the doll again, but before she can stab it, Dean and Elena barges in holding the Witch Mother at gunpoint.

"Witch-killing bullets." Dean Says

"Elena, Dean, wait, she's..." Sam Says

Emily stabs the voodoo doll, and Sam collapses in agony.

"Damn it, she's got a voodoo doll." Elena Says

"Let her go, or he dies." Emily Says

"Well, it looks like we got ourselves a little bit of a stand-off, three on two." Dean Says, as suddenly the lights flicker, Dean and Elena's breath freezes.

"More like three on three." She Says

Jacinda's ghost appears and flings Dean down the hall, Elena goes to shoot the witch mother but Jacinda's ghost flings her down the hall as well.

Sam swats the doll away from Emily, but the Witch Mother begins hexing him, causing him pain, wile the other two close on Dean and Elena.

"Ad elicienda alvos. Torto ventre. Ad elicienda alvos. Torto ventre. The doll! Kill him!" She Says

Emily nods then picks up the doll, and starts twisting it inflicting more pain upon Sam.

"Ad elicienda alvos. Torto ventre. Ad elicienda alvos. Torto ventre." She chants

Then Eileen appears between Jacinda, Elena and Dean.

"Not today, bitch." Eileen Says, and flings her down the hallway.

"About time." Dean Says

"Thanks Eileen." Elena Says

Eileen grins and nods at them, and then flickers and reappears beside Jacinda in Rowena's apartment and the two of them begin to fight.

"Ad elicienda alvos. Ad elicienda alvos. Torto ventre. Ad elicienda alvos. Torto ventre. Ad elicienda alvos. Torto ventre. Congelentur venae." She Says

Elena crawls over down the hall, and slides over the gun to Dean. He and shoots Emily in the chest, and the Witch Mother turns her attention on Dean.

"Cor marcascatur et in thorace concidatur. I'll grind your hearts to dust," Dean and Elena groan our in pain, "Congelentur venae. Cor marcascatur et in thorace concidatur. Con..." She chants

Sam tackles the Witch Mother, and pulls out a tiny hex bag.

"You...how?" She Asks

"I learned from the best." Sam Says

Flashback to Sam packing up Rowena's things for Emily, pocketing ingredients for a hex bag along the way.

"No!" She yelled out

Sam then shoves the hex bag into her mouth and recites a spell, which caused the witch mothers eyes to bleed out as she died.

"O Ichor, igne putrefaciatur, ex sanguine flagrante, te invoco." Sam Says

Dean and Elena gets to their feat and runs inside the apartment, notices Eileen is still fighting with Jacinda's ghost who's choking her.

"Eileen!" Dean Says

"Her... Her body!" Eileen Says

Elena looks around and sees Rowena's liquor cabinet, she smashes the glass with her elbow taking out a bottle of liquor which she douses Jacinda's body in alcohol, then Dean pulls out his lighter.

"Come on." Dean Says, as he struggles with his lighter.

"Today, Dean." Elena Says

"Come on, come on, ah got it!" Dean Says

The lighter works and he tosses it on Jacinda's body, she gets off Eileen and stands to her feet yelling out as she burns. Sam rushes back into the room with everyone, making sure they're alright.

Back in the forest, Castiel returns to Melly and Caleb.

"So you..." Melly Says

"Dropped him in the lake. I think I can help. May I?" Castiel Says

Cas crouches down and heals Caleb's bruised ankle. His grace flickers and he struggles to heal the minor injury, and Cas is woozy and winded when he finishes.

"Holy crap! What... What?!" Caleb Says, looking at his leg.

"That's a...miracle. Were you sent by God?" Melly Asks

"Melly, I can't explain it to you. I...well, even if I could, I think you're better off not knowing." Castiel Says

"What does that mean?" Melly Asks

"It means I'm happy I met you, and I'm glad we found your son." Castiel Says

"But now you're leaving." Melly Says

"Yeah. If I stay, nothing changes. It's time for me to get back in the game." Castiel Says, as Melly nods.

THE BUNKER

In the bunker, Sam draws a bath and prepares the spell while Eileen watches.

"Okay, so... I just, um...get in?" Eileen Says

"Yeah. I guess. Then I say the words." Sam Says

Eileen gets in the tub, as Sam turns his back and recites the spell.

"Mortuum oritur. Rutum revertitur. Ex spiritu incarnatum est. Oriatur et educatur. Oriatur et educatur." Sam Says

Soon Eileen emerges from the water naked, but alive again, she wraps herself in a towel and steps out of the tub.

"Eileen?" Sam Says

"Sam?" She walks over to him, and signs, "Thank you." Eileen Says

She takes Sam's hand, and is able to hold it now and hugs him. Meanwhile in the war room. Dean sits with his feet up drinking a beer, Sam enters the bunker.

"How's Eileen?" Dean Asks

"She, uh... She's asleep. She had a big day." Sam Says

"Well, so did you." He rolls over a beer across the table, to Sam, "Hex bags. New body. So, what, are you some kind of witch now?" Dean Says

"Nah, I got lucky." Sam Says

"Yeah. I just wish we knew about that spell for Mom. You did good today, man. I did jack." Dean Says

"You killed a witch, saved my ass." Sam Says

"Yeah, I guess so." Dean Says

"You know what, I've been thinking about something you said, about how we don't make the rules, and you're right. We don't. We never have. But that doesn't mean we can just give up." Sam Says

"Oh, come on, man." Dean Says

"We have moves to make here, Dean. We do. I mean, you think Chuck wanted me to shoot him? Of course not." Sam Says

"You sure about that? Maybe that was part of the plan, you know? That's the thing, man. I don't know what's God and what isn't, and it's driving me crazy." Dean Says

"All I'm saying is we'll find a way to beat him. We will. I don't know how yet, but we will 'cause we're the guys who break the rules. But I can't do it without you. I can't. Just like I couldn't do it today without you. I need my brother." Sam Says
