BUNKER

Ketch is tied to a chair, his face bloody and his left eye swollen shut almost identical to how Karl looked in the previous act, as Dean paces around him, interrogating him.

"One more time. How are you not dead?" Dean Asks

"One more time. Why should I be?" Ketch Says

"Because we killed you." Sam Says

"Apparently not." Ketch Says, then takes a swing at him and punches him in the face.

"Don't mess with us, okay? You already killed Mick. You tried to kill us. You messed our mom right up. We're already pissed off. So I wouldn't do that." Dean Says, he squeezes Ketch's hand hard enough to make crunching noises.

"Aah!" Ketch Says

"Oh, look at that. You got rid of your tattoo. Was that a stick-on? It was a stick-on, wasn't it? Yeah." Dean Says

"What? Tattoo? I would never g–Oh. I think I know what's going on here." Ketch Says

"Really?" Sam Says

"You have me confused with my brother." Ketch Says

"Your brother?" Dean Says

"Arthur. I'm Alexander, his twin." Ketch Says

"Do I look stupid to you?" Dean Says

"Is that a trick question?" Ketch Says

Dean punches Ketch in the face again and It appears satisfying.

"Uhh! Oh!" Ketch Says

Dean straightens his rumpled shirt "Whoo!"

"So you're seriously gonna sit there with a straight face and tell us that you have an evil twin?" Sam Says

"If reducing things to that black and white level helps you, fine. Arthur was the family success story. The...headliner, our Donny Osmond." Ketch Says

"Mm. All right, Marie. What's your story?" Dean Asks

"Arthur and I attended a feeder school for the British Men of Letters." Ketch Says

"Kendricks. We know all about it. Just get to the point." Sam Says

"When it came time to initiate into the organization, I... fled. It wasn't for me. And if they were to find me... I'd be dead." Ketch Says

"It's really funny because, you know, your name never came up." Sam Says

"Well, no doubt. Arthur felt I brought shame to the family and to the Men of Letters. He had to work twice as hard to make up for my...public failure. And I had to work thrice as hard to disappear, live in the shadows. Do my work." Ketch Says

"What work?" Sam Asks

"Killing monsters. All over the world, for a fee. A Hunter." Ketch Says

"A mercenary." Dean Says

"A man with my sort of training has limited options." Ketch Says

"The witches– who's bankrolling their deaths?" Dean Asks

"I-I'm doing that pro bono." Ketch Says

"Why do you keep asking for Rowena MacLeod?" Sam Asks

"She's a witch, isn't she? Isn't that what we Hunters do? Kill the bad thing?" Ketch Says

In the library, at the table with Sam and Dean's initials carved in it, Sam finds records for Alexander Ketch. Dean sits in an armchair with a glass of whiskey.

"So... I've dug up a pretty hefty paper trail on Alexander Ketch. Birth certificate, U.S. visa and passport, academic records from Kendricks for Arthur and Alexander." Sam Says

"Sam..." Dean Says

"Dean, I went into the hard drive I took from the Brits' U.S. base. There are academic initiation papers drawn up for both Ketches with Alexander's remaining incomplete." Sam Says

"Okay, I don't care how good this story looks. I ain't buying it." Dean Says

"All right. For argument's sake, we know Mom shot Arthur, and we know we dumped his corpse into the waste canal. So even if this is weird, yes, it's weird, but we eat weird every day." Sam Says

"Yeah, but there's "Ripley's Believe It or Not!" weird, and then there's weird that's just straight up bull. Now I'm thinking that Ketch weird is door number two." Dean Says

Sam closes the laptop and folds his hands, sighing thoughtfully. In the room where Ketch is still tied to the chair, Sam drags another chair over to face him and sits. We see Ketch's ankles are also shackled.

"So... even though you and your brother both saw my brother, Arthur, shot point-blank, you still question his demise?" Ketch Says

"Yeah. It– it's probably smart to question everything about Arthur Ketch." Sam Says

"Probably, yeah. I know I'm still trying to figure him out." Ketch Says

"The Arthur Ketch we knew was sadistic. Amoral, predatory. Loyal to no one." Sam Says

"You're wrong there. Not amoral, and actually, loyal to a fault. What you witnessed was an incredibly good company man. Not an easy job." Ketch Says

"Sounds like it would be easier to be "Alexander" than to be Arthur, yeah?" Sam Says

"To a degree. No glory, yes, but no...burdens either." Ketch Says

"Hmm. You admire him. Maybe, uh, wanted to be like him." Sam Says

"Like you, I understood my brother's issues and why he did what he did. I suspect, if he were here, he'd... admit regret to some of the things he did to your family." Ketch Says

PLAYGROUND

At the playground beside a sandbox, the portal to Heaven, Cas meets with another angel.

"Dumah, thank you for agreeing to meet with me. This is a matter of–of great urgency. It's imperative that I locate Jack." Castiel Says

"You mean the nephilim." Dumah Says

"Yes. Do the angels have him?" Castiel Asks

"No." Dumah Says

"Okay, you're certain that he's not maybe sitting in– in Metatron's old cell or–" Castiel Says

"If we had him, he wouldn't be imprisoned. He would be put to work." Dumah Says

"What do you mean?" Castiel Says

"Castiel, the angels...Our numbers were greatly diminished after the fall. No one's made new angels since the dawn of creation. We're going extinct. You would need a powerful force to make more of us." Dumah Says

"You mean Jack. Even if he had that power, what makes you think he'd cooperate?" Castiel Says

"He may not have a choice." Dumah Says

"So you're planning to enslave him for some kind of experiment?" Castiel Says

"Castiel, he's not your pet. He belongs to all of us." Dumah Says

Two other angels come through the sandbox portal behind Dumah.

"You did well, Dumah. You delivered him as promised. We hear you have influence with the nephilim, he'll listen to you." She Says

"No. I will not help you." Castiel Says

"Ever the renegade." She Says

"Castiel, please, come with us." Dumah Says

Dumah takes Castiel by the wrist, but he resists. He pushes her away, and they both deploy angel blades. Cas fights off all three angels, but Dumah comes up behind him and restrains him with an angel blade to his throat.

"Drop the blade, Dumah." Lucifer Says

Dumah stares at Lucifer, but continues to hold the blade to Cas's throat.

"You hesitate? This isn't gonna one of those "make my day" moments, is it? Okay. Buh-bye." Lucifer Says

Lucifer stands up straight and his eyes glow red. Dumah releases Castiel and flees back to heaven through the sandbox portal with the other two angels. When they're gone, Lucifer sits heavily on a bench, coughing and wheezing at the expenditure of power.

"What are you doing back in this world?" Castiel Asks

"What are you doing alive?" Lucifer Asks

"It's complicated." Castiel Says

"Same here. Obviously, getting here took its toll." Lucifer Says, taking a seat by the bench.

"You're weak." Castiel Says, approaching him with the Angel blade.

"Yeah, I'm clearly not myself. But, oh, cowboy, I'm not that weak. And you and I need to talk." Lucifer Says

"I have no interest in talking to you. And if this is about your son–" Castiel Says

"Okay, I get it, I get it. Custody of my son is a non-starter. But if you can please just shelve the eternal enemies thing for a second, we have a situation. And by "we," I mean everything alive. We're sorta... all gonna die." Lucifer Says

NICKS BAR

Inside the Bar, Cas and Lucifer sit across a table from one another as other patrons play pool.

"Everything I am telling you is true. You were there, man. You saw what that place was like. The Michael I just described to you is responsible for that." Lucifer Says

Castiel looks uncomfortable, his eyes everywhere but on Lucifer.

"What? What? What? What? Will you– will you do me a favor and stop looking at the door every five seconds like you wanna get outta here?" Lucifer Says

"You'll forgive me if I'm a little on edge. The last time we were together, you killed me." Castiel Says

"Well, last time we were together, you stabbed me." Lucifer Says

"I'm sorry." Castiel Says

"You wanna dwell on the past? I don't. I'm not myself anyway. What am I gonna do? Okay? Look, it's time to save the world. Be the heroic Castiel instead of the butt of Heaven's joke." Lucifer Says

"I am not the b–" Castiel Says

"I'm, you know, just sayin'." Lucifer Says

"Okay. How do I save the world?" Castiel Asks

"We. We, save the world." Lucifer Says

"Oh, no." Castiel Says

"Yeah, yeah. Look, you protected my son. He trusts you. If you can convince him to be on our team, I think the combined power of the three of us can drive Michael back. I'm telling you, this guy is not the same Michael that we knew. He's much more powerful." Lucifer Says

"Okay, if this Michael come–" Castiel Says

"Not if. When. When. The guy's on a mission." Lucifer Says

"Well, you would seem to be the weak link on this team." Castiel Says

"Okay, that hurt. That...was unnecessary. I'm gonna let it go. Yes, my grace is a little bit depleted, but give me time, man." Lucifer Says

"Work this out with me, hypothetically, um, let's say you're lying, and I help you find your son, and then you kill me again." Castiel Says

"Cut me a little bit of slack. Please? That unhinged thing and that meth head Kevin Tran are about to bust through that door. God isn't here! It's just us."
Cas sighs deeply "We're all we got, in case you hadn't noticed." Lucifer Says

"Well, I-I-I have to talk to Sam and Dean." Castiel Says

Lucifer groans and bangs his forehead against the table "Why, why, why, why, why, with all their second guessing and their whining? This is an emergency, Castiel, and all they're gonna wanna do is–is put me back in the Cage."

"That's all I want." Castiel Says

"But right now, you need me, I need you, and we both need my son. Look, not changing the subject, but we'll get back to it. I just wanna ask you, how did you hide him so well? I mean, I tried to get a bead
on him, and no bueno." Lucifer Says

"Jack. Your son's name is Jack." Castiel Says

"Jack. Wow. Is he...awesome? I mean, is he a chip off the old block?" Lucifer Asks

"Thankfully, no. No, he seems to favor the mother." Castiel Says

"All right, that's nothing that we can't fix. But seriously, I mean, why can't I...you know, detect a presence?" Lucifer Says

"I don't know. He..." Castiel Says

"He is okay, though, right?" Lucifer Asks

"Oh, I'm sure he's fine." Castiel Says

"Well, you don't sound sure. Is he–is he nearby?" Lucifer Asks

"No." Castiel Says

"Somewhere more distant?" Lucifer Says

"Yes, more that." Castiel Says

"Oh, my Dad. You have no idea where he is." Lucifer Says

BUNKER

A collection of phones charging in the bunker library, labeled FBI, CIA, etc. The FBI phone rings, and Dean answers, moving toward the table to jot down notes, while Sam sits at the table with his laptop.

"Hello? Yes, this is Agent Russell. I did give you my card, yeah. Really? What kind of questions? Okay, and when was this? What did he look like? Yeah, no, we will check into it. Thank you very much." Dean Says, then hangs up.

"What was that all about?" Sam Asks

"That was a manager at the Stampede Motel, place we stayed in–in Dodge City." Dean Says

"Right." Sam Says

"Guess his front desk clerk went missing right after some dude showed up asking questions about Jack." Dean Says

"You get a name?" Sam Asks

"Nope. But... from his description? Evil Colonel Sanders." Sam raises an eyebrow, apparently not understanding him, so he clarifies "Asmodeus." Dean Says

"Tracking Jack." Sam Says

"Yeah, which means he's two steps behind him, which means we need to find him fast." Dean Says

Ketch wandering into the library, handcuffed but eating a sandwich "I should say."

"What the hell is this?" Dean Says

"He's in chains. There's no bathroom in the armory. And he hadn't eaten in, like, a day and a half." Sam Says

"Do I look like I care?" Dean Says

"Judging by your rage, my brother must've behaved very badly. I understand your mother is the one who killed him?" Ketch Says

"And he had it coming, after what he did to her." Dean Says

"Hmm. And how is she now?" Ketch Asks

"She's good, would you put him back? Hmm?" Dean Says

Sam clears his throat, shuts his laptop, and gets up to escort Ketch out of the library. Dean dials his phone. Cas answers, having left Lucifer's table for privacy. He's standing by the "Gents" door in Nick's Bar.

"Cas, any news on Jack?, We need to find him fast." Dean Says

"Nothing yet, but...interesting things are happening. We..." Castiel Says

"What?" Dean Says, as Castiel noticing Lucifer is standing beside him

"Yes..." Castiel Says

Dean makes a face of surprise and confusion as Cas suddenly changes subject.

"I would like to see you, too, the sooner the better." Castiel Says

"Cas?" Dean Says

"You know, smooth was never your strong suit." Lucifer Says, as he grabs the phone from Cas and disconnects the call, walking back to the table.

"Hey!" Castiel Says

"What's up?" Sam Says

"Something didn't seem right." Dean Says

"I'll track his phone. Let's go." Sam Says

"Yes, let's-" Ketch Says

"No. No, you are not a part of "let's" M–" Dean Says, as Sam gives him a look.

IMPALA

The Impala rumbles down the highway toward Cas's location, as Sam tracks it on his phone.

"Man, I hate the idea of Ketch on his own in the bunker." Dean Says

"He's locked up tight. Not going anywhere." Sam Says

"Yeah. How we looking? You still got a lock on Cas's signal?" Dean Asks

"Sure do..I nailed down his location. He's not much further, so... Don't worry. You did tell him not to do anything stupid." Sam Says

"Right. When's the last time that's worked?" Dean Says

NICK'S BAR

Back at Nick's bar with Lucifer and Cas, they're now sitting at the bar, Blues Are Turning Black by Stephen Emil Dudas plays in the background.

"It's bad enough the Winchesters were babysitting my son, but then they managed to lose him? With Heaven, Hell, and everything in between hunting him down?" Lucifer Says

"In their defense, they were doing their best to educate him." Castiel Says

"About what?! What could they possibly know about an entity like Jack? About his potential?" Lucifer Says

"Well, having seen it firsthand, they know that his potential needs to be carefully channeled." Castiel Says

"Really? Kid's a bruiser, huh?" He laughs "Come on, man, let me have this a little bit. Just–just tell me one thing. Did he hurt 'em? Did they suffer just a little bit? I..." Lucifer Says

Thunder and lightning flashes as Asmodeus and his entourage of demons enter the bar.

"Hey, man." Lucifer Says

"Lord Lucifer." Asmodeus Says

"Lil' Asmodeus. My onetime stooge runt of the litter. Uh, dimmest bulb in the string, et cetera, et cetera. I see you must've taken over Crowley's spot? Yeah. That's okay. You can stand down now. Skipper's back." Lucifer pounds his fist on the bar

"Well, here's the thing, Lou. I'm real satisfied with my current position. Hell is humming along quite nicely, thank you. But I do hope you and your little lap angel will pay me a visit." Asmodeus Says

"Yes, well... see, that's the thing. We're all booked up, buddy." Lucifer Says

"Oh, I won't take "no" for an answer." Asmodeus Says

"Now you know better than to screw with me, Asmodeus." Lucifer Says

"Oh, I knew better than to screw with the old you. But this new version seems a little more...screwable." He shrugs, inflating his
chest as his eyes glow red. "So help me." Lucifer Says

"Aw, please." Asmodeus Says

Asmodeus holds his fingers up in what resembles bull horns, and flicks out his fingers, knocking Lucifer and Castiel across the bar. The Impala pulls up outside Nick's Bar. The sign out front flickers and then goes out. The building is dark, and Sam and Dean enter with flashlights and weapons drawn.

"There's nobody here." Dean Says, then he is attacked by somebody.

"Aah!" Demon Says

A fight ensues, where Asmodeus's demons attack Sam and Dean with angel blades. Dean drops his gun and pulls his own angel blade from inside his coat. They're still outnumbered, but thanks to a shocking surprise save from Ketch, they manage to kill the demons.

"H-how did you get out of the armory? Y-y-you...chains..." Sam Says

"Lock pick. If you'd done the prescribed cavity search, as you should've, you'd have found it. I, uh, grabbed some weapons from your toy box and a motorcycle from your garage, et voilΓ . What's become of your angel?" Ketch Says, Dean coolly raises his gun and points it at him.

"Not sure. But I am sure about you, Arthur." Dean Says

Sam steps over to Dean's side and facing off against Ketch.

"You know, I gotta hand it to you. That paper trail you cooked up, pretty impressive. But my gut told me it was baloney. Looks like my gut was right. See, I've been in it with you, Arthur. I've seen your moves. We've gone toe-to-toe. And I saw that look in your eye when you asked about our mom. So why don't you cut the crap?" Dean Says

"Actually, everything I told you is true. Well, except for the, uh, twin brother thing. I am separated from the British Men of Letters, lying low because they will kill me for desertion. I make a rather good living as a sort of soldier of fortune, deep underground, for a certain sort of clientele who appreciate my skill set. And I do use the name "Alexander"." Ketch Says

"How is it you're still alive?" Sam Asks

"I believe you're familiar with the witch Rowena MacLeod?" Ketch Says

"So?" Dean Says

"She was captured by the British Men of Letters some years back. I discovered she'd sewn a powerful charm into her body that could bring her back should she be killed. I struck a deal wherein she did the same for me in return for allowing her to escape." Ketch Says

"So after we dumped your body, you–" Sam Says

"Good as new. Only problem is, one the device is used, it needs to be recharged." Ketch Says

"Which is why you're hunting for Rowena. Well, sorry. Lucifer burned her up. She's dead." Dean Says

"Is she?" Ketch Says

"Why'd you come here? You could've run." Dean Says

"Did it ever occur to you, Dean, that I might actually be one of the good guys?" Ketch Says

"No. Not even once." Dean Says

"You and I were soldiers in opposing armies who were at war." Ketch Says

"Well, the thing about war is, one side wins." Dean Says

"I suppose you're right." Ketch Says

Ketch throws a flash-bang-smoke bomb down and makes a run for it, barricading the door to the bar, slowing Sam and Dean down just long enough to make his escape on the motorcycle.

HELL

A telephone resting beside a candle rings, the call is from Dean.

"Hello, Dean." Asmodeus Says, impersonating Castiel.

"Cas? Hey. Are you okay? We– we–we tried to track you down, but you were gone. We ran into a bunch of demons. What's–what's happening?" Dean Says

"I'm sorry. I'm fine. I tried to call and warn you, but couldn't get a signal." Asmodeus Says

"Okay, well, what's going on?" Dean Asks

"I'm following a very interesting lead. I'll fill you in when I know more. See you soon, Dean." Asmodeus Says

Asmodeus hangs up, and turns to his demon minion, while we see that Castiel and Lucifer are being held behind prison bars.

"As I was sayin', I'm a collector. I like to be prepared. Lucifer could be useful. Castiel is a card to play if the Winchesters get out of line. And if there's any truth to the story that a new version of Michael is comin', I will definitely need that nephilim." Asmodeus Says

The camera shifts, and we see that Asmodeus is actually talking to Ketch, and we finally get the "deep underground clientele" Ketch had been describing.

"You really needn't worry." Ketch Says

APOCALYPSE WORLD

All the angels are patrolling inside and around the church, meanwhile downstairs in the basement there's a bunch of rooms.

Inside one of the rooms, Elena can be seen with her wrists cuffed hanging from the ceiling. She looks up at the cuffs on her wrist and tries using her powers but she groans.

"Oh come on!" Elena Says

Footsteps can be heard approaching, Elena looks down and see's Michael looking at her from outside the cell.

"What do you want?" Elena Asks

"Just taking a look at you." Michael Says

"Well go ahead and stare all you want creep." Elena Says

"You know you can try and try as many times as you want to use your magic, but you ain't getting out of those cuffs. You've been doing it for weeks, and..sigh still nothing." Michael Says

"You won't keep me prisoner forever." Michael laughs, she looks at him. "What's so funny?" Elena Asks

"Nothing it's just..you remind me of the Elena I knew, brave, selfless and very very stupid. I mean she and her father really thought that they could lead a rebellion against me, for god sakes I'm an arch angel.." Michael Says

"You really like listening to the sound of your own voice huh." Elena Says

"Hm..that same attitude is what got you killed in
this dimension." Michael Says

"You killed me didn't you?" Elena Says

"Bingo, I mean..I offered you a choice, to surrender and no one would get hurt but no you chose your family over your own self." Michael Says

"Us humans would do anything to save the ones we love." Elena Says

"Is that so, is that why you chose to save Mary Winchester..I don't get why, I mean why'd you do it?" Michael Asks

"Because she means something to someone I knew, I couldn't..I didn't want them to lose her again." Elena Says

"Who's them you speak of?, it's not important anyways." Elena Says

"Yeah I guess your right it's not like your ever going to see them ever again, you'll die before I even leave this dimension." Michael Says

"I don't believe that." Elena Says

"Believe in what you want sweetheart" He grabs her throat, Elena gasps for air "Because trust me when I say, I will eventually kill you and every last bit of humans left on this planet..I promise you that." Michael Says

"Why wait..why not just kill me and get it over with!" Elena Says

"Your right..I mean I can take the easy out and kill your right now..." Michael Says, holding up his fingers ready to snap.

Elena looks at his fingers nervously as something catches Michael's attention.

"What?" Elena Says

"Shh...I'm hearing something, it's the sound of your heart beat..but I'm also hearing a second one as well." Michael Says

"What the hell are you talking about?" Elena Asks

Michael let's go Elena's neck and the sound of a heart beat echoing, he then looks down at her stomach and he focuses his hearing on the heartbeat he detects. Elena furrows her brows in confusion, as he looks up at her with a sly smirk.

"Wow..." He lets out a sigh "Now I understand why I'm detecting a second heartbeat, it's because the sign of procreation is upon us." Micheal Says, as he walks out the cell.

"Procreation..are you crazy, you're are insan-" Her eyes widen, and she realizes what he meant. "No..No your lying." Elena Says

"I don't lie Elena, congratulations...such a shame you won't be alive to experience being a mother." Elena starts crying "I'll see you." Michael Says

"No you son of bitch your lying!, I'm no pregnant..don't lie to me!" Elena Says

"Good night." Michael Says, chuckling as he walks up the stairs.

"Michael get back here!, Michael!" Elena Says

Elena hears the door upstairs slam and tears run down her face, she tugs on her cuffs again and let's out a loud scream and continues to sob.
