Klaus stopped painting and turns around to look at his wife. "Chris?"
Christy small smiles at him.
"You shouldn't sneak up on me like that." Klaus said, and resumes painting on his canvas painting.
"I am stealthy." Christy said, getting up and slowly walks up next to him.
And Klaus gently covers his canvas painting with a sheet of cloth.
"Really? I saw half of it." Christy said.
"You'll see the finished artwork later on." Klaus said with a smirk.
"Okay, Mr. Klaus Mikaelson." Christy said. "Where's Luna and Trinity?"
"With the children's group as usual at Camp Orasani." Klaus tells her.
"How's Elijah? Have you seen him?" Christy asked.
"He's doing fine now. Ana took him out and about in the French Quarter." Klaus said.
"And what about Nylora?" Christy asked.
"She's been dealt with by your Aunt Ismene." Klaus said.
"Oh, okay." Christy said. "So, what would you like to do?"
"Don't know." Klaus said.
"How about a stroll? Enjoy a beignet or something?" Christy asked.
"Sure." Klaus said.

"You have a fair point." Klaus said. "The supernatural world is nothing but bloodshed and danger."
"Normal people doesn't know about the mythology world either. They see the sky turns red but doesn't understand it." Christy said.
"There is a human faction among the supernatural." Klaus said. "Marcel and I had business with them."
"With Kieran, right?" Christy said. "I remember him."
"Kieran had connections to the human faction." Klaus said.
"Yeah, Kieran O'Connell." Christy said.

"Yeah, it's good." Klaus said. "But there's something you're not telling me."
"What are you talking about?" Christy asked, a bit confused.
"You're not the only person that can sense something off, Love." Klaus said. "So, what is it that you're not trying to tell me?"
"Ever since, my magic fight -- as you called it -- with Amaila, my dark alter ego might've slipped." Christy told her husband.
"What do you mean?" Klaus asked.
"When Nylora possessed me, I think her dark magic might've triggered my dark alter ego. I can feel it, Klaus. I can feel it slowly rising." Christy tells him.
Klaus and Christy exchange worried looks at each other.
"Nylora also mentioned that when she possessed you, she looked into your mind. It's how she knew about Elijah and the rest of us." Klaus said.
"It's happening again, Klaus." Christy said. "It could happen again."
"It won't come to that. We've been careful about you not being around dark energy." Klaus said.
"I know." Christy said. "But Klaus, if we're not careful, if my dark alter ego is left unchecked, we both know it ends."
"It won't come to that." Klaus said, gently holds her hand in his hand on the table. "It won't."
Klaus and Christy exchange worried looks at each other.
"We're out and about, spending time together. Let's enjoy the rest of our day." Klaus said.

Klaus chuckled. "Yeah, tell me something I don't already know."
