"When was the last time you slept?" Theo asked when Scarlett stepped into her apartment for the first time in a day; she had occupied all her time in the studio - writing, singing, altering, scrapping, starting over.

Scarlett shrugs, flinging her coat lazily over the sofa, and grabbing a mug to make some tea, mute since she sung her last note.

"I know it hasn't been properly for about five days. I hear you fidgeting all the time in bed." He tuts, planting a kiss on her forehead, taking over the duty of tea making so he could give his girlfriend a chance to relax.

"Can I make the tea, please?" Scarlett grumbles, agitated. She knew she had to focus her mind on something, otherwise she'll think the things she doesn't want to think.

"No, go have a bath, I'll run it for you." Theo argues softly, and Scarlett knew there was no point in disputing, sighing lightly and kissing Theo gently.

"Okay, I love you." She hums, gliding to the sofa and feeling comfort for the first time all day.

"I love you more, Scarlie." Theo smiles gently when he sees his girlfriend gone into an immidiate slumber as soon as she got comfy on their sofa.

Theo made his way from the lounge into his shared bedroom with Scarlett, diving into his bedside drawer to take out the crushed red velvet box, opening it to see the ring he bought now weeks ago.

He thought and wondered when the perfect time to propose was. He was going to do it on the last day of promo tour like he intended, but Scarlett's greivance over Mac's death put a cautioned spanner in the works.

He then remembered that his Camila's wedding is weeks away, and that he was hopping on a plane with Scarlett and Tom next week to begin final preparations.

God, Tom Holland. Now he really put a spanner in the works. Theo knows the love that was between Tom and Scarlett, anyone could see it as clear as day. But he doesn't need that. He needs Scarlett to be his so he can marry her, and go through with the plan.

but i wanted to put
this message up as its
important n i dont wanna
get shit abt not
uploading so : )

hahahahaaaaa
so basically long story
short after chapter 37 (which
comes out on thursday) this
book will be on hold
until MAY 24TH. this
is when a majority
of my exams would be
completed.

i also want you to know
that wattpad is not my life.
i write this book (and my
others) to allow my creativity
to expand as i grow.
i have made an effort
with all this, which
yes does take hours of
my time, but i gotta
revise and visit people and
go to school. mkay? do not
tell me to 'update already'
when i have clearly put this
a/n on too lmao thats gon
be stupid

i also want to express
how important these exams
are for me. it determines
the majority of my
future, n i dont
wanna waste stress on
this when i can be studying.
however, i still have
2 weeks of exams left
AFTER the hold resumes, so
updates will be less often until
JUNE 10TH.

hopefully then this book will
finish (!!) somewhere at rhe
start of july x
