Today was the day that the whole world starts guessing who Scarlett is on about. Who she wrote about, who she poured her soul out to in the compressed time of less than 3 minutes.

She was also doing her first chat show interview in just under year. No doubt Tom will come up in that.

"You look nervous." Chris says as he places two pieces of buttered toast on Scarlett's place. Tom was awake, but still in bed, feeling awful as he should after the amount of drinking he did last night. Scarlett's eye bags were dark and puffy; she got near to no sleep having to look after Tom, who repeatedly threw up during the night.

"Maybe I am." Scarlett shrugs, watching Camila glide down the stairs in her dressing gown, greeting her fiancé with a kiss.

"Tom probably won't even register it's about you until he starts looking on socials." Camila raises her eyebrows to Scarlett, and Scarlett hangs her mouth wide open, her hand gesturing to Chris, standing right next to Camila.

"Oh, he knows." Camila smiles, as if it was no big deal. But it was to Scarlett.

"He's like- Tom's good friend! What if you accidently spill to him that oh- I'm in love with him?" Scarlett whispers harshly, aware that Tom was only a flight of stairs away from eavesdropping on the conversation.

"I won't, I swear! Nature needs to take it's course." Chris raises his hands in defense, eyes a little widened at the angered state of his fianceé's sister.

"Whatever. I need to get ready for Ellen and have rehearsals with my backing vocalists."

"And I'm welcoming today's special guest with open arms, Scarlett Cabello everyone!"

Scarlett walks onto the studio set with a ruptuous applause, waving and smiling brightly as she greets Ellen with a hug and peck on the cheek, getting comfortable on the armchair reserved for her.

"Hey! How are you?" Ellen asks, clearly easing Scarlett in. She smiles in response, clasping her hands together.

"I'm great, and I'm so excited to show everyone my newest single!" Scarlett raises her voice, earning cheers from the already hyped audience.

"Yes, of course, your career has really blown up since you released your debut two and a quarter years ago. What's that been like?"

"Well, I've always had a little bit of following since Camila started her career, so it was just a case of me adapting." Scarlett never rids the grin on her face, and a little wave of relief washed over her when Ellen mentions her debut without mentioning Tom.

"But your debut sparked interest in fans for other reasons.." Ellen trails off, and Scarlett's throat dries up almost immideiately, her body straightening and stiffening tightly.

"What was the Love me Harder music video about? Why did you choose Tom Holland to be your love interest?"

Scarlett took a few moments to reply, suddenly feeling the thousands of eyes all planted on her, awaiting her reply.

"Well, it's simple. I've known Tom since he was born, 'cos our mums are best friends. If I had to kiss someone in a music video, I wanted a say in it. Tom is my best friend, and the person I am most comfortable with, and we can both be professional, with me as an artist and with him as an actor." Scarlett replies calm, though a layer of sweat was developing between her hands.

"Is your new single, Goodnight n' Go, about Tom? Because I've listened to it, and it is so overwhelmed with emotion, and the lyrics are really trying to tell me something here."

Scarlett shakes her head, smiling weakly, her stature faltering slightly.

"I'm sorry, Ellen, I never discuss the inspiration behind my music."
