┆in which Moon suffers a car accident with one of the staff members and the girls were desperate for her

Cold was what Moon felt after she opened her eyes, getting blinded by the lights of the unfamiliar room she was in. She managed to take a look around and found out that she wasn't, indeed, in her shared room with Tzuyu, but instead she was at the hospital.

     She wondered how she got there. The last thing she remembered was discussing with the members who should go with the staff member in his car since the van was full. She remembered convincing Jihyo she should be the one going on the car since it was her idea for a night out with them.

     Moon tried to lift her head a bit off the pillow but groaned loudly because of the annoying pain on that location. The girl felt a little dizzy and felt two pairs of hands helping her adjust the pillow and lay her down.

     She looked to her left and saw Nayeon and Jeongyeon helping her, and gave them a thankful smile, "hey unnies," Moon greeted them in a murmured and Nayeon quickly shook her head, "don't talk. You're still too weak because of the accident."

     "Accident?"

     "Yeah," another voice confirmed and Moon instantly knew it was Momo, "the staff was drunk, was speeding over the limit and hit with another car."

     Jeongyeon looked at the girl's face and concluded that Moon didn't remember anything from the accident, and was actually relieved of that, "the staff was arrested and he'll never work with us again."

     "What happened to the people of the other car?"

     Moon didn't miss the sorrow look between the three eldest of the group and her hopeful smile faltered, "they died?"

     "Only the driver," looking ahead, she saw Jihyo looking at her concerned, "the two kids were in critical state, but are better now. Their mother is with them."

     Jihyo looked at the girl's state and was extremely thankful that the girl only had a concussion. But she was extremely pissed, it should had been her on that car and not Moon.

     "I know that look," Moon spoke, shaking off Jihyo's thoughts, "don't feel guilty. It was my decision to go."

     "I'm the leader, it should had been me on the hospital bed and not you."

     "And I love you girls," Moon interrupted the leader and was yet again interrupted by Jihyo, "and we love you too, so much. But do you know how hard it was watching the car you were going hit another car and rolled over a few meters away?"

     "It was extremely hard," Jeongyeon's voice cracked and she softly ran a hand through Moon's hair, like she was something fragile and she only wants her baby to be alright, "before your mom left back to Thailand, I promised her that I would always protect and take care of you. It was horrible watching you with cuts all over your body and passed out."

     Nayeon rested her hand on Jeongyeon's shoulder and squeezed it softly, "in fact, Jeongyeon and Tzuyu were the ones who took you out of the car."

     "Speaking of which," Moon eyebrows furrowed and looked around, "where are the others?"

     The four girls shared a knowing look and debated on who should tell and, in the end Jihyo stepped up, "well, funny story. After Sana saw how you looked, she passed out as well."

     Moon blinked confusedly and tilted her head, "what?"

     "Yeah," Jeongyeon chuckled and gave her a small smile, "Mina and Dahyun are with her. Chaeyoung and Tzuyu are outside because they didn't let all of us in."

     "Hospital and their policies," Momo angrily murmured and Moon chuckled at how pissed the girl looked.

     As Momo stopped talking, the girls heard an impatient knock on the door and Nayeon went to open it, finding both Chaeyoung and Tzuyu looking at the older in desperate, "we heard Moon's voice," Tzuyu spoke and peeked over to see her girlfriend wide awake, "please let us in."

"Of course," Nayeon opened the door wider and the two girls got in as the rest finally got out so they can talk better.

Tzuyu was the first one to get to Moon's side and laid a soft kiss on the girl's lips, happy that she was fine now, "I'm so glad you're okay now."

"You suffered a big hit," Chaeyoung informed and gave a kiss on Moon's forehead and both sat down next to her, "you're so lucky that you only had a concussion and a few cuts."

"Yeah," Moon gave them a small smile and then grabbed Tzuyu's hand, "Nayeon unnie told me you and Jeongyeon unnie were the ones who took me out of the car. Thank you."

Tzuyu shook her head and kissed the girl's hand, "I'd do it all over again, don't need to thank me."

Chaeyoung smiled at the couple in front of her and laid a hand on Moon's arm, the three happy that everyone was okay.
