Aera was hard at work within minutes, finding herself unable to say anything to Jaehyun other than a greeting and a few other words. And so feeling slightly awkward, she had passed him the outfit and left him to change.

The makeup artists were busy working on Johnny, and so Aera ended up getting roped into doing Jaehyun's, which led to her busying herself as she waited for him to change and when he was ready, pulled him over to one of the chairs in front of the mirror.

She had slipped into a mentality she often got when she wasn't happy, or particularily stressed out about something. It had her completely focusing on her work, almost drowning herself in it - completely unaware that she was being watched by several people.

"You're quite busy this morning?" Jaehyun was saying as he watched her rush around, holding up different eyeshadow palettes. He had his arms folded over his stomach, which was bare as a result of the shirts that had been picked out for this part of the shoot.

Johnny and he were dressed in almost matching Hawaiian shirts, the first boy's being yellow and the second red, paired with matching white shorts. The shoot was inspited by the Luhrmann 1996 version of Romeo and Juliet, and the feature of the Hawaiian shirt being worn by Leonardo DiCaprio as Romeo had become quite iconic.

"I got mistaken for an assistant after everything I did yesterday." Aera barely even looked at him as she considered two palettes, gaze flickering between two extremely similar shades of brown before putting one down and picking up a makeup brush. "I apologise if I'm not that talkative."

A frown came over Jaehyun's face, and Aera let out a sigh, gently pressing her thumb and alleviating his features of the expression. "Sorry.. I'm just trying to focus before I go throw the stupid money he gave me for coffees back in his face."

"No worries." Jaehyun quickly said, closing an eye so she could begin to apply the eyeshadow. "And an assistant? Asking you to go and get coffees?"

"I almost left." Aera admitted, tapping his cheek with the end of her brush. "Other eye." She instructed, Jaehyun obediently following orders and switching which eye he kept open. "But Miya stopped me last minute."

"Miya?"

"The girl with short hair over by Johnny. She's the oldest of the four of us and is the only reason why I actually ended up staying. Otherwise I would have walked out with his money and stupid outfit folder." Aera muttered, chewing on her bottom lip as she focused, applying the powder.

"Thank her for me, if I don't get the chance." The boy asked, and for a moment, Aera paused, confused. "For keeping you here. There's is no one I would rather have doing my makeup."

"Are you planning on flirting with me until I get back into a good mood?" The stylist asked, and Jaehyu's eyes flickered with amusement. "You are?"

"Well it's working, isn't it?" The amusement showed in his voice, and Aera couldn't help but blush, tapping his cheek gently with the end of the brush once more, the idol closing his eye once more. "All done." She finished, standing up and moving back a little bit, the back of her legs hitting the edge of the table and stopping her. "Oh.." She tilted her head.

"Is something wrong?" Jaehyun asked, sitting up in the seat and looking towards the mirror. He couldn't see anything wrong with the eyeshadow, but when his gaze flickered up to Aera, she had an expression on her face that couldn't not make him worry.

"Would it be okay if I made it a little darker?" She ended up asking after a moment, and the boy in front of her let out a sigh of relief, nodding. With a smile on her face, Aera stepped forward once again, but this time with another palette and a darker brown eyeshadow. She wouldn't apply a lot, just make it appear more sultry and appropriate for the shoot.

And sat at the other dressing table, staring just a little too much, was Johnny and Miya, who couldn't help but watch the exchange with wide eyes and caution reflected in them, in case one of them moved too much and disrupted the balance.

Because there was just something about the way the two interacted that seemed so natural, as if they had been meant to meet each other for all of their lives.
