Laughter fills the air at the fancy restaurant where Jungkook and Lola were

The young couple had finally reunited after weeks of distance and nightly video calls

"I'm really happy that we finally got to see each other again," Jungkook said taking his girlfriend's soft hand

"Yes it's true, Christmas will be even more beautiful by your side" Lola murmured her last three words, her cheeks taking on a rosy color

The young couple had finally found an opportunity to meet and yes I am talking about Christmas, this holiday where love reigns, they could not let this opportunity pass

"I hope I wouldn't get yelled at by my manager for going out with you without his consent..." confessed Lola taking a piece of caramelized pork between her chopsticks

"Listen Ji, I want you to decompress tonight and forget your problems, including your busy schedule"

he paused before continuing

"I'm worried about you you know, you don't even have time to message me anymore" Jungkook replied looking at his lover with a serious expression but soft loving eyes

The young girl sighed looking up at her boyfriend and spoke up

"Kook..." She started just before getting cut off by the man in front of her

"No I don't want to hear any of your excuses, today is just about you, got it?" The young man replied

The girl nodded in defeat

"Okay I'll try" she said smiling softly

The young couple had just left the restaurant and now they were walking serenely through the bustling streets of Seoul looking around at the bright Christmas decorations

Many people crowd around them, some were doing their last shopping for Christmas Eve dinner and others were taking gifts for their loved ones

Arrived in front of the girl's apartment the couple stopped and turned to each other

"Well, I guess we have to say goodbye?" Lola asked, looking shyly at her boyfriend

The young man widened his eyes as he watched his girlfriend rocking from one foot to the other

" WHAT ? no! " the young man shouts, taking the young girl in his arms
hugging her with all his strength

"I'm going home with you so you can have your best Christmas's Eve!" Jungkook said looking at his lover with hopeful eyes

"Okay, you won" sighed Lola, looking at her boyfriend with a beaming smile

— A few minutes later —

The couple were in the kitchen of Lola's spacious apartment, they were preparing shortbread for the next day

Well,they TRIED to do shortbread

"JEON JUNGKOOK!" shouted Lola, her face white because of the flour thrown on her face a little earlier by her boyfriend

The girl circles around the counter to try to catch up with the man who was bursting out laughing

"I'm going to kill you!!" she cried with shortness of breath

Finding the right opportunity to catch him the girl threw herself on the back of her boyfriend and made him fall on the sofa

The young man turned around and looked at his girlfriend with a big smile on his face

"You're ridiculous baby," mumbled Jungkook as he brushed some flour off the girl's face

The girl pouted looking at him and put her head on her boyfriend's chest

"Cuddle?" the girl asked, glancing at the man below her

"You don't need to ask for love" whispered Jungkook as he tenderly stroked Lola's head

Lola closed her eyes and whispered those last four words before falling asleep

"I love you Jungkook"

"I love you too" he replied kissing her forehead

And when the clock strikes midnight he continued ;

" Merry Christmas "
