"First day of high school" Scott says happily to Julie as they walk to the front of the school were they are meeting Stiles "Are you excited?"

"More like shitting myself" Julie says with a shrug. Normally, Julie doesn't open up to people but when it comes to Scott, she can open up to him easily. Over the years, Julie has learnt that Scott can always tell if something is up with Julie and always finds out why, so she has found it easier just to tell him what is going on than him trying to figure it out by himself.

"You'll be okay" Scott reassures his little sister. He was the same when he started high school last year, so he knew exactly what she is going through "It's just like middle school, only there is more people and it's bigger. After today is done, you won't even know why you were worried in the first place."

"You promise?" Julie asks, holding her pinkie finger up.

"I promise" Scott says with a smile as he links his pinkie with Julie's.

"Aw, is someone nervous for their first day?" Stiles teases Julie as he walks over to the two siblings.

"Does he have an off switch?" Julie asks Scott as she unlinks their pinkie fingers "Seriously, does he ever shut up?"

"If you ever find it, tell me" Scott says to Julie, looking at his best friend who left him in the woods the night before "I've been trying to find it for years."

"I'm just kidding" Stiles says with a laugh "Truthfully, I think everyone is going to be terrified of you."

"And that's just how I like it" Julie says to Stiles with a smile.

"Anyways, let's see this bite" Stiles says to Scott.

"Bite? What bite?" Julie asks Scott, being worried about her brother. Before Scott got home, Julie had gone to sleep. She was trying to stay awake to make sure that Scott had gotten home okay but her eyes wouldn't let her stay awake.

"This" Scott says, pulling up his shirt to show a bandage with blood on "It was too dark to see much but I'm pretty sure it was a wolf."

"That's disgusting" Julie says with a grimace "Please put it away" She says, pulling Scott's shirt back down.

"A wolf bit you? No chance" Stiles confidently says.

"I heard a wolf howling" Scott tells his best friend.

"No you didn't" Stiles repeats with a laugh.

"What do you mean 'no I didn't'? How do you know what I heard?" Scott argues, making Julie roll her eyes at the sight of her brother and his best friend.

"California doesn't have wolves" Stiles explains to Scott "It hasn't for the last sixty years."

"Really?" Scott asks.

"Yes, Scott, California doesn't have wolves" Julie bluntly says "Even I know this."

"Well, if you don't believe me about the wolf, then you're definitely not going to believe me when I tell you I saw the body" Scott tells the two with a smirk.

"You what? Are you kidding me?" Stiles asks very loudly as he jumps in the air, slapping Scott's shoulder.

"I'm going to have nightmares about it for a month" Scott says with a sigh.

"I can't believe I'm saying this... but I'm happy that I was stuck with Stiles last night" Julie says as she rolls her eyes.

"That's freaking awesome! This is seriously the best thing that's happened in this town since" Stiles excitably says before pausing as the queen b, Lydia Martin, walks towards the trio "Since the birth of Lydia Martin, who's walking towards us right now. Hey, Lydia, how are you? You look-" Stiles goes on to say as Lydia walks right past them "You look like you're going to ignore me."

Julie has always found it weird that her's and Scott's best friend both have a crush on Lydia Martin. While Stiles' crush is extremely obvious and most of the Beacon Hills population know about it, Charlie's crush is very secretive with fear of embarrassment. It was easier for Stiles to be more open about his crush on the Martin girl because it was a boy liking a girl; but for Charlie, it was a girl having a crush on a girl. People ridicule more if someone likes a person of the same gender, which Julie has always found stupid. If someone is gay and they're happy, just leave them be.

"Ha! You got rejected" Julie says with a laugh.

"You two are the cause of this, you know" Stiles says to Scott with a glare "Dragging me to your nerd depths. I'm a nerd by association. I'm scarlet nerded by you" He says before looking at Julie "And you. You're a freshman. Just being seen with you is dragging down my popularity."

"Please, it hasn't even been my first day and I'm already more popular then you" Julie says with a scoff "Speaking of me being a freshman, I need to go to the gym to get my schedule. Where is the gym?"

"Come on, we will take you" Scott says to Julie with a smile "Right, Stiles?"

"Yeah, can't have the scared, little freshman walking around all lost, can we?" Stiles teases Julie again, making her lightly shove him.

"God, I hate you so much" Julie bluntly says to Stiles as the two lead her into the school.

TIME SKIP BY JULIE'S HATRED FOR STILES

Julie's first day wasn't going as bad as she thought it would. She is in most of her lessons with Charlie, which she is very thankful for, and she hadn't gotten lost yet. Although, she did have Coach Finstock, who wasn't very happy about having another McCall kid to put up with.

"Wait, what?" Charlie asks Julie after she explained what had happened the night before as the two are sat watching lacrosse practice.

"Yeah, Stiles and Scott kidnapped me to go and look for a dead body" Julie says with a sigh "And Scott has a bite on his stomach. He says it's from a wolf but there hasn't been any wolves in California for like sixty years."

"Have you checked him for rabies?" Charlie asks "Rabies are one of my top three fears in life."

"I haven't check him for rabies. Should I check if he has rabies?" Julie asks Charlie with a scared look.

"I mean, you don't really know what bit him, do you?" Charlie asks, making Julie shake her head "Then yes, because it's a big possibility that Scott has rabies."

"Shit" Julie mumbles under her breath.

"Why are we here again?" Charlie asks, changing the subject of conversation "You hate lacrosse."

"Yeah, but Scott wants to play first line so I'm here to support him" Julie says with a smile "And sadly, that means that I have to be in a one mile radius of Stiles."

"Stiles isn't that annoying" Charlie tells Julie.

"Oh please, you're not that annoying, but Stiles is like a pest that just won't go away" Julie says with a scoff "Honestly, he's always around. Last year I got a break from him at school but now he's going to be around constantly again. I can't get rid of him."

"Maybe he likes you" Charlie says with a shrug. Charlie always thought that Stiles secretly likes Julie. It's not how he acts around her or how he talks about her or to her; it's about how he looks at her. Stiles looks at Julie like she's the most beautiful thing on this planet and one thing that Charlie had noticed is that Stiles does not look at Lydia Martin that way. When it comes to love, it's all about the eyes.

"Stiles, having a crush on me? Don't make me laugh" Julie says with a sarcastic laugh "He's in love with Lydia Martin and I can see why. She's gorgeous."

"Hey, that's my future wife" Charlie says defensively with a laugh.

"Oh yeah, I forgot about that" Julie jokes "I'm sorry to tell you this, but we got married in secret. Had our honeymoon in Hawaii. It's a beautiful place by the way, you should go there one time."

"Okay, if that's how you're gonna be then I'll just steal your future husband" Charlie plays along.

"Ryan Reynolds?" Julie asks "Don't you dare steal him from me!"

"No, Stiles" Charlie says with a laugh.

"Please, I'd rather spend the rest of my days in Eichen House then marry Stiles" Julie says with a scoff.

"Whatever you say, but when you two get married, I want to be the Maid of Honor and I will be putting this conversation into my speech" Charlie says, making Julie roll her eyes as Scott goes in goal "Why is Scott in goal? Doesn't Danny play in goal?"

"Probably wanting to give the rest of the mean an ego boost" Julie says with a sigh, feeling bad for her brother.

"Poor Scott" Charlie mumbles as a shot gets taken, but Scott catches it "He caught it."

"That was probably just luck" Julie says to Charlie "He's been practicing all summer and he's still as shit as ever."

Then Scott caught every single shot.
