Adwait was in his room with Vidharth.
"Abe kuch kar!"
(do something!)
"Main kya karu?"
(What should I do?)
"Kuch toh kar!! Dost kyun hote hai"
(please do something!! why are friends for)
"Hadd hai!! Dosti isiliye ki thi kya ab jo ban para woh try toh kiya na.."
(This is too much!! Was this the reason for our friendship? I already tried..)
"Ghanta try Kiya tune.."
(You didn't even tried..)
"Dekh bhai kisi mahapurush ne kaha hai agar kisi chiz ko puri siddat se chaho toh Puri kainaat usse apse milwane main madad karti hai..."
(Look bro! A saint once said , if you want something from the bottom of your heart than the whole universe helps you to get it)
"Ab teri doobti naiyaa ko kainat ka hi sahara hai.......Main toh try kar hi Raha hun na.. ab aage bhagwan hi jane""
(So, now only the universe can save your sinking ship... I am already trying..... Only god knows what will happen next...)
"Oye sirf bhagwan bharose baith kar bhi kuch nahi hota kya pata bhagwan aapke humare bharose baitha ho..."
(Don't just depend on God... Who knows he is depend on us...)
"Are tu hi bata de kya karu? Khud k dimag k ghode daura main baki sab kar dunga"
(Ohh! Fine now just give me the idea I will manage the rest...)
"Chal...chal ave"
(Go...go...)
"Thik jata hun.. byy.."
(Okh... I am leaving... byy)
"Abe kidhar chala...jugaar karne..."
(Oye! Where are you going?)
"Kuch dhang ka karna... Aisa mat kardio ki hum dono shock se hi mar jaye...."
(Don't do something that leave both of us in shock)
"440v ka jhatka dunga main tujhe..."
(I am planning to give you guys a 440v current)
"Hadd hai..." Vidharth left the room leaving a frustrated Adwait....
(What the hell...)
50 km afar from Randhawa Palace
In a dimly lit space resembling a garage, a heated argument unfolded.
Three men stood clustered, their voices raised in agitation.
"Who the hell is she?" one of them thundered, his face red with rage.
"What kind of mistake is this?" he spat his words laced with venom.
A resounding slap cracked through the air, striking one of the men with a loud thwack.
"Sir, we're deeply sorry... we'll leave her here and fetch the right girl..." they pleaded, cowering under his glare.
"Fine, go! But no more mistakes!" the enraged man barked.
"Yes, sir..." they chorused, beating a hasty retreat.
The irate man turned to the shadows, addressing a figure lurking in the darkness.
"What about her?" he snarled.
"Wasn't there a girl less in our contract?"
"Yes, sir!" the shadowy figure affirmed.
"Send her there, then!" he ordered curtly.
"But sir! What about her family? They won't let us off the hook!" the enraged man cautioned, their voice laced with concern.
"The one backing us is more powerful than them," the figure sneered, his confidence ominous.
"As you wish, sir..." the enraged man replied.
The the figure melted into the darkness, leaving the captured girl's fate precariously poised.
The grand hall
:- where the wedding would take place
Just as the wedding ceremonies were about to commence, Arushi rushed to Rounak's side, looking frazzled.
"Sir, we can't find Anisha anywhere!" she exclaimed. Rounak's expression turned from calm to concerned.
"What do you mean? Did you check her room?"
"Yes, I did, and I've searched every nook and cranny of the palace. I even tried calling her, but she's nowhere to be found!" Arushi replied, her voice laced with worry. Rounak's brow furrowed in disbelief.
"What the hell? Where could she have gone?" Just then, his phone buzzed with a text from Anisha 's number.
He read the message, and his expression transformed from concern to relief.
"It's okay, Arushi. She's taken care of everything. We don't need to worry."Arushi's face mirrored his relief, and they both returned to their tasks, the tension dissipating.
The wedding rituals began, and Vidharth approached Rounak, looking perplexed.
"Hey, Rounak! Where's your head planner?"
"She left." Rounak replied matter-of-factly .
Vidharth's eyes widened in disbelief.
"What do you mean she's left? She can't just leave! What am I supposed to tell Adwait?"
"I mean, the wedding is still on, right? So, how can she just leave? I'm going to report this to your management...I mean, her leaving like this."
Rounak and Arushi exchanged a knowing glance, amused by Vidharth's distress.
"I think we both have some complaints to file with management"Rounak said with a chuckle.
Vidharth smirked, nodding in agreement, and walked away, still looking bewildered.
In the hotel suite in Mumbai
Jarek promptly called Matteo and requested his presence.
He also contacted James to check on Ava's status.
Both men were in Mumbai to manage the fallout from the ring's discovery, which had spread rapidly like a forest fire.
Upon Matteo's arrival, they departed immediately.
The Grand Palace
The palace was resplendent in its finery, transformed into a breathtaking bride. The theme of red, gold, and silver was skillfully woven throughout the decor, with exquisite flowers and lighting adding a touch of magic to the ambiance. The wedding rituals had already commenced, with Pandit ji's sonorous chanting of mantras filling the air.
Adwait, dashing in his sherwani, sat at the mandap, awaiting his bride's arrival. However, his face betrayed his anxiety, tense lines etched on his forehead, revealing the turmoil beneath his calm exterior.
(His attire)
"Are kya hua aise muh latka kar kyun baitha hai?" His mother asked..
(Hey, what happened? Why are you sitting with your face hanging like this?)
"Some buisness problems maa" the lines starting to develop on his mother face relieved ...
("Some business problems maa")
"Mujhe laga pata nahi kya hogya.. chal ab buisness ki baate baad main sochna aur abhi apni hone wali biwi par dhyan de" his mother said patting his head..
(I thought, what happened.. Now stop thinking about business and concentrate on your future wife.)
As the bride's procession approached, the mandap's atmosphere became electric with anticipation.
Sanya, a vision in her exquisite peach lehenga adorned with intricate zari work, gracefully entered the sacred space. Her face was demurely concealed behind a delicate veil, and her brother's supportive hand guided her steps. With a gentle gesture, Rudra placed Sanya's hand in Adwait's, and he assisted her in taking her seat beside him.
(Bride's attire)
"She's not feeling well, Adwait, please assist her." Mrs. Malhotra rushed forward,
As the priest's chanting of sacred mantras resonated through the halls of Randhawa Palace, the ceremony progressed.
The priest instructed the couple to rise for the varmala ritual.
Sanya's mother lent a supportive hand, helping her daughter stand.
Meanwhile, Mr. and Mrs. Malhotra stepped forward to perform the kanyadan, a symbolic gesture of entrusting their daughter to her new husband.
"Let the groom's sister tie the knot." The priest instructed
"Where's Vritika? She'll do the honors." Ishwari responded
Janav excused himself to search for her, saying, "She's with friends, I'll fetch her."
However, the priest urged, "Time is of the essence, find someone else."
"Yes, we must keep to the schedule.' Mrs. Malhotra echoed his concern
"Just a minute, we'll wait for Vritika." Ishwari hesitated
"Forget it, bhabhi, let Tanya do it." But Riddhika intervened
Tanya, a distant cousin of Adwait's, stepped forward and tied the knot.
The rituals proceeded, and soon it was time for the pheras, the sacred circling of the fire that would seal Adwait and Sanya's union.
Adwait supported Sanya as she rose, and together they completed the first four pheras Adwait on the lead , with Sanya taking the lead for the final three.
As they resumed their seats, Adwait carefully tied the nuptial thread around her neck.
He then lifted her veil, ready to apply the vermilion, but Mrs. Malhotra stayed his hand.
"You must fill the vermilion just so" she instructed, her eyes twinkling with a unknown emotion.
Adwait's eyes widened in confusion.
"But aunty, how can I fill her partition without looking at her?" he asked, his voice laced with confusion.
"Oh, look at you, so eager to gaze upon your bride's face!' she teased her chuckle was playful, and the others joined in.
"What's wrong with wanting to see my wife's face? She's mine now, after all." Adwait's response was swift.
"Yes, yes, she's your wife, kunwarsa, but this is the ritual. Patience, my dear." Mrs. Malhotra's said.
"What kind of outdated ritual is this?"Adwait muttered under his breath, but complied nonetheless, carefully filling the vermilion in the partition.
The priest declared them husband and wife, and they received blessings from the elders.
Mrs. Malhotra guided Sanya through the final rituals, and then it was time for the vidai.
The grand hall, just a few meters from Randhawa Palace, was abuzz with activity. The cars waited, engines purring, and Mr. Malhotra helped his daughter settle in.
Adwait sat in the opposite direction, and with a gentle hum, the cars glided away from the palace, leaving behind a trail of memories and a sea of departing guests.
In the grand Randhawa Palace,
Mrs. Ishwari warmly welcomed her new daughter-in-law with a traditional aarti ceremony.
She then playfully encouraged Sanya to gently kick the utna filled with rice, a symbol of good luck and prosperity.
Adwait supported her through the ritual, and together they took the first steps into their new life, literally and figuratively, as they stepped into the red water.
Just as the atmosphere was filled with laughter and joy,
'Let's go, it's time for the games!'Riddhika exclaimed.
But the merriment was short-lived, as Janav burst into the palace, panic etched on his face, closely followed by a worried Ariv.
"What's wrong, Janav?" Adwait asked, concern creeping into his voice.
"Vritika is nowhere to be found!" Janav replied, his eyes wide with worry.
"I'll search for her, and I'll instruct my men to do the same. You take Sanya to her room first.' Vidharth quickly took charge
With that, Adwait scooped up a half-conscious her in his arms and carried her to their chamber, gently placing her on the bed before leaving to join the search party.
"Have you found her?" Adwait inquired, his voice laced with concern.
"No, but don't worry, I have my best men on it," Vidharth replied.
Adwait's mind raced with worst-case scenarios. Suddenly, one of Vidharth's men approached. "Sir, we've discovered something," he announced.
"What is it?" Adwait demanded, his heart racing.
"We believe Miss Vritika has been kidnapped," the man revealed, his voice grave.
Adwait's eyes blazed with fury. "Bring the kidnappers to the dungeons!" he commanded.
The men were dragged in, tied to chairs, and Adwait's fist connected with one of their faces before he even uttered a word. "Where is my sister?" he growled.
The other kidnapper sneered, "You'll never find her."
Vidharth's patience snapped, and he stabbed the man in the knees. The kidnapper wailed in agony, but neither would reveal Vritika's whereabouts.
After four hours of torture, they finally cracked.
"So, are you going to speak or not?" Adwait demanded.
The kidnappers cowered, "We're sorry... extremely sorry. We're just ordinary kidnappers who took a contract. Someone hired us to kidnap her..."
"Who hired you?" Adwait pressed.
The kidnappers shook their heads, "We don't know him. We were told to kidnap the bride, but we accidentally took Vritika instead... We don't know anything after that."
Vidharth stepped in, "Did you try to kidnap the bride too?"
The kidnappers nodded, "Yes... we went to kidnap her, but she wasn't there. We lingered, waiting for another chance... but... but..."
Adwait's fist landed on their abdomen again, "But got caught!"
The kidnappers pleaded, "We're telling the truth, that's all we know... please, have mercy!"
Adwait turned to Janav, "Handle them. We'll investigate the address they provided. If they're telling the truth or not..."
Janav nodded, "On it, bhai!"
Adwait and Vidharth arrived at the given address, but it was deserted.
They called out,
"Vritika..."
"Vritu..."
"Vritika!"
Their voices echoed through the empty space.
Suddenly, a trembling voice replied, "Adwait... Is that you?"
Adwait and Vidharth exchanged a hopeful glance. "Sanya?" they asked in unison.
Sanya emerged from behind a pillar, her wedding attire disheveled, holding her head with one hand.
"Adwait!! Vidharth!!" She rushed towards them, confusion etched on her face. "What are we doing here? Didn't we need to get married? Let's go, or we'll miss the muhurat..."
Adwait's eyes widened in disbelief, his fists clenched, but Vidharth restrained him.
"Sanya, we have something important to attend to. Manik will escort you home first."
Sanya nodded, still looking confused, and left with Manik. Adwait's eyes never left her until she disappeared from sight.
Vidharth placed a hand on Adwait's shoulder.
"I don't think Vritika is here. It seems they've already moved her from this location."
Adwait grunted in response, his mind racing with concern for his sister's safety.
Adwait's phone rang, and he answered, his eyes fixed on the screen. Anisha's name flashed, and his brow furrowed.
"Hello," he uttered curtly.
"Where are you?" Anisha inquired.
"What do you want? I'm busy," Adwait retorted, his tone firm.
But Anisha's next words made his heart race:"I know where Vritika is!"
Adwait's breath caught.
"Where is she?" he demanded urgently.
"Come to the city hospital," Anisha directed.
Adwait's mind raced with worst-case scenarios, but Anisha's reassuring words calmed his fears: "Don't worry, she's fine."
"We'll be there in fifteen minutes," Adwait declared.
As they rushed to the hospital, Vidharth queried, "What happened?"
"Anisha revealed that Vritika is at the hospital," Adwait explained.
"Is she okay?" Vidharth probed, concern etched on his face.
"She assured me she is," Adwait confirmed.
Vidharth nodded, relief washing over him. "That's a relief, then."
Adwait just grunted, his mind still racing with worries about his sister's safety. "Let's go," he urged, his eyes fixed on the hospital building ahead.
